We waited more than 3hrs for and oil change and tires rotation, when I get home I realized they didn’t rotated the tires.
Wait for 4 hours to get a simple routine service
Had an appointment but I believe they don’t go by appointment, only one person working, will never come back
It takes too long to get an oil change considering I had an appointment
They didn’t even answer the phone the second time I called after getting hung up
They open up exactly at 7 a.m. And the crew rushed out to all the cars who had appointments and took care of us promptly. Overall great customer service.
Had oil line to transmission replaced. Before that transmission was working fine. Pulling of out dealership transmission slipped shifting to 2nd and bangs hard into 1st gear when stopping. Took car back right way, kept car Saturday to Tuesday I had to call for update on Tuesday was told mgr would call back. Mgr called back hours later and said transmission is broken and needs to be replaced. I believe transmission oil was not refilled correctly after fixing line and that caused transmission to fail and dealer is hiding their mistake

Very quick service, but make sure you give your invoice to the valet, so they could bring your car. Other wise you will be waiting forever.

It is not a good place to fix your car or recieve any service, I spent 3 hours for a simple routine service and I was waiting in total more than 3 hours,when they had to give me my car back in the delivery zone I waited for more than 20 min and nobody ask me anything when finally some employee help me, I complained he said write a bad survey ...it was a Tuesday morning so, it was not a busy day.
Well right now ive been trying to reach the service department on the phone for an hour

They included a complementary car washon the oil change, I mean I know is complementary but at least do it, the car was not wash at all It left as dirty as it came if not more because there was black hands impressions on the hood I guess from the mechanic my wife was the one that took the car and didnt noticed but thats just very unprofessional.

I wrote to his chat in the morning, asked if I could go to see the new hybrid corolla and they assured me that they would have it there and could see it and quote its price. When I arrived at the place they didnt have the car and the seller didnt want to help me because I refused to give him a copy of my license.
