Upon placing a $6000.00 down payment and buying a 2017 used Lexus I saw than an additional $1,600.00 was placed on the final price for the “bumper to bumper inspection”. The nerve of them because it turns out the back AC was not working which had to be chalked up to my warranty and when I had my goddaughter for a day and placed her car seat in the back I COULDN’T buckle her car seat because NONE of the back seats buckles would lock! They were allbroken! Today I realized my rear tire had a nail and when I went to repair it of course the tire employee ask me for the tire lock key or wrench device that allows one to remove the bolts WAS NOT EVEN IN THE CAR WHERE IT SHOULD OF BEEN! These are all things that one would think after committing to a over $30,000 price tag and going to a “luxury” dealer that they would have the morals and the good professionalism to make sure the car is being sold and driven off they’re lot!I’ve had to take my car to the Orlando Lexus Dealer for repairs (mind you I’ve only had it for a few months) where a manager there told me I cant believe they sold you that car with defective seat belts!!Please if you read this DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALER SHIP!!!

Victor was awesome and the service in general was great. The place has very comfy seats, tables, TVs, etc., as well as cold water and an espresso machine.

Service rep Harry R was very helpful and he gave us excellent service. My Lexus had water damage and the first mechanic I took it to could not fix it. Harry reassured us that the car could be fixed properly. He was attentive and always responded quickly to our questions. He helped us through a stressful situation. Our car was finally fixed properly and we are pleased with the outcome. Thank you to the entire staff at Lexus of Kendall.

I want to begin by thanking Marylu (service advisor) and Bernie (Bernardo Chiong) (service department manager) for an amazing customer service experience. They really went above and beyond to make our service experience simply amazing. I had to take my Lexus RX for service and to begin with they provided a loaner (which is always super convenient) secondly Marylu kept giving me update phone calls, letting me know the status of my vehicle and keeping me well informed. The night I went to pick up my vehicle I had a concern and Bernie went out to introduce himself, listened to our concerns, offered to give our vehicle a full detail service at no additionalCost. And on top of that, had one of his employees do a little touch up on a dent our vehicle had from before, also at no additional cost. Very satisfied with this Lexus service center. Happy to be part of the Lexus family since 2010. This is our 11 Lexus with this dealership as all of my family members have been loyal customers.... Juan Soto from financing department also super recommended!!! As he has always been our finance guy for all our vehicles purchases and leases. One of the best services I have ever received was from Luis and the valet from Service. They were extremely courteous and respectful with my parents and myself. He offered us concessions and took great care of us. What blew me away was being welcomed back and being acknowledged by our last name. As simple as it is it has made a lasting and memorable impression.Unfortunately, I cannot say the say same when it comes to the new car sales department. As someone who works in sales for a luxury boutique hotel I understand the importance of everyone that walks through my door and deserves the upmost respect and service that is unforgettable. However, the minute my father and I walked through the door a gentlemen on his cell phone and two others were surrounding him at the counter and only one looked us and did not even acknowledge our presence. To add further insult to injury a sales representative was walking around without his mask and until I looked him in the eye did he actually put the mask on. During these times of COVID-19 it is not only careless, but reckless. My father and I walked around without being assisted and I was interested in purchasing the LS-500. It is extremely disappointing when I could not be assisted or even receive the simplest form of respect. The new car sales department of Lexus of Kendall loves the idea of luxury, but they cannot meet the standards of luxury. I now understand why my parents purchased their LS-460L from Lexus of Pembroke Pines and I will be working with them on my purchase.

They quoted me in writting a price to get car fixed. The service advisor also sent to me in writting via text requesting authorization to fix the vehicle and I approved. The service advisor decided to resign after 26nyears ofnservice and left to a competitor. NOW I SEE WHY!!! When the new service manager called me to advice car was ready to pick up on the 24th I told him I couldnt go get car until the 28th. He agreed AGAIN in writting via text to come on the 28th. The 28th the service manager Bernie texted me to see when would I get car and within the second I replied in 15 minutes as I was on my way. In on arriving at the cashier I was told to pay $850 more. I questioned the amount and they requested the proof that it was supposed to be less. When I did the service manager Bernie said ok but I had to pay for loaner as I had it extended time. When I stated I wouldnt pay as its a service amenity andnhe had agreed in WRITING to extend. I requested to speak to the GM and when i spoke to him he stated i needed to pay fornthe loaner. I stated I had in writting thebquote to fix and the service manager approval. The GM stated the service manager stated he never said that even when I showed to the in writting. The GM told me he will get bill adjusted but to never take my car back to them. I have several Lexus vehicles currently for my family and we more than gladly will be going the LEX Auto near them at a much better price and service only 2 miles away, or to JM Lexus where I bought tge car with EXCELLENT customer service or to Lexus of Pembroke Pines or North Miami. There are plenty of locations I can get all my vehicles serviced without someone trying to lie, and gouge me with false statements and lies. LEXUS OWNERS BE AWARE OF REALLY BAD SERVICE AND EVEN IF YOUR QUOTEBIS IN WRITTING BE CAREFULL!!!! LEXUS OF kendall is the worst with a bunch of liers!!!!

I visit Lexus of Kendall service today to have my car service, and I was sitting in the lobby and I noticed that several employee was all in this one office.. who ever the lady that was sitting behind the desk must have been the boss, because the way she was talking to the black guy was ridiculous. Whoever in charge of that place needs to check her because that’s no way to talk to anyone...
