1st week there . . .Nice people . . . Amazing trainers even though I feel like death every time I leave(my personal opinion- out of shape 🤷🏾‍♀️). But I know its for my own good. And Im excited for the progress & results that comes along with these workouts. Hope to see you there 👍🏾😊

This is the best ever! No other place like it. The staff is very personable and everyone is really encouraging. its the first place I went that I didnt feel judged for my size. Its really like a family there. If I lived in Florida i would go here daily.
