July 19,2020.I went to post office on passons blvd. In Pico Rivera this afternoon around 2pm. I walked to drop off a package. All I needed from them was 4 strips of tape to attach a return slip. I was told by the oriental service man at the window that I had to purchase the tape. It is $3.99. I told him that I did not have that amount with me. Which he replied that I can go to the Dollar Store to buy one.It is a Very Sad Day when you realize that good customer service has gone out the window by certain Customer Service Attendant. π₯π
I absolutely love this post office location. Every single time I have ever gone in here (which has been many times over the last couple years) I have been treated very well.The staff is courteous and kind. The people working the counter are good people. Nice, smiley, good energy.I have never had a negative experience here, nor have I seen anyone else have a negative experience.This post office location is a joy.Much love to them for all they do.And also much love to you. πππ
Rude, condescending, and utterly unprofessional employees at this location. This is what is wrong with government employees doing business. They forget we are the customer that pays their salaries. The Asian man who works at the Passons location is no better than a dmv employee. He is completely disrespectful to every customer who walks through the door and talks down to them as if the customer is not educated. It is a good location. I wish the U.S.postal service would clean house of all the dead weight who are Not kind to the people of Pico Rivera who utilize this office, and replace them with employees that appreciate a small town that holds values in treating your neighbor with kindness.
Ive had a few issues with my packages being delivered to my po box but theyre always able to help me out and get to the bottom of what happened. And, in all, Ive always received my packages. They do take the time to search and investigate to comply with your needs. And theyve never been rude even though Im sometimes frustrated. I like this post office.
Came to apply for a passport here at the Pico Rivera P.O and it went smoothly unlike the 2 other P.Os that either closed on me at 12pm or one of my birth certificates was unacceptable and so making a 3rd attempt days later, it seemed like I should have gone to this one 1st. The lady was very kind and helpful and explain everything with the process. Your best bet is to come at the time they open for passport applications because some of them close early despite what the website says otherwise. So far, I was happy for visiting this P.O location.

Dont expect anyone to answer, its all automated, so if you do want to talk to someone you have to go there yourself...somewhat defeats the purpose of trying to be safe as much as possible
Ive been going here for almost 30 years now and have never had a problem. Everyone is so patient and kind. Went recently during the pandemic and they have a staff thats keeping it very clean.
Well,my wife and I made a complaint about the our mail being delivered to the wrong address and getting someone elses mail and packages which has happened several times in the recent past,not only to us but to several of our neighbors as well and also the carrier being on the phone continuously while delivering the mail. His supervisors answer to our complaint was our mail delivery is suspended and we now have to pay for a P.O. Box to pick up our mail. Since I spoke directly to the mail carrier about the problem and my wife giving him a mis delivered package,he feels we were being confrontational with the carrier. He mentioned βitβs safer anyway to have a P.O.Boxβ. That we agree with.
Applied for my first passport and the process was around 25 minutes. They open at 9AM. Write your name on the list they have for passports, come back at 10AM (its when they start calling people from the list). It was easy and the workers were helpful and polite. Just make sure you have all your documents with you. I paid $110 for the regular book only with money order and a $35 fee in cash. I was the 2nd person on the list which is why I waited less.
I came here to get my first passport ever and did not know the process. A front counter staff was very helpful and let me know exactly what I needed and where to get them. Applying for a passport is very impacted and takes a while due to a persons peronal situation. Although the hours are 10-2, they only take the first 20 people because it will take the whole 4 hours to attend to those 20 people. I signed in at 9:50am and wasnβt seen till 1:20pm! Despite the wait, the staff working was very polite and understanding and did her job quickly and efficiently.

Phone rang for over 15 minutes.NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!Called Post Office a THIRD TIME on July 8, 2015 at 11:30 am. Phone rang for over 15 minutes.NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!This Post Office is supposed to be open until NOON -- why dont these IDIOTS ever ANSWER THE PHONE ???
I have always had a positive experience with staff here, mail has mostly made it except for one in the last 20 years coming here
The ladies in the front are always very polite!!! This is the only post office I have been to where the employees are nice and willing to help!! Will be back!
Passport hours arenβt accurate I came here on a Tuesday at 2:00 pm and I was told they were no longer doing passport. I was told it was closed that they open at 9am and only get the first 20 people .. LIKE REALLY people get off work and Rely on the web information indicating passport hours are open from 9 am and closes at 3pm. Itβs very frustrating when Post Offices have a different system that they donβt care to share with the public until you are actually there, then they surprise you with the bad news. Would not recommend this Post office the Parking is horrible you I had to park at the school and cross the street .
The worst experience I have EVER had in my life with people who are there to serve the public. The lady who answered the phone (11/17/16 at 10:20am) was completely rude and spoke to me in a very condescending tone when she realized I had filed a complaint against them. Too bad I didnt get her name. As frustrated as I already was because I couldnt locate a package I had ordered, which was the reason I called, the experience left me crying in more frustration. I am very upset and disgusted with their customer service.
An order I placed a few weeks ago was determined to arrive at my mailbox on the 10th of September. My tracking and order numbers showed this alleged fact. It has not arrived and this is not the first time. These clowns are stealing from everyone who theyre supposed to serve. It is a felony to open and steal ones mail, just in case these imbeciles actually read this...I wouldnt hold my breath on that...
Former Mail carrier management is terrible so customer service I would not suggest working too much favoritism for one particular person I could not Stand it so I quit they damage package.. I order a package that I never got it said it was out for delivery and I never received it I had to call the company and they had to resend it by UPS

I walked in to get a passport on the website it states they process passports from 10 am -3pm i believe i took the day off from work and still allowed some time i arribed at 10:45 am as i was standing in line at 11:10 some female supervisor came out and stated that the person they were currently helping was the last person to provess passport applications, becaise they were short staffed and no one else in the post office knew how to process them so they were only doing applications from 11-12pm . It was 4 of us in line still why wouldnt she advise that sooner? As the complaints came up and i argied that they need to update the website the supervisor starts telling us that the poor worker had worked 10 hrs and not taken a lunch (not customers problem for lack of schedule management) point being she sent me to Santa Fe springs becaise there was nothing else she could do for the day! Rude unprofessional i was livit .

HORRIBLE! GOODLUCK having someone answer. They never delivered an item that I was expecting. Showed it was out for delivery but never delivered. When you call and finally speak to someone they dont care and say they will call you back and never did.
Its a very convenient place but it lacks in customer care. You can be waiting in line for a while and if youre in a hurry, that can be troublesome.
This office closes its no appointment passport services at 12pm!!! when its supposed to close it at 2:30pm!!! please report to consumer affairs
