Dealing with Staff logic has been the best professional but personable experience I’ve ever encountered. Mike Henning was always prompt, knowledgeable, he made sure I was prepared, he always made himself available if I needed anything, he checked on me even after I was hired. If I had to recommend anyone to a staffing agency, hands down it would be Staff logic.
I worked with Mike H with Staff logic and the experience was amazing. He kept in touch through it all! Even after I was hired he made sure I was prepared and if I had everything I needed I can still reach out to him for help to this day! I recommend the company 100% they are professional, dependable, honest, and caring individuals.

That being said Mike has been very transparent and always keeps in touch. Staff Logic would returned my calls in a timely manner. After being unemployed for two months, I received a phone interview request with Mike. He explained the process of needing an in-person interview with the client. It took a little while, but once the client responded, I was employed fairly quickly. I moved to the Phoenix area about a year ago and shortly thereafter the Covid 19 Pandemic crisis occurred. It has been very difficult finding work over the past year, because Im either considered over-qualified or since its been a year these companies want someone still working or recently working.I want to give a shout out to Chad at Staff Logic who I told of my situation and has been very diligent in seeking out the positions I have desired, particularly getting my foot in the door with the State of AZ government or even city government positions.Hes been willing to go to bat for me even when theyve felt I was over-qualified for a low hourly rate, which I was willing to take because it was contract, seemed like a good job and was an entry-level position with the state, my foot in the door, as it were.**Update: Because of the continuing, outstanding efforts of Chad Hooks, Deanne Desautels and Justin Hook Im changing my score to 5!Great job to all!I really appreciate his perserverance in helping me.

After relocating here I was looking for employment I applied for a position and Justin gave me a call. At first I didn’t realize it was a temp agency but I was impressed with the professional interaction with Justin.

I applied for a full time position listed on Indeed. At that time I did not know this position was a third party listing for this “staffing” agency. I was contacted by Heather, and scheduled for an in- person interview.Although I was more than qualified for the position listed, and somewhat dismayed by the realization that this was a temporary service, I am new to the Phoenix area, and I figured a temporary staffing agency would be a great match while I look for suitable employment. During my interview, Heather did take the time to ask why I was willing to accept a lower paying position, I explained to her that I was looking for the flexibility a temporary agency has to offer, during my employment search.I was immediately added to Heather’s email serve. I replied to four emails regarding employment positions, that again I was “over” qualified for. Finally, I did receive a telephone call from Heather, only to again ask me why I was willing to accept a lower paying position. I again explained to her, what I had previously explained in our first in person meeting, and again via e-mail the previous week. I was Interviewed, and offered a full time position during the two weeks of playing email games with Heather.I would NOT recommend this agency to any true professionals. It seems as if they only have very low wage, entry level positions. Do NOT waste your time, or your gas!PS: I still can’t seem to get her to remove me from her email list server, even after I let her know I was offered and accepted a full time permanent position, and would no longer need her “services”. 🤨
One day after I applied for a job through their agency I received a call from Heather and she was wonderful! She was able to get me an interview the next day at a company very close to my home, PLUS she was kind enough to send other temporary positions available so that I could earn a paycheck while waiting for a permanent position. She replied very quickly each time I sent her an email, answered my millions of questions that I had, even asked me to check in with her after the interview! Heather was soo helpful and polite the entire time and IS one of the best recruiters Ive ever worked with. I would definitely refer friends and family to Staff-Logic! Thanks again Heather!
I applied to a listing this company had posted- well aware it was through a recruiting firm. The position was temp-to-hire, and I received a voicemail and email from Eric the next day. This was the only ad I had applied to from this firm, but I hadnt even had a chance to call him back to discuss the position before I was recieving blast emails about temp positions from a completely different recruiter, Heather, from staff logic.Okay, no biggie. It was a 2 day job I had no problem working until I interview for the temp-to-hire position; so I replied with my resume. Keep in mind Ive never met or even spoken with ANYONE at this company yet.Within 5 minutes Heather emails back and says she submitted me. 3 minutes later, another email saying I have an Admin role I’m going to submit you too....I ask if its the two day job that I agreed to be submitted to, she seriously responds with This is another one. I submitted you to the two day Receptionist role and an Admin role.UHHH..No phone call. No checking if Im available. No salary range. NOTHING. Im shocked at how unprofessional she is but stay nice, and ridiculously ask her if I could know about the assignment..like how long it is, pay, LOCATION, anything. She responds with a very informative like 4 or 5 months, but it wont affect the 2 day position....I have no words to adequately express how I feel about this, and Im sure anyone reading this can understand without me writing it how insanely laughable this professional recruiter is. Im sure trying to take a candidate right out from under her coworker is something shes totally open about, and commission is the last thing on her mind...right?
I am going to make this sound very nice. I got a call at 3:01 pm from some lady that I thought that was so unprofessional for a job interview. She mentioned about other jobs that I had not applied for and I have not worked for their company yet so my main concern was why did she tell me about other positions that I did not even apply for? I HAVE NEVER WORKED FOR THEIR COMPANY. i JUST THOUGHT SHE WAS SO RUDE. THEN SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE, AND SAID VERY IMPOLITELY, GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR JOB SEARCH.
Mike was amazing throughout the whole process. I’m very thankful that I was able to have someone like him on my side .
I was let go of my assignment and I had worked 12 hours the manager said I worked 10 so they believe her and didnt pay me my two hours.
