Shippi accepts no responsibility for damages to items shipped through their services. If your item is damaged (as mine was) they will absolutely hang you out to dry with any additional charges for reshipment and/or legal processes to resolve the issue. After my item was damaged, I spent my time and money to repair the item, and reship the item through R&L Carriers. R&L then came back to me to charge an additional $800 for a Shippi that cost $100, when I contacted Shippi for assistance they stated that it was my issue and they had no responsibility and also did not feel it was necessary to assist me in any way. Shippi is happy to take your money to ship your item, but will not take any responsibility for anything that happens to that item, why waste your time? Contact a shipping company directly (NOT R&L) and eliminate the third party nonsense that will deny all responsibility if anything goes wrong. DO NOT USE SHIPPI.
