I will go into more detail and put names on all that were involved in my case. Allstate is a very bad company to deal with if you have a claim. I had a very bad experience and even accused by Mr Greear and others at Allstate of my involvement of my tragedy. Also in 18 years Mr Greear had never seen a case like this that the Owner had not been involved. Makes me feel like they are really on my side (they are not). My full review will be posted in the following weeks with time stamps and names of the disrespect I received and still receiving from the Allstate family. I would not recommend this group or others in Allstate. They were fare priced before a claim Allstate is not on your side

Cat has been wonderful to work with! She helped explain the ins and outs of a homeowners insurance policy as we were new home buyers, and new to the area. She even checked back in with us to see how our move went, and if there was anything she could help us with. She also helped to contact our out-of-state Allstate policy (it was cheaper and better to stay with Allstate than to switch!) for our renters insurance to be cancelled and refunded.Highly recommend!

High rates, sent me a final bill that looked like a 6 year old completed it! Made no sense and no explanation, just a bunch of numbers. Staff email replies also like 6 year old kids. Avoid this agent if you want good quality. Paid the balance for unknown charge after they said they would take care of it. They didnt. Nice, thanks for the troubles!

Our daughter is using AllState for renters insurance and It was so easy to obtain. Very happy with their customer service as well.
