Ive been going to this place for two weeks now during lunch and I love it. There are a large number of machines, so I had my options of workouts. On top of that, Ive never had an issue getting a bench or squat rack. Ill be coming here from now on during my lunches.
Workouts are challenging for all fitness levels! Every workout will leave you feeling accomplished and feeling like your 1 step closer to your goals. Trainers are super knowledgeable and help with pushing those that are experienced to work harder and easily modify exercises for new or less experienced gym goers and those with injuries! Masks are not required but always supported and the gym and equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every class. Nutrition advice always available and healthy meals prepped ahead for quick grab and go dinners. Everyone at the gym currently is of a different fitness level and we all support each other. Absolutely 0 zero judgment. Only good feels and motivation!
Wish it wasnt so expensive but a good clean place
I joined NTT a couple of months ago and it’s been fantastic. No class is ever the same and I feel like it’s a new challenge every time I stop by. The Lockhart’s are super welcoming and Josh does a great job of pushing you throughout the entirety of your workouts. After you leave each workout you’ll always feel like you put in productive time toward your goals. Oh and their meals are pretty tasty, too.
NTT Fitness brings meaning to personal in personal training.Everybodys body is different and unique with kinks and quirks. Theres no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to involving fitness to change how the body looks and works.They truly captivate this concept through their custom training programs that are curated specifically for the individual. Their attention to detail in programming makes ALL the difference for reaching goals.I have been with NTT Fitness for over half a year now and Ive seen more changes in my body and improvement in performance in less than just a few months from their programs, compared to nearly a year of general online programs and circuits.People who asks about how I do the things I do and/or look the way I do, I give lots of credit to NTT Fitness. I’ve made such amazing changes thanks to these beyond amazing trainers.A couple months ago I started using their meal prep services and hands down the best shopping bags Ill ever receive! Theyre full of yummy goodness, that not only tastes so so good, but are healthy!Everything with this business is custom and they have different meal options to fit your diet.
Hands down the best place to get a great work out. The owner and staff are great. They treat everyone like family while pushing you at the same time to be at your best. Fun, friendly environment. Pricing to join is not crazy expensive. Would highly recommend The NTT Fitness to anyone to try out. You won’t be disappointed!
I found NTT because of their meal prep program. I was surprised to find they also have a gym where they provide a Personal Training and face-to-face nutrition tips. The two owners are a very nice married couple who seem to work as a team to help our people like me. I highly recommend the gym and the meal prep.
I have been working with Kayla since late January. Over the past 4 months she has helped me transform to whole another level. I have confidence and self esteem that I lost years ago. She pushes you to strive harder. There are no “I can’ts” when working out with her. On the days I don’t work with Kayla, she puts plans together for me to do on my own. Without these plans I would not know what machines or exercises to do for me to achieve the goals I want. Not only do I work with Kayla, but my 13 year old bonus daughter does. I highly recommend Kayla and her husband Ryan. You will not be disappointed.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Such a great team and I truly feel cared for when I go! Great atmosphere and very family oriented. I love the gym, I love the workouts, and I love the people!
The best food and the tastiest preparation. I look forward to the meals on a week to week and a day to day basis! Five stars for sure! Gives me the energy needed to get through our workouts!

They will develop a plan that has the perfect balance of both working smart and working hard to help you learn and understand your limits and opportunities. Wish I could give them more stars!! The best meal prep ever! All meals are made to perfection and to your liking. So many different options every week. Whether you’re an athlete, low carb, keto, or casual eater they have options on options. Also, they have a new flavor of Pronut every week! It’s a sweet treat to fill those cravings. I’m skeptical on salads, but their salad stays fresh from the time you pick it up to later in the week when you eat it. It’s a hit of a drive for me, but I will happily drive any distance to get NTT MEALS!! I’ve noticed a huge change in my workouts (gotten better) and physique (more lean). Every meal will fill you up in one serving. I couldn’t be happier!!

I’ve been a part of the NTT family since 2017. I say family because that’s how Ryan and Kayla have treated me right from the start. I’ve tried so many gyms, trainers, online searches, YouTube videos, etc to try and meet my fitness and nutritional goals just like a lot of other people. As as much as that might work short term, it just cannot compare to having someone who is hyper focused, dedicated and educated to what your needs and wants are in fitness and health. That is what Ryan has done for me. He’s given me that final missing link I’ve always searched for to get where I’ve wanted to be for so long. I believe in Ryan’s philosophy and dedication to my goals so much that he’s been my trainer since I’ve moved to Seattle for the past 1.5 years. If you’re still searching for that missing link to finally achieving your fitness goals, Ryan or Kayla will get you there.
