A five-star experience turned three-stars because of the absurd wait times. We arrived at Kendall Toyota around 11:00 AM and the staff was attentive and immediately helped us look for the car we were interested in. From test driving to price negotiation, everything went well.... Until it was time for the payment.We didnt even bother with negotiations and we just wanted to pay and leave. However, our sales associate immediately changed from being attentive to being nonexistent when it became time to wait for the financial office. We were fourth in line for waiting for someone from the financial office. Our sales associate tries his best to accommodate us, even buying something for us from the café. However, waiting for the financial office was SUCH A SLOW AND ARDUOUS PROCESS!Let me be clear. Our sales associate was great. Waiting for and dealing the financial office was terrible. It was so bad that we seriously considered going to another Toyota dealership. It is now 3:15 PM and we are still here waiting on them. 4 hours with no end in sight makes no sense when we have already made a down payment and need to wait HOURS to leave with the vehicle.
I have been going to Kendall Toyota for about 4 years. Ronnie Jones the service advisor is the first person I go to see. He is honest and trustworthy and I can rely on him to give me the best advice when it comes to servicing my car. He always lets me know what is the best thing to take care of and which things I can hold off on for a little while. If I call him last minute he always tries to squeeze me in that day because of my busy schedule. If you have to go to Kendall Toyota make sure you go and see Ronnie Jones in the service department. You won’t be disappointed.

Took my Corolla in for a slight computer maintenance issue and they got the problem fixed within an hour with very courteous service! Made the whole experience a pleasure, I do recommend making an early appointment to avoid any extra waiting, as youre one car of many hundreds waiting to be serviced. Great dealership all around!
I called this morning to get an appointment and they fit me in straight away. Very nice and professional, everyone had a great attitude. They said it would take an hour and it took exactly an hour. There’s a nice cafe for you to grab a coffee or bite to eat and a comfortable place to sit. Or, you can leave with their optional shuttle service. Either way they call and text you when your car is ready. They also offer a complementary car wash. Thank you for being on time and courteous!
I took my 2017 lifted Toyota Tundra for and oil change and walked inside to ask for for help. I said who can help me and Ronnie said anyone here can help you even me. I instead turned to the young lady and said can you help me. He said rudely to Ronnie why don’t you help her. She wasn’t doing anything but sitting there talking to a coworker. So Ronnie said immediately I will help you. Great customer service. I give Ronnie 5 ⭐️.
Everything at Kendall Toyota has been upgraded. The building has been renovated with more features, and a much more inviting atmosphere. My service rep, Ronnie, greeted me as soon as I drove up. He reviewed my service history and made sound recommendations, including options to save money. He communicated well and delivered my car when promised. The valet even washed my car. I was impressed with their professionalism and expertise.
The service department contacts are very nice people quick to find you a date and time that fits best to service your car. Communication between the other departments seems to be tricky, though.Loved the thorough servicing of my brand new Camry but found tough to sit in the car for over 20 minutes waiting for my turn😌
Made an appointment and was told the wait time would be 1hr and 30min. But it was done in less then an hour amd i was on my way. Very clear explanation of what was being checked and serviced and quick checkout.
This was by far the best and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Abel Marti was fantastic with arranging everything ahead of time and preparing all the paperwork before I arrived, including an affordable choice for car insurance (with fantastic help from Felix). Abel also patiently answered all my questions and gave me a quick tutorial on the new Camry. I highly recommend this dealership.

Good mechanical service, fast and reliable, valet parking not so good, lost my house key that was attached to the car control and one mean person handling the car return, not polite at all.
While everyone was super nice and helpful, they will get you like every other dealer with the walk out fees. A car that was supposed to be $16k after taxes and dealer fees, ended up being almost 17k because of a pre-delivery inspection? Yeah, sure. The only reason why I went through with it was that I knew the cars was a very decent deal because of the mileage. If you give them a budget, they shouldnt waste your time promising you a monthly payment by calculating an estimate with a lower interest rate and then the financier telling you that it was just an estimate and you rate may and will be higher.Overall my payments were only $30 over my budget, which is also why I decided to make the purchase, but I didnt appreciate the games that were played. Pure salesman attitude I dislike.Other than that, the car was in fact, as mentioned, a very decent deal. Also they took care of all the tiny cosmetic details and gave the car a full detail wash. Cant complain in how helpful they are after you get the car.Long story short: ALWAYS ask for the walk out cost before you make a decision.

I asked him a specific question about my warranty and my maintenance plan- and he explained the difference and answered my questions in a blink of an eye! My car was ready in record time... It’s always the same thing, every single time I go in for service appointment, it takes them more than 3 hours to do the job, while I check in they tell me an hour and half. Its always a disappointment going in every 3 months. I try my best to just leave the car for the entire day and go home but sometimes it’s impossible, so I have to wait, and I love like 20 miles away so I can’t used the service they provide to take you home
The salesman was very helpful and the whole purchasing process was smooth until I started dealing with the finance officer. He was not very friendly and rushed through the whole process did not give any explanation of the paperwork involved in the purchase. Not a very nice experience!

I can truly understand that at this moment the market belongs to the seller. But when you find a Sales’ Rep trying its best to make you feel like he is actually doing you a favor by offering you a car, that’s when you, as a client, understand that this dealership, either does not care about basic courtesy to a potential buyer, or the rep is just an ignorant stud that deserves a job where there is no need of human interaction. You guys can do much better. It would be honorable if Emmanuel resigns. What a jerk…
I have a 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid SE. this vehicle has given me multiple problems. I have reported all of them to the Kendall Toyota since before the first service. The problems include the dashboard turning grey and black, unable to turn on my radio, back up camera not working at all and when it does work it does not work properly. I have visited the dealership over 8 times for the same concerns on this vehicle and nothing has been resolved yet. While driving the car radio when it works it restarts like if I had just turned on the car. This happens in a loop over and over again while the car is in motion. The radio has been already replaced and updated several times. The manager at the service department has not been able to help. I tried to upload all the videos I have of the troubles this vehicle has given me but was unable to. I have an open case with Toyota and my car is still under the warranty. Nothing has been done to help me. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service here at Kendall Toyota! If someone can please help me this car is terrible so many problems.

We came after having issues with our car from another place. Toyota and Ronnie specifically made our terrible day into a relatively good one. We were able to take our car home yesterday and get to work today even tho I expected them to keep my car for days like other places have (my car had a smaller issue if they keep your car it’s cause they need to) but anyway they were kind and welcoming and it truly meant a lot to have great customer service.

I had the opportunity to meet with Luis Martinez, he was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I told him my prices and how much I wanted and can spend and he showed me the cars within my price range. I ended up driving off the lot with a used vehicle but feels like a new vehicle with very little miles and was well serviced by Toyota. The car service was great but the person handling my car when you arrive totally forgot about my car Other customers that arrived after my car had left before me at least 20 minutes before I tried contacting the man that was handling my car He didn’t answer and was nowhere to be found.Took my car in for maintenance oil change and I was there 2 1/2 hours waiting for my car.If I wouldn’t of told this man where is my car I would’ve still been there waiting for my car to be done. Very poor customer service and lack of attention to their customers. If it wasn’t for me wasting my time there with him everything else was fine

Customer service was excellent! Yeily Diaz was assisting me and kept in constant contact so I was not confused at any point. The parts are reasonably priced, the labor cost was a bit expensive. Overall great experience!
We were so impressed with the quality of service given to us. Our minivan broke down while we were vacationing in the Keys and we were trying to leave town for a 13 hour drive back to Virginia. Everyone we talked with was helpful and knowledgeable. Mechanics came in early to work on our car so we could leave town in the morning and not have to wait all day for the car to be completed. We did not ask for this courtesy. They knew our situation and completed our car by the time the service center opened Saturday morning. So helpful! So kind! So impressed!
Firsly of all, it took a week before i heard from customer service and it was me who initiated contact. only after i requested notification of receipt of parts did they acknowledge it. after 2 weeks i was notified of car ready, parts installed but then they couldnt even have reset the warning light on the dashboard. go elsewhere when dealing with toyota service.
Kendall Toyota’s service was awesome and fast. I was there maybe 40 minutes? However, the reps were pleasant, everyone masked up and professional.
The sales staff was very nice and friendly. Joseph did a great job showing me the vehicles and explaining all the accessories the vehicle had. He worked with me on the pricing the best he could and was extremely patient. Would recommend him for sure! Otherwise it was not the best experience, took approx 5 hrs to purchase a vehicle, prices were not as advertised at all, and the PNI employee I dealt with was very rude and inconsiderate.

Average dealership. Took my car in for a recall. Purchased paint specifically for my car. The dealership did not have it in stock, so needed to order and ship it. I inquired whether I would be notified if paint had arrived. I was told “call back in a few weeks to check.” I was not given an estimated ship time. So have to call back every week for updates on whether the paint that has already been fully paid for arrived…
This was the worst experience I have ever had and if you want to keep my business I would expect better1. Ronnie was awesome2. I got sent an invoice online which I paid and it turned out to be the wrong amount. I had to go to the cashier to Ronnie and back to the cashier which took 45 mins3. Went outside to get my car and the valet casually strolled across the parking lot to get my car. He then strolled back and stated he did not have the keys. He disappeared inside for another 30 mins . They could not find the keys. This is terrible and so I will go elsewhere next time

Terrible service, packages were added to the loan with out my acknowledgement, I try to reach them through email and phone and cannot get a hold of any finance managers .(because they are unwilling to help and are already aware of the scam going on). No one returns my emails and if I get in touch with secretary give them my information to call me back and never get a call back .

A year later I can honestly say that buying my car here was the best decision I’ve ever made. I definitely got the best deal I could have hoped for, and every time I go back for maintenance the staff is always friendly and helpful.
My advisor Rosa was great. I haven’t been to Kendall Toyota since the remodeling and frankly- I don’t like it. Was there at 7am and my car didnt get checked in until 8am. There was about 12 cars ahead of me and only 2 advisors checking people in. Which they should have at least 1 per lane. I think there should be an appointment lane, and a bring in lane and the appointment lane should move a lot faster. I received an email saying pay online and get the car faster, great I go to pick up my car & I have to go into the cashier to get the receipt … even though it’s on my phone so what was the purpose of paying online if I still have to wait and speak with the cashier?
To start, this was for a 5,000mile maintenance and the tire needed to be replaced. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance for 8 in the morning. I was told it would be around 1.5 hours. Ended up taking 2.5 Hours. After sitting there for a little over 2 hours I asked what was going on. Thats when I was told it was ready. Dont want to know how long I would of been there had I not asked. Sat in line to get my car for 15 minutes only to be told at that moment that it hasnt been washed yet. It was there for 2 and half hours. There is no reason it shouldnt have been washed yet and why was I told it was ready if it wasnt. Apparently the car being washed (a service included in the maintenance) isnt included in the statement your car is ready. Needless to say, the experience was frustrating.
The worst service center I have ever dealt with. I went to get my car serviced and the experience was not very good. If it’s your first time taking your car for service, please stay away from Service Advisor Yeily, she is sneaky and unprofessional. Ask for a different service advisor and hopefully your experience will be different. My experience was pretty much dealing with liars and poor customer service including the service manager. The staff that I dealt with were all rude. They work with each other so of course they cover up for each other. You’ll bring in your car for service and it will sit there in the parking lot for days and nothing done to it. Then they will tell you that they did everything that needed to be done and as a bonus, they argue with you about it. They’re liars and on top of that, they give you attitude. Poor, poor, poor customer service, I can’t stress that enough. I hope higher management reads this. With all the money this dealership makes, they need to invest in providing their staff with seminars on how to be professional at a work place and teach them proper customer service. Good luck dealing with these incompetents!

It was overall good. Wait time was normal. The only complaint is that my settings were changed in my car !!! The verve ! My ac was all the way low, my car seat was switched ! Some buttons also. The automatic Feature of auto.Why ?? Don’t do that. The car is not yours. Respect people’s car settings.

Had my car repaired for a large job. I was provided a rental from Sunday to Thursday, and two days were covered by Toyota while they waited for the part. I was lucky enough to have a car repair insurance which covered most of my 1000+ Repair and only had to pay $200. Lazaro called and set it all up for me. I only had to come to pick it up. I also really like they have valet to pick up your car once done, it happens to be that it was raining when I finished so that helped tons. I also bought my vehicle at this same Toyota so that’s cool. Either way, I don’t have any complaints.
Such a big and important dealer in all Miami Dade County and it’s unbelievable, I was baffled by the fact that I waited for an oil change 3 (THREE) hours !! 12:17 pm and my car was returned at 3:15. It’s better off paying for the service out of pocket, but then it’s a lease vehicle, it’s a loose situation! It’s out of control. Please get more mechanics to work at Kendall Toyota because your cars are not cheep !!

Sad to report that I had an awful experience this time at Kendall Toyota on Pinecrest. I had an appointment at 8 am for Saturday 8/21 for an oil change and even though I arrived 6 minutes late, I waited 2 1/2 hours without any notification of my service. By the time I got a hold of the receipt I find out that my oil change cost $ 90 and even though I argued thinking I had been provided a service I did not request... I was told that the prices had increased and that was the cost of the oil change. So disappointing...
