Why did you tow my car when there was a hundred cars before mine that were parked backwards and no else got towed. You guys are no good in my opinion. Tow cars that are doubled parked not cars that were parked that way so I can look at my motor to see what was wrong with it.. that is the reason why it was parked backwards for 5 min. And when I get to my car to find out why my car was making a weird noise. Its gone

Sophia helped me out tremendously when I only had an expired registration to show when trying to get my vehicle released. She went out of her way to log into the MVD website to verify the owner. If she hadn’t done that I wouldn’t have been able to finish picking it up and would have accrued additional storage. Thank you so much.

KRISSY, Krissy, Krissy... Was extremely pleasant. She talked a worried Mom off the ledge. I live in another state and I my sons car was towed, but could not find out where. When I called R&M the and explained the situation... I found myself sharing TMI and she immediately said to me I want to hear it. I explained the story, she was kind and patient in locating my sons car with helpful takeaways beyond just customer service. It was genuine human kindness. Thank you Krissy!!!!

Three Phone calls, first one was given the wrong information as to how a lienholder can redeem a vehicle and was told they accept checks, second call was hung up on after waiting on hold for more than 5 minutes, third call spoke with 2 different ladies, both EXTREMELY rude, first one told me cash only, second was the first lady I spoke with initially (who gave me the wrong information) and she told me that no one ever calls and asks the questions I was asking - Im trying to get the correct information before I pay a tow company to drive 30 miles to pick up and excuse me for asking questions - I was given the wrong information first call so need to verify everything needed. Extremely unprofessional - I deal with towing companies on a daily basis - this one takes the cake for extremely poor communication and professionalism. I am the lienholder, not the offender and to speak to me in the manner that I was spoken to was unnecessary and offensive.

LOVE R&M Super efficient! They keep my property up to code with vehicle violators and are always so prompt. Christina is SUPER helpful. Id highly recommend.

VERY RUDE PEOPLE!As I am out of state, my sister has been using my car. It ended up getting towed and we (being the owner) had to call and take care of it. The people on the phone were very rude and short to talk to and help deal with the situation. Once she was able to get the vehicle, she took it to the closest gas station to clean the paint of the windshield where they wrote on the number. She then noticed a big crack and went back to talk to them. They then proceeded to tell her that since she left the property that it was no longer their problem. They said that it wasn’t even her car and that the owner had to call and deal with it. She asked for the picture they took befor me they towed it and would not give it to her since she was not the owner. Very poor customer service.

It always sucks having your car towed but the service and professionalism I received at R+M Towing specifically from Natasha turned my mood around completely. Give that woman a raise! You rock girl thanks again!

I requested a tow at 11am. I waited 45min before following up for an ETA. I was told they dont provide ETAs but they will call me when they arrive sometime today.Its been 13hrs and still no call and no tow truck.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I waited about 5 hours for car to get towed that is assigned in my parking spot when I eventually called back to ask WHY the car was never towed. I WAS HUNG UP ON not once not twice but MULTIPLE times I even called from a different number and was hung up on. The women couldn’t even verify if the car was going to be towed or not! I will definitely being putting a compliant into my apartment complex!! FYI nobody ever picked the car up and no call back AND nobody answering my calls after I been hung up. I will be reporting to the better business bureau

I was 1 minute late and Mikey and Sophia, Jessica were so helpful they allowed me to get my car even after they were closed. Saved my life honestly. They were so considerate and kind to know I really wanted my car.

Tow driver damaged my daughters vehicle when towing(not an accident/no damage to car when picking up/was actually a faulty starter)....only discovered AFTER paying all fees....TOW DRIVER NEVER SAID A WORD! OUR tow driver examined and showed us what happened when leaving lot. Told us it was made by a heavy machinery tool of some sort ....had to stop and purchase a new tire ourselves in order to tow to mechanic.. NOT OKAY!!!

My vehicle got towed from my apartment complex for being parked where a security officer told me I could park due to someone being in my parking spot. Natasha at R&M was extremely helpful in assisting me to get my vehicle back quickly and efficiently. Thank you Natasha!

Obviously you’re not happy when your car gets towed. But if towed by this company, you have nothing to worry about! Natasha and the staff were extremely helpful and kept their cool while I was freaking out a little. They’re great and I would highly recommend.

The people in the office had the worst attitude didnt want to help at all kept on rolling their eyes especially the younger girl was really bad experience didnt want to answer any questions I had. The guys on the outside helping with the cars were super nice

This place is just trash!Make sure you bring your social security number to prove identity here.Money will not get your car back!She wanted to much information. they do fraud here asking for all that.The Fat as lady in the front should wear a mask to cover her ugly as teeth crack headI tried to make her feel sympathy so I can get my car and leave BUT NO she wanted more information kept me there for 30 min should of been 2 min process to get my car!

Came in today to get my car. Sophia was very nice and helped me get my car back without my actual registration because Im currently waiting on my renewal papers in the mail. I really appreciate how understanding she was with me seeing I only have my renewal notice

The woman there was rude every time I spoke to her. I just wanted to get information on how to get my car back and she gave me attitude the entire time and kept interrupting me when I tried to ask her something. She didn’t have a problem talking to my cousin who is a guy though.

They were asked not to tow my car by apartment manager. But they still did. Now I didnt have money because of this covid. And Im a single mom. I didnt have the money to get my car out so I ASK them if I could give the car to cover the expense they wouldnt do that for me too. So now they put abandoning car on my record. Now I owe $500 to the state. R&&m should been more understanding and just took my title. That would have been more helpful. Especially a time like this. Everyone is dealing with vivid.

They did towed my car for no right my car was just parked legally in the apartments complex and i dont use it that much because i use my job car for work and drive my care rarely maybe 2 or 3 times a month they just towed it because they think its abandoned i dont what kind of stupid brains they have i will take them to the court ill make them pay the GTA they did

Sophia and Sonia were understanding and did a great job handling their business with a variety of difficult scenarios and really do appreciate the discretion used to ensure my vehicles safety.As many of us customers never have a good time to have a vehicle towed, They had the integrity to Right their Wrong and even recognized my inconvenience by making an adjustment for me.I am in an eviction process with our new landlords and I was having an already difficult day, however, I made the mistake of removing my disability placard from my vehicle while parked in our complexes designated disability space resulting in the tow. Super Difficult Lesson.As much as I was broke and did not appreciate being towed, I must say that I commend R&M for protecting our disability, and designated parking rights to the accommodating parking spaces that must display their placard to ensure that everyone needing accommodations has that right protected and always available.We had a Miscommunication and they cared enough to get me a ride to Buckeye to retrieve my vehicle. I must recognize the tow yard employees, drivers and staff as well as they work very hard to be kind and compassionate with their customers when allowed and will take the time to try and work with you if mutual respect is given.Thank You for your service.

This place stole my daughters car from an authorized parking spot. They ended up giving the car back at no charge but the car is damaged, no doubt due to the way they drive when towing. Litterly towed it like they stole it.

My daughter’s car was towed from an apartment complex in Phoenix because it was backed in, even though it was not clearly marked. The apartment complex even admitted to my daughter that there were seven other cars towed that day for the same reason. Nice little racket you have going there. I also didn’t appreciate the fact that you had her in tears by the time she got her car back or how I was spoken to on the phone. Oddly enough everyone got way more cooperative when the police showed up with her to get the car. I find the positive reviews for this company hard to believe.

Had a warning sticker placed on my window while parked in my gated apartment complex. YOUR LEASE and INOPERABLE/ABANDONED where marked on the sticker. I own my vehicle and drive it everyday. Its a well kept car and in no way looks inoperable or abandoned. Is this legal?I also saw other vehicles that were tagged with the same sticker in the complex.

If there were an option of zero stars Id have selected that. These people are criminals they make a living off of wrongfully towing peoples cars. They wrongfully towed my car for the 2nd time even after the manager specifically told them my car was good I also had a huge sign in the windshield that stated this vehicle is legally registered do not tow they towed it anyway just because it hadnt moved then they ran the bill up so high I couldnt pay it and they kept giving me the run around every time I tried to get my personal belongings out of my car until they obtained an abandoned title on it then they owned my personal stuff too! They are a joke and make a living off other peoples hardships....disgusting and despicable!!! I honestly dont know how they sleep at night

Called on behalf of a family member who was out of town when car was towed. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and combative from the second she picked up the phone. I was calling for information and rather than allowing me to ask she repeatedly cut me off and seemed intent on not talking to me. I explained that my mother had asked me to pick her car up because she was out of town and that she would be faxing a notarized letter and insurance info that they had requested. Her immediate response was, “Well you better tell your mother to call and make sure everything she needs is in that letter.” I tried to explain that she had called previously to ask what information she needed and was cut off again by the woman saying, “well we’ll see what’s in it when it gets here.”The family member had called the previous day and spoken to a male employee to ask what specifically she would need for me to be able to pick the car up. After she had faxed the required documentation I called back to be sure that they had everything they needed. The same woman informed me that the notarized letter needed to state that all fees would be paid by me at pick up. I asked why that statement needed to be on the letter if they weren’t releasing the car to me until I had already paid the money. She said, “because it has to be in there”. I pointed out how illogical it was but agreed I’d have to do it and her response was, “Look do you want your car or not!” I then inquired why the male employee hadn’t mentioned that requirement the day before and her response was “no, no one told her that.” Now my mother is a working professional with multiple degrees in business and a stickler for details. I didn’t mention this I simply asked politely that she speak to the other employees so that the information they give out is consistent. Tow companies are notoriously predatory and it’s in their best interest to do whatever they can to make it more difficult for you to retrieve your vehicle as they charge fees by the amount of time the car is stored. Her response was “at this point I can’t talk to you anymore, tell your mom to call us. And then a phrase I didn’t think could be said with so much hostility “HAVE A GOOD DAY, SIR!”As a result my mother had to take time away from work 3 separate times to have letters notarized to accommodate different previously unmentioned information before I could finally retrieve the car. Once I arrived at the tow yard the woman behind the desk was sullen and barely spoke. The man who retrieved the car from the tow yard was pleasant and helpful.I realize that unpleasant jobs don’t tend to be staffed by pleasant people but having held similar positions in the past i generally resolve to remain business-like and just get my business done with as little hassle as possible. I’ve never experienced a person be so hostile from what started out as a simple courteous request for information.If I myself were in need of a tow I would easily pay more money to avoid this business. The attitude of the person who’s job it is to answer the phones not only reflects poorly on her but also the business as a whole for allowing her in the position. My advice would be take your money somewhere that requires basic courtesy of their employees.

I really appreciate how Sonia was so helpful getting my BMW home. She was fast and friendly getting me a quote on how much the tow was going to be. She also called when the driver was headed to pick up my car. I would recommend R&M to anybody and with employees like Sonia made it easy. I am happy the way the took care of my Bmw, they are definitely a 5 star company.

This company towed my car illegally from a lot with improper signage (violating tempe ordinances), at night, without permission from the property owner, and with no warning. The man at the yard was aggressive the moment I pulled up to the gate when I came to pick my car up and only escalated from there. It was bad enough that my daughter came in from her car to check on me. The guy then ran her out of the yard and locked me in. I was locked in ALONE with an angry and aggressive man. Use caution when going to this tow lot especially if a woman, and avoid the company entirely if at all possible.
