I have spoken to Dwaylon on two separate occasions and he is always very friendly, efficient and professional. I enjoy being able to work directly with an agent in my local community. LET ME START BY STATING THAT I HAD TO FILE 3 COMPLAINTS WITH THE STATE INSURANCE BOARD AGAINST THESE CROOKS. FIRST THEY STATED THAT I DID NOT HAVE FULL COVERAGE...THE RECORDINGS STATED DIFFERENTLY. THEN,K THEY ARGUED MY DEDUCTIBLE...GOING TO CIVIL COURT FOR THIS MATTER TO BE SETTLED AS THE INSURANCE BOARD STATED COULD NOT CONFIRM OR DENY THIS. THEN, OF COURSE WITH THEIR TRACK RECORD, I DECIDED TO GET NEW INSURANCE WITH AN ALMOST PERFECT DRIVING RECORD. FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE REPORTING FALSE INFORMATION TO LEXUS NEXUS ON MYSELF AND OTHERS IN MY HOME. TAKE IT FROM ME....THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE IN JAIL NOT SELLING INSURANCE!!!!!!!

I really have the most awesome experience with Allstate Ins. They treat you with nothing but respect and make you feel at ease dealingwith them.I would recommend anyone to get Ins. with the company. You are really in good hands.

Have had homeowner and auto insurance through Allstate for many years. Haver never had to make a claim so cant attest to how response would be to a claim, but rates appear good for coverage provided.

Allstate has been so good to us. We have our homeowners insurance and vehicle insurance with them, and they have come to our rescue many times.
