I will recommend Lana Fisher and Morgan Martin for helping me to pick up some maps at Pickerington AAA store. I have been to Pickerington AAA location for 2 years. I really like the new location in Pickerington better than the old one in Reynoldsburg. Thanks for your help Lana and Morgan.

I told Lisa about an upcoming trip I was thinking about taking and she took it from there and presented me with a couple of options that were very impressive. She totally knocked it out of the park. I have always gone to my local AAA location to pick up maps and tour books for our upcoming trips. Were driving to California next week and have two more long-distance trips planned within the next few months. I came to AAA Pickerington to pick up the maps and tour books for each state wed be driving through. I like the paper maps and the tour books, because sometimes GPS flakes out and WiFi/cellular data can be spotty during travel. Mam, mam, EXCUSE me mam, we typically limit you to three maps and three tour books for each transaction, one of the employees said. I explained about our upcoming long-distance trips. After I started going through all the maps and books to figure out which ones to put back, I was told by this employee that they would make an exception for me this time (Ive NEVER been limited in the past), and she basically chastised me for not choosing the regional maps instead of the individual state maps that are larger print and easier for me to read. This employee made me feel unwelcome. I was the only customer at the time, and there were four employees sitting at their desks/kiosks. The employee who completed my transaction was extremely courteous, had absolutely no issue with the number of maps and books I had selected, and seemed apologetic about the condescension openly displayed toward me by the other. Now heres the thing: I have had AAA RV for years. Technically I dont need it for roadside assistance because I already have that specific coverage through my car insurance. I dont really need these maps and books, but they are certainly a convenience to have. If Im not allowed to walk into AAA and collect any and all of the maps and books I need for my upcoming trips, then WHY am I paying for a AAA membership?

I called AAA for road side assistance after I carelessly locked my keys in my own car. AAA sent someone out to help me who tried unsuccessfully for about 15 minutes to unlock my door He wasnt able to gain access to my vehicle so he tried to call someone else. He told me he was unable to get ahold of anyone else, then HE LEFT without helping me and left me stranded in a parking lot. I called AAA back and was told that sometimes they do leave people without helping them with road side emergencies. I was in disbelief. I will definitely not renew my AAA membership again. Do not rely on AAA!!!!

It was ok but i believe there over doing the social distancing. I had to set 20 foot away from the person that was waiting on me and I had trouble hearing her because the person next to her was talking very loudly to a different customer on the phone so it made it very hard for me to hear the person talking to me from 20 foot away. I feel that there set up for waiting on customer is less than ideal and the funniest part is I was wearing a mask. I guess i should have joined online instead of going there in person.

We want in to get help planning a trip to Hawaii. We were greeted fairly quickly. The associate was nice enough. We informed her that some of our plans were still up in the air but we were planning ahead. She took our information down, and information about our trip. She said that she had an appointment that was waiting on her. We didnt have a problem with that since we just walked in. The associate said she begin researching for our trip and will contact us at the end of the week. That was fine....that was 2 weeks ago. Disappointed with the experience since Ive never used a travel agent before. Ill give them a second chance in the future.

I called ahead to get a trip to. When I arrived I was able to pick the trip tik up without waiting. Also I asked questions about my future trip. The representative was extremely helpful. I also requested an information booklet on the state and was given one. My timing was good because there were no other customers in the building at the time. Overall a great experience.

I made a car seat installation appointment. The manager was to help me but had an appointment run late. I waited 45 min for my appointment and the female manager had no intention of ending her appointment that was three hours long but suppose to be only a two hour one. She never once came over to speak to me or apologize for the wait.

Always excellent service. The staff are great. My Rep is always very helpful and continues to offer suggestions and options for my trips. I have been with AAA for 37 years. Is there an award program for the reps? My rep deserves an award for her service and knowledge. Love this location. Right around the corner.THANK YOU AAA.

Ive been a member of AAA for almost 30 years and the experience I had at the AAA Reynoldsburg Pickerington location was outstanding. Rob was very helpful and pulled all of the travel guides I would need for my road trip to Colorado. He even had some great suggestions of sites to see.

I actually stop there quite often. Like to keep up on all the travel opportunities.And the assortment of info in all areas of travel make that possible. Dreamingis easier if you can visualize it. Of course, love the trip tiks and maps. I find thelocation very convenient as well as bright and attractive. And have always had a greatinteraction from all the agents, who will go the extra mile to find an answer to any question you might have.

I came in to get a new passport photo taken. The person that I spoke to was friendly enough, but I was extremely disappointed to be charged $10 as I have dutifully paid my membership for over 20 years and have barely used any of their services. One would think something as trivial as a passport photo would either be free to members or only a couple of dollars at most.

I received good service. My agent was courteous and friendly. I didnt feel rushed; and she gave me a good tip about the AAA mobile app. The only negative is they did not have a brochure/magazine for the particular city I was traveling to, but info was in the tour book.

I had one good experience then additional calls for additional trips and text to my agent were ignored or never called back. One person left me on hold for 35 minutes, one hung up on me after i said the trip info. One said i dont know anything about this town...ie New Orleans let me see. I asked about hotel service as i had dont my homework to narrow travel needs. I would not recommend this place for any travel, worst customer service.

If they place you with Raegan, save your self the stress and ask to have someone else. I promise you it will be worth the wait for someone else. Learn from my experiance. I travel all the time for work and have traveled a few times for vacation. Because I work in a fast past job, own my own business and have a family, my time is valuable. I went into AAA hoping to make like easier by having someone else guide me through the process and and not have to deal with the hassle of figuring everything else my self. Instead Raegan made this process stressful and much harder then it needed to be. She was no help as all she did was talk about relationship issues and the crazy dynamic she has with her boyfriends daughter. She printed us off a bunch of resort info from different resorts (many of which did not even meet what we told her we were looking for) and sent us home. She told us to call or come in after we looked through them and decided on one... at no time did she even attempt to go over any of the info with us or help guide us towards a package we may like. We took the info home on a saterday. I called Monday and Tuesday and left message with no returned call. When Raegan finally called me back, she made it sound like we were getting the package $10 cheaper than originally quoted. I thought we got a deal as at no point in time the day we were at the office had she told us prices could change or would change. After I put down my deposit, Raegan had said she would send me my confirmation and receipt for deposit. I didnt think anything of it until several weeks later when she sent me an email reminding me my payment was due with a document that finally had a price that was $200 more then I was quoted/printed the day we were in the office. In the email she also included her hours that she would be in the office that week to make a payment. Again stating that i could call or come in (this time in writing and not verbal). So I went in on Monday between 11-7 as she stated and she was not in, I was told she had just left for lunch. So left her a message at the office requesting a call and followed up with an email. She called me back and I expressed my concern for the price. She requested that I send her a copy/text with a picture of the document and price I was referring to. Then proceeded to tell me that the price had changed and the price I agreed to when she booked it was $200 more. When I told her she should have made that clearer and reminded her of the whole conversation about it being cheaper, she informed me that they generally dont fo things over the phone and it may have been clearer had I came in to book my reservation. I left it alone and decided to go into the office the following day between 9-5 as she stated she was working that day in the email I received. I got there at 930 and wanted 2 hrs as she was not there and her supervisor was busy. When I finally got to sit down with her supervisor Sheri, I finally thought I was getting somewhere. She finally showed me a document of what I was getting with my trip. Gave me a walk through of what to expect, told me she would ensure she talked to Raegan to ensure no one else had to go through what I did and talk to corporate to see if I could get some of the $200 back or some additional accommodation for it. It took a week for her to get back to me. She sent me an email where she informed Raegan that I did not hear her tell me that the rates may change and she should try to book people right away. She also told her that I was unset that I showed up during her lunch and she may want to let customers know her lunch break schedule. In addition she informed me that corporate declined to give me money back or any accommodations as a result of Raegans poor service and $200 her direct actions caused me because I did not book my travel the day we were in the office and received the pricing.I could have booked it my self with better service and less stress. I purchased the cancel for any reason insurance and Im truly contemplating it.

Skip the place and just go to the one on Hamilton Rd. Near New Albany. Went in to talk to someone about A Disney package. Staff was not very plesant I didnt think the info I got was correct so I went to the location on Hamilton Rd. & confirmed what I thought. This location could have cost me a couple of hundred bucks.
