They have car auctions every other week, the dates for the auctions are shown on their website and you can also see the pictures of the vehicles that will be auctioned. If you have any questions they are very helpful and will guide you through the process of bidding for a car

These people are no help. We ended up getting our car back, and no one knows, i mean no one knows where our license plates are. Everyone that we have worked with are pointing the finger at this company. but this company stated that they dont take license plates off the car, but they clearly do. I talk to joanne who was so rude, stating why are you calling again, ask your husband about what i told you. Mind you i am at work, and i am the co signer, so i have all rights to call as many as times as i want to. I asked her why was she rude. i was polite and kind to this woman called the manager. I asked her who was above her, she stated her. no way!. A manager always have someone above them looking after what they do. I asked again and she hung up the phone. Not the way you do business. I hate to them do that to the wrong person on the wrong day. This Joanne lady is so rude. all we want to do is find out where our plates are, and no knows, i guess a ghost came and took them off the damn car.

This is a first class operation all the way where their professionalism is paramount. Jeff Jo Ell JoAnn and all the drivers as well as the lot personell are very accommodating. I’ve been doing business with them for years and have never had any issues with them.They do what they say they are going to do and will stay open late if need be .The security of facilities is great and the location is out of public view

Horrible, very unprofessional! The receptionist is rude and has no knowledge of where cars are. Scheduled an appt only to be told the car is not there. Very hard to find. Maybe great for dealers but horrible for general public just wanting property from vehicle.

I am an out of state used car lot located in Pomona CA. One of our cars was in the Phoenix area and needed to be recovered. Jeff finished the job less than 24 hours after receiving it. If youe out of the area and need fast, reliable recovery work, ask for Jeff and use Desert Auto Recovery.

It’s difficult enough to have lost a job and your car. But to deal with the staff makes it the experience worse.In the beginning, the female rep said they only do same day appts from 9-4:30pm. I hv 8-11 children during that time which I informed her. I missed a 2 appts and called to cancel due to my role as a childcare provider.I hired help and called and she denied me my items and lied about her role saying she was highest manager. She also lied and said the next 2 days were full so I could attempt on Monday. Impossible bc you can only schedule an appt the day of.She hung up on me several times and refused to listen. She was very rude and unpleasant to deal with.I called the police to recover my items. Luckily nothing was stolen. The guy who brought my stuff was pleasant.I don’t know if she just feels like she is better than ppl bc of the situation they are in or if she is just a nasty person but I hope this review finds someone that can explain basic customer service in her industry.People are stressed enough. You don’t hv to create and or cause more stress. Simply schedule the appt and let ppl know if you cancel this time, you can’t recover til next week, do you understand? That way she doesn’t come off as what she is.

I called this business to get some answers about why my car was damaged. The representive is incoherent and just plain out of her profession. The owner actually stated and said come to my yard and tell me that to my face? What in the world? Owner threatened me with violence and was absolutely rude and just hung up. They imply and repeatedly state they are a damage free service but my car is having many issues due to the improper way it was taken. See that your vehicle receives no damage and if it does,you may also take legal action by a civil lawsuit for damages because they can not get away with damaging vehicles.

These guys are crimminals. They illegally tresspass on private property and when asked to leave they verbally abuse decorated military veterans and call them Pieces of $hit and worse.

Worst experience I ever dealt with. Not a single person is professional regardless of how you respond to them.

I transport cars from their lot to the auction. The workers are friendly and I can always grab a cold drink at the office.

They took the $100 I had hidden in my glove compartment. When I told them that it was missing they hung up on me. Filing criminal charges against them with the AGs office.
