Love this place. Had my nails done by Alan and my feet done by Tee. Alan did a very good job. He works fast and does an excellent job. Tee does great work as well. I love this place. They are very reasonable also.

I use to come in to do lashes there before COVID with Rose. She is no longer there :( but I went back with another tech today. They are so cramped up in that place. Before the lash techs had their own little room to work and now there is 1 medium size room with 4 beds for lashes side by side. Really? We are still in a pandemic. I didnt feel comfortable being so close together all in one room. The techs were talking and laughing among themselves and I felt the tech was breathing and talking over me. Even with my mask on I didnt want her doing that. Also, when you walk in they ask you to scan a QR code and send you to your service.. no chance to read the policies that come up with the QR code which I believe is COVID info.I am not sure that Ill be back.

It was spectacular, Ashly attended me, she did my eyelashes & eyebrows wish was awesome!!! She did a beautiful job, I TRULY recommend her...

I waited over an hour and 40 min for service... when i finally was let in, I get the the first desk to your right, and this female literally has no idea how to match my gel color!!! She wants to do what she felt like and was about to put a completely different gel on me when all i wanted was a fill! I told her please dont do that! She said ok then what gel do you want? I answered ‘im sorry i dont do nails for a living! You are the professional you should help me match it. She looked as if she didnt understand a thing i had just said! I walked out half way done and having waisted my entire morning!

I go the distance for them although all of the techs are great I like to find my few just in case one is off I know the other can meet or exceed my expectations. Dom did the second marble set, Joe did the last 2 . This is just a few of many visits. need I remind you I am SEVERLY allergic to acrylic and I have had NO REACTIONS EVER from any of these sets)Not sure why the other photos were deleted..

Lashes are pretty but mine started coming off like 2 days after I got them, even tho I stayed dry and no oil on my face :/ .

Do no go here. I got there @7:30,didn’t get seated until 10pm then hurt me while taking off my set at one point the girl gave me the took for me to do it myself. When it came getting a basic drip design they said they couldn’t do it, had me leave with no nails . Horrible management and no organization.

Love this nail salon! Have been coming to them for the past 5 years, Jenny the owner truly cares for her customers satisfaction, she’s recently hired new technicians, got my nails done by sonny and she absolutely killed it! She took her time with my nails and just left them so beautiful!!! Def recommend to come!!

I think they should make appointments, I didnt got my nails done only my daughter and daughter in law, they told us it was a two hour wait, they called us 3 hours after and we end up leaving this place almost at 1am.They do an ok job but its snowing to wait so long!Plus my daughters nails didnt came out so great.

Its a little on the pricey end but I dont mind because my acrylic fill comes out perfect every time. A normal gel fill is $35. I dont mind paying for perfectly filed, smooth acrylic, no bumps, bubbles, or warps in the gel. Perfectly polished! My nails look good every time. They are a lil crowded but I never make an appointment and usually never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Customer service is the usual for a nail shop but the work is damn good!

Overcrowded mess - covid petri dish in a place, plus they f*cked up my nails with some girl who obviously didnt know how to do full set. She cut my cuticle so deep it still hurts and its been two days. She was so rough throughout, I felt bad for the girl going after me

Horrible job on my nails i showed the lady exactly what i wanted and she did whole opposite, once they brought the “amazing” owner the worker said “i told her she needed a whole new set” which is a big lie she never ever did. Jennifer made me pay full price for something i did not like. making me come back in 2 weeks and yet again pay for a whole new set why couldn’t her worker explain to me in the beginning i needed a whole new set i would have said “yes”it’a not the first time i didn’t get a whole new set when i come for a refill, nails are horrible thick un-even gel bubbles the whole nails just horrible job. doubt i will go back if her workers are screaming at me i’m 14 and i respected her worker and it’s unbelievable the way they acted. Me and my sister came To get a manicure at 9am, once we arrived we waited about 5 min and no one showed up to the front. finally a woman came and said that her manager schedules the technicians time when there not available ... so we had to wait until 10am (when more technicians came in) AND had to wait another 10 min to be seen .. the woman barely talk so it’s awkward when they just talk in there language to each other all the time instead of there customer js

They did my micro blading eyebrows lousy and horrible job 2 months later my eyebrows were blue and one thinner than the other

First and last time i come to this place.. They advertise that they would open at 8am, got there at 8:30am only receptionist was there, staff arrived at 9am. I signed in at 8:30am i got seen until 10am after i reminded them i was still waiting and as soon as i told them they asked well what are you getting done 😡😡 what was the whole point of giving my name and number if they forget about the walk-ins... ok so i got seen to get my lashes, and manicure took me another 2 hrs. So today (halloween day) they still had a special 70 lashes & 25 manicure.... but the lady charged me 80 lashes & 30 manicure.... i didnt fight it cuz Im not petty like that i wanted to try a new place but yeah last time Im going there not to mention how small the place is and narrow people kept bumping into me, everything was rushed, and coming out the salon my lashes started falling some are dangling right now i guess u get what u pay for🤷🏽‍♀️

Very upsetting. I booked an early appointment at 9am only to find out technicians run on their own schedule. Literally waited for more than an hour and all I was told from front desk is “technicians live far away, that’s why they’re a little late”. Excuse me but an hour is not a little late. No consideration for clients’ time. Don’t book appointments just to keep clients waiting!

I came to this nail place before Covid 19. I gave them 3 stars only because Jeff made me not regret coming back here. I made sure not to make an appointment with Jennifer again(she might be the owner). I’m bummed because some reviews said she did great nails so I was excited. Jeff did an amazing job, a professional/beautiful set of nails that looked great after 2 weeks, he must be a real nail tech. Jeniffer did a horrible job, over priced un-even/thick nailforms, it looked like my niece did them, I was Very disappointed to say the least. And having an appointment with Jennifer doesn’t mean she’s going to see you at that time it’s just suggested because she was too busy for our set appointment. The nail shop is really pretty inside and the ambience is over all okay. I’m pretty sure you can find a better nail place than this place but if you do go here I recommend Jeff.

Paid $150 for simple nails. They were pretty but nothing major. Got my eyelashes done (volume) and the end results looked nothing like what I asked for and 80% of the lashes were gone within the first week.

When you call to make an appointment they always put you in a hold and eventually the hangup on the call. You have to call I don’t know millions of times in order to get an appointment over the phone. Regarding the work that they do there they do an excellent job pretty much everybody knows how to do nails it’s just the receptionist whoever’s is in charge of making appointments they have to work very seriously on that part of the business. Once you are at the place everybody’s it’s really nice the receptionist and the owner is just the hold part of them answering the phone and actually making that appointment happen.

Paid $50 dollars for a pedicure and manicure. The lady said she couldn’t do the simple design, and she had already done a coat of gel, so I had to pay extra when I could’ve just gotten a regular manicure. She could’ve told me before she did the gel, that she could not do it. This place is not good, and expect a long wait.

I love this place. But today I was disappointed. I was given a brand new nail tech and not told that she was brand new. Then she did a horrible job on my nails. She cut them way too short then messed up my ombré that I asked for. The manager Jennifer came and took me away from her and had me wait about 40mins for another nail tech. So now I’ve been there about 1 hr and a half. The new nail tech took off all my nails and started again. (I told you they were bad). Ok so he did a great job. But when I went to pay no discount was offered?? Like wth?? So I had to ask for it. She only gave me 15% off. I told her really? I had to wait along time and why wasn’t I told she was new. Then I asked for her name and the owner said she didn’t even know her own techs name?? Horrible experience.

The place looks amazing and their work is spectacular IMO, however the receptionists could use a little work as they are constantly bitter and Ive seen them treat customers as if you are doing them a favor including myself. I only return because of the workers and their incredible availability in business hours.

Its always busy here and a little bit pricey. But... ask for Fiona, she does awesome work. I Love my eyelashes!

I have only been here once but plan to visit again very soon! I went in as a walk-in, and even though it was completely packed, I was taken care of immediately! So I was extremely happy about that, and my nails came out SOOO amazing! I dont have a picture but recommend you see their Instagram profile. They are amazing! The prices are also very reasonable for the quality. Anyone looking for cheap $30 nails should not come here. You get what you pay for and every penny is well worth spending here!

Pricey for what we got. Girl at the counter over charged us 20 dollars and when we corrected her (we were told our price before we came up to the register) she was unnecessarily rude. Simple misunderstanding that didnt require that kind of behavior to first time clients. Mine came out nice but unfortunately my friend had a hard time communicating with the stylist and ended up unsatisfied with her nails. Also they were out of almost all of the colors she wanted. Looks nice inside, and a good amount of people but overall our experience wont keep us coming back :(

The wait was not bad. Went in without an appointment was seen within 20 mins (on a Sat morning). I feel that the pricing was fair but I was bothered by the fact that the towel that my hands were resting on was dirty and somewhat stained. But overall, Im satisfied 😀

This review is strictly for Dom. At first I was floored by the high price of getting your nails done here. I wanted to hate my nails to give me a reason not to come back. The price ahhh. Dom did exactly what I wanted and my nails looked beautiful for a full month. NO broken nails, No chipping, No lifting! So many compliments. I tried again and got a filll with him, this time I obviously paid less than a full set. Again! No problems for a month. This month will be my 4th time going to him and I can honestly say that I dont feel robbed anymore. For all those other times I had to go every other week to get my nails fixed or because I didnt like the work and took them off. I was spending more money and time at the cheaper places. I spend same amount or less here. Dom is not the friendliest or most talkative but I dont give a ish as long as Im in love with my nails and the quality is there.

$180 nails and feet, u look at my hands and feet, you’d say they were beautiful because they are all blinged out, but take a closer look and my shape isn’t even, acrylic is too thick, I was cut several times with a file while my pedicure was being done, they had no regards for customer service TRASH

The work was good, but it was painful. The Male nail technicians need to remember that lady fingers are more delicate than mens. My tech squeezed my finger really hard. Also, he was rough with the nail file. He also nicked me a couple of times.

First person I had tried peeling my old nails off even though I told him it hurt and was pulling my real nail off. However, the second person that took over did a wonderful job! I believe her name was Tracy, definitely recommend her and this place!

The quality of work is great and lasts a long time. The only thing is you need to make sure you have the time and the money to spend there. It took me three hours to get my nails done.

If you’re going to do walk-ins there, don’t. They only have respect for their regular customers. Sadly, the technicians there seem overworked and rushed so the quality won’t be as good. Do yourself a favor and go to the nail salon across the street named Studio Nails and Spa. Smaller place but the technicians GLADLY take walk-ins and the work of every technician is amazing.

Went in to get my nails done like a look I found on their Instagram account the nails looked nothing like what I asked for, I politely told the guy 3 or 4 times I didnt like them and to just paint them with a regular gel color and he kept insisting they looked fine, I paid $88 for something I completely disliked and decided to return 3 days later for a polish change bc I was embarrassed of my nails, I got gel with a matte finished and was charged an additional $27 dollars for them to do something I asked them to do the 1st time around, very disappointed dont think Ill return again

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!I wasn’t going to waste my time and write a review for this place but people need to know what they’re paying for. First of all let me start by saying that this place is ridiculously overpriced for the quality of nails. I went in for my appointment w/ Jennifer. I received a nice welcoming by the staff with a drink being handed to me. They let the nail technician (Jennifer) know I was there and when she got to me she, very absentmindedly, asked me what I wanted. I told her and she said it would be $160 for a simple set with no design. I asked her how much for just acrylics with a simple nail polish and she said $90! I told her that i was not going to pay that much (granted my fault for not asking for prices when I called to make the appointment). At this point with an annoyed tone she tells me that I can go to the bar where they will do my nails for $45. I said fine, since I left a $20 deposit that I wasn’t getting back. I went and sat at the bar. My nail set was done by a gentleman, who although was very nice, was too rough on my hands after telling someone he would be done with me in 30min (timing himself). He was so rough on my cuticles that it left my fingers in pain and raw the whole next day. After he was done I was charged $50!Now less than a week after getting my nails done they are lifted on the corners. Some didn’t feel properly placed after day one (like they can fall if I get rough with them.) I have paid under $30 for better quality nails than this. Never coming back. Save your money ladies.

Nice looking salon. The two people who helped me were very friendly. However, they are not very gentle and at times the mani pedi was painful. I also was cut on my finger. The cut was pretty deep because it kept bleeding for a couple days and aching. I’m still nursing the wound three days later. Please be more careful in the future!

Sometimes I have to remind myself Quality over quantity.. Lol I know its hard people... It can be pricey here but your nails will always be on point! They have alot of employees, so you never have to wait! Biggest plus as well 👍 Not only that, Ive seen people come in at closing time (8 PM) and they dont turn them away!! Thats awesome.. I wouldnt do that too them tho, but one day I got there at 6:45 (thats pushing it too me) and is how I came across several people coming in near closing time. Ive been to other nail spots and they dont hesitate to turn people away if its 45+ minutes to closing time.Anyways, this is the only spot for me :)

The nails LOOK very pretty but the quality is horrible! I went in on a Sunday afternoon and for the next 2 days I was in bed sick and one of the nails broke. 2 days! The nails were also uneven. I went to get a fix and the owner Jennifer who did my nails was not there so Jeff fixed it. OMG the nail completely a different color size as well as uneven. Another 2 days after that another nail broke. Let me tell you I pay $120 for one of the worst nail jobs ever. I highly advise to not come to this nail shop.

Most, not all okay, but a majority of the staff is so rude. They rush through your nails. For they prices they charge Id like someone to take their time and get my nails done right.

Really clean place, clean tools. They do a great job on nails. Love their work ♡. The place is nice and fancy and offer free drinks. One thing to mention is that they can be pushy for you to get extra things. And very pricy $$$. $$.

I just moved to whitter and this place caught my attention. I was assisted by Emily which was very nice she did a good job on my nails but the price was redicules. I was charged $92 for a full set with designs. I have gone to other places and paid $45 for the same stuff that i got done that day. First and last timé I will ever come to this location.

This is by far the worst experience ever! My mother’s Christmas gift was to get her micro blading done on her eyebrows. We seen pictures of all these previous clients that got them done and videos as well. So we did our research before hand.Well let me tell you the work that was done on my mother’s eyebrows is horrendous! I️ feel so bad since I️ was the person who took her. Her eyebrows are uneven and aren’t even shaped properly. This is truly unacceptable. This work was all done by the manager JENNIFER! To top it off not only that but was charging her an extra $100 for touch up when she specifically said it was FREE. So $300 total and an extra $100 for a “color correction” on her eyebrow. Which I️ didn’t mind since this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. We asked if she was able to fix the crooked eyebrow and nothing. She would like more money in order to proceed which is absurd reason being she messed up and did a horrible job so I️ think she should’ve corrected her mistakes for free. As you can see they weren’t at all trying to accommodate.I️ take full responsibility for taking my mother to this place honestly cause customer service SUCKS as well as staff members and lets not forget the rude receptionists. This place is a joke the day we went there were so many people you couldn’t even walk inside the place! Let’s just say WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE OR WILL EVER BE COMING BACK to this joke of a salon. Good thing I️ have the measures to spread the word out and will be letting EVERYONE on SOCIAL MEDIA know about how horrendous this place is so they don’t have to go through what we went through!

Ok the main lady is rude she dont know what she is doing. But every time I go I get seated right away. I love Dominic for my acrylic mani he is the best. He makes it look like its my real nail he does them thin like how I like. If you want them thick he also does that to but he is the best. But they do need to work on customer service with the main lady in the front.

Customer service is extremely poor. Jennifer the owner doesnt care about her loyalty from customers. I used to come here for about 10 years with Ben.... loyal the entire time, prices are high but quality is good. My last draw was I had an appointment for a pedicure with Wendy and a nail appointment with Ben. I walked In in time and They were both working on someine they took as walkins.... whats the point of having an appointment if you have to wait. I waited for 25 mins and still neither was done and continued to make me wait. Jennifer had no remorse at the fact that I had 2 appointments. All she cares about is money and wanting to get people in and out. Before I left I have her a piece of my mind, customers heard. Neither Ben or Wendy said anything because they were allowed to.... this woman should not be in business!!!!!I will never give her any more business.
