Ive been going to Exotic Nails for years now and I love how Jen and her husband do my nails. Right now I go to Jenny regularly because they were busy and just by chance I was placed with Jenny and I loved, loved, loved how my nails turned out. It was a full pink and white squared set. Jenny is also very awesome at designing nails. My pedicures are never shabby, they always turn out awesome.

Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Nail artwork is amazing. Technicians were effective and fast. My sister recommended me to Exotic nails and i would recommend anyone. They also offer refreshments with a deluxe pedi. My tech was Jennifer she was quiet and focused.

Everything I asked for n the work is so clean i love it❣❣❣❣ soak off old set layover and build up for the new set design done with gel polish to last longer so I could save my nail as it grows and not have to have ugly stubby nails lol work was by Jenny from start to finish excellent job👌👌👌👌👌👌

Ive been going to exotic nails for a couple of years now, and today I was very surprised I was in and out and an hour they do fabulous work you guys gotta go and visit

I get my nails done here often. YOU HAVE TO GO TO GEN. If you want very complex nails you have to make an appointment with the owner. And expect to pay $40+. She is the only tech that takes appointments, and the only one I trust to do elaborate designs. Her husband is very good at simple acrylic nails. But if your looking for 3D, gems, ombre acrylic, glitter, ect you need to go to gen. Ive read through all the 1 star comments, Im guessing none of them went to gen. I went to a different tech in that shop 1 time and all of my stiletto nails broke at the bridge point, meaning the acrylic was way too thin. They have been trying to get more techs in there but its not as easy as hiring someone for a McDonalds job. Nail art....is an ART. Nail techs, if your looking for work YOU WILL MAKE BANK HERE. They have more customers then they have techs and time. I love going here. I always make an appointment, Jen is very friendly and extremely talented. I can not impress enough about how great she is. As long as she is a nail tech I will be her client!

I love this place. They do a really great job on nails and feet. I usually get a full set. They do the shaping so beautifully and Im very particular. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great selection of colors, especially in gel. And the prices are phenomenal. My new favorite place!

I do not understand all these complaints obviously you people are doing something wrong because I’ve been getting my nails done here for years and none of my nails popped off and they stayed on for a whole month before I went and got a fill-in so obviously you do things with your hands that you say you don’t and my nails are long at most points and I have never broken nor had any of them fall off within a weeks time this is the best nail salon ever in this area and if you’re tired of waiting make an appointmentAnd their place is very clean and they are all very friendly I would recommend this place to everybody I come in contact with have a good day

I bought a gift certificate for my mom as a gift. She was littery glowing after she left there. Now my mom isnt exactly the exotic nail type, she just got a basic manicure, pedicure, but she was really happy and enjoyed the experience very much. I was work near by and have seen some of their more creative work, and Im pretty sure theres nothing they cant do. A pretty busy place, I would recommend scheduling an appointment.

Jennifer does a great job. Always accommodating and efficient. In and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend! But, Always Make an appointment shes in high demand. :-)

The designs look cool, but it is never worth the outrageous wait time, you can waste a whole afternoon here without an appointment. the place is so successful and all girls seem to get their nails done here, but with all that reputation... im not a specialist, but maybe they should hire more workers or something to speed up the process!

My friend and I thought about getting our nails done. Did a search on trusty Google and this nail shop came up. John did my toes, Jen did my nails and Selina did my friends. The service was absolutely amazing. John has surgical precision, Jen is dedicated to her craft and ocd about her work. They were both very quiet and focused on what they were doing. We got the deluxe pedicure packages which includes hot towels a special scent and drink of your choice (wine, margarita, and sodas). I would be coming from Tampa to see them but totally worth the drive. The time we showed up wasnt very busy but did get busy quickly, so yes be prepared to wait.

I always go here. And they do a great job. There is a wait so I get there early. On the week days they have discounted prices. The owners are so Nice and Jennifer can make any idea come to life.

You guys did amazing on my nail polish and design that I wanted. But, I will say I was very disappointed in the spa treatment. I got the deluxe which is $30. I was expecting to get a massage done and to get rid of the rough edges on my feet. I work all day everyday standing on my feet. So this is the ONE thing I do for myself. & all the guy did with the lotion was rub it in a little then wipe the rest off with PAPER TOWELS?? Thats the point of doing the lotion so you can massage it in the skin so it would soften up the feet and to relax. Im glad I didnt get the $45 deluxe one. I would have been more upset. I also felt uncomfortable because the guy that was doing my feet didnt even talk back when I would speak to him. I feel like customer relationship is a huge thing on my end. I didnt wanna chit chat but when I was trying to be funny about my feet not being done for a hot minute and giggled, he just ignored me ? Then a girl did my design and she seemed bothered or just not in the mood. The whole place was so quiet, and the atmosphere just made me want to leave. Maybe you guys were having a bad day. Im not sure. But I hope it gets better. I just wanted to relax and fall asleep like I always do and I didnt get that. 😭

Unfortunately, I don’t like to write bad reviews but this is for letting people know where to go and where not to go. I stopped going here for a year because I kept having a broken nail, but after time I returned because they said they would be expanding techs and I really love the way they shape their nails to my specific liking. Unfortunately, even after obtaining a new full set, their acrylic just doesn’t last. Two broken finger nails in 7 days. With a fresh set and someone who doesn’t use their hands for much it’s just unacceptable. Not to mention the lady owner just isn’t friendly. They are known for great looking nails, but good looking needs to come with good quality & long lasting and it just DOESNT.

Been going there along time and they have done a. Excellent job on my nails. Jen & husband are great people. There place is clean and there staff are nice too. Mess up my nail and the fix no questions asked. Please go see them I recommend them highly!!!

When you find that perfect place you never leave. I have been going to them for over 20 years. I love the atmosphere there, they take care of there customers, whatever you want they can do! I ❤them!

I think the guy that did my feet did a very good job.

I went to exotic nails on 12/15/17 and paid for a full set with design on one finger. I was not aware that I needed to tell my nail tech to add more acrylic. At any rate, one girl glued the fake nail tips on and I told her to not put them down so low because they tend to break off if they are too low down on the original nail. She was confused and by the time she understood what I was requesting she had all the nails on and didnt bother to redo them they way I had asked. Then I go to another lady who puts the acrylic on and polished the nails. Within 7 days I lost my first nail, it just broke off. Then I lost another nail 3days later. At that point I called the shop and spoke to owner(Jen) who told me that after 3days they dont repair nails for free. I was very disappointed because I get my nails done all the time and never have a nail breakoff in less than 2wks. I called back on 12/29 and requested to speak to owner and informed her that I had cut all the nails off and noticed that they cracked up and broke in such a way that let me know they didnt have enough acrylic on them. She again refused to do anything to accommodate me with regards to this issue. She kept pointing out that she was not going to repair a nail for free that broke after 10days. She also said I should have requested more acrylic. I was very upset because I dont have money to throw away which is basically what I did. I spent $35 and my nails didnt even last a week. The polish was also wearing off by the time it had been a week. Like I was keeping my nails in bleach or something. As I said I have been getting my nails done long enough to know what should occur. She was rude and argumentative. She kept saying what do you want me to do about it. Once I told her that as a owner trying to keep her customers happy she could offer me 15% off my next visit, she laughed at me mockingly and said she is hanging up now and people were in the background making comments. I think she was showing off in front of her customers

Went in on a friends recommendation because she had gotten her nails done here and they looked amazing. Staff was definitely friendly and youre not rushed or pressured to do anything, but that was the extent of my good experience here. These are easily some of the worst nails Ive ever gotten done. I went in for a fill, one acrylic replacement because my nail had broken, and just a simple accent jewel. Everything was great up until she went to put the jewel on - she didnt even use glue. She just used gel top coat. My jewels lasted about 5 hours before popping off. My nails still looked fine, so I didnt mind it.Im a week out in growth now and Im starting to notice that the seal around the acrylic wasnt properly done so now my nails are catching on my hair, my clothes, and any thread I happen to come across. And theyre also starting to lift.They looked to be really good with basic mani/pedis - but anything with acrylic, Id say no.

Quality is horrible. Owner was rude and treated me with no respect. Had a broken acrylic after 2 days was going to charge me for fixing it and wanted me to wait 2 hours for one nail. The place itself is dirty and run down 10/10 do not recommend going here ever.

Only place I trust with my nails . They take their time and talk to you. If you mess up a nail, theyll fix it for you . Very cheap, but great quality. Love love love it 😍💅💞

I had a mani-pedi. I wait 2 hours 27 minutes and then the mani was incomplete. I always look forward for massage and there was no massage. Pedicure was done by a little girl. she did not know was she was doing. My foot was ruff at the bottom and around my toes my skin was white dry. I had to go the next day to another place to fix it. It was better if I do it myself. I felt like a sleepover with girls and they did a mani-pedi and me overpay for the effort. I do not recommend.

I love you guys and from now on I will be totaly sticking with your Salon from now on yall ROCKKKK! I went to another Salon called Kings Nails and asked for a Simple Fill In and a Halloween Design of Orange Nails with Black Tips and a Simple White Spider Web, What I ended up with was nothing remotely close to it, my nails had no color polish at all and a freehand design that looked like a 3 year old drew them then they charged me $25 bucks I was sooo embarassed I hid my hands in my pockets untill the next morning when I could go to Exotic Nails, I walked in the wife greeted me as she always does and then said can I help you I broke down and cried showed her my nails and asked her fix this please its sooo awful she looked at them and said sure have a seat she removed all of the old 3 year old drawings and refiled and reshaped my nails then asked what I would like to have done? I showed her a picture of Black Nails with Bright Green Aliens she said no problem we will have to use Gel Polish to make sure the polish dries properly because the design requires layers. I said no problem go for it her Husband ended up finishing my nails and they look fantastic an exact match to the picture I showed them their simply beautiful If I knew how to add photos I would they look amazing and I have had them now 24 hours and have had more then 50 comments on how great they look and where I got them done of course I raved Exotic Nails their wonderful people, more then fair prices, great atmosphere, and they make you feel welcomed. I surely will not go anywhere else ever again.

Went in on a recommendation because I like intricate designs and the staff IS friendly, but service is rushed and not worth it. The flowers on my nails are completely botched so I have to spend extra money tomorrow to fix it somewhere else after dropping $80+ there. The person who started didnt finish my pedicure, which was incredibly basic despite the deluxe name and price, and the tech that did, after my nails completely forgot to do the design. Also, wasnt even offered water.

They are terrible I recommend just to get ur toes done here but if u get ur nail done full set go to the owners of the place to get them done they sit at the very first table everyone else will mess ur nails up like how they get certified

Absolutely the worst experience of my life in terms of nail salons. I have been to MANY different salons and I decided to try Exotic - BIG MISTAKE. It was a nightmare from the second I walked in. I waited an hour & 1/2 (which was my own fault for not making an appointment). There were only two people working and I received no greeting when I walked in even though both of them acknowledged me. I finally sit down with a man (no idea what his name was) and he had the personality of a rock. I tried striking up conversation but he was extremely rude and unresponsive (and yes he did speak english). The whole time he was doing my nails his two were kids running around the salon, behind the desks, dropping nail polish, fighting with eachother: the guy had to stop what he was doing multiple times to tell his kids to please stop. I could not believe this was actually happening. Aside from the HORRIBLE customer service and professionalism, the acrylic was so sloppy and I have VISIBLE bubbles on all of my nails. To top it all off, I asked for a sunflower on two of my nails (I even brought a picture in case they werent sure). They made it very obvious that they were not happy about doing the artwork. I even said if youre not comfortable doing it then dont worry about it I can live without. Rudely, he says its fine while exchanging looks with the other guy. IT TOOK EVERYTHING IN MY POWER NOT TO WALK OUT!!! Then, the icing on the cake: The sunflowers are absolutely horrific. They look like yellow blobs slapped on a nail. Worst nail design I have ever witnessed in my life - and it was extremely rushed. Needless to say, I paid $48 dollars for a full set with the glitter acrylic - which looks terrible - and a couple of yellow blobs on two of my nails. Definitely going to stick with Beautiful Nails on 102nd, or #1 Nails on Park. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!OH and I almost forgot, The guy was so rushed that before he put the top coat on he had wiped my nails down with a cotton ball. He didnt think to get the cotton frizzies off of my nail before applying the top coat - AS A RESULT, I have little cotton frizzies under the top coat on all of my nails, and yes it is quite obvious.
