Worst service ever once you pay them an if they do something wrong they wont asnwer or fix it. they didnt fill out the forms that had to be sent an now they are telling me they cant do it. This is absolutely bs not professional at all never in my life will i go back here this place should be closed down if they cant do their job correctly

Took these people 6 months to do my taxes. I understand the pandemic we are going through but we called day in day out for the last two months and they couldn’t understand what they did wrong. Ive been going to this place for 3 years now but she just lost 10 customers. Ive had a few people go over there from mesa and they also haven’t gotten their taxes due to them not doing their job right!

I called to make an appt and was even asked what time I wanted to come and when I showed up I still waited 2 hours! I know it can take a while but why make an appt for me when I could have walked in at a later time.

DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE AT ALL. Unless you want IRS knocking at your door because Magela filled out your taxes incorrectly, then don’t come here. I paid $100 for her services (which was not worth it) and she was supposed to deduct whatever I owed from my tax returned. Something her and I agreed on. Well fast forward to today & IRS says i failed to pay what I owe and now I’m being charged interest DAILY. I called and they let me know I was way passed due and will continue to charge me until everything is paid full. I was really upset because what the heck did Magela HERSELF do to mess things up. This is the first time this has ever happen to me in the 5 years I’ve filed my taxes. Now I have to take time out of my job to fix her doing. That was the first and last time I ever go to her. Also, I will be contacting her to see how she managed to get this incorrectly & ask for a refund. They also did my boyfriends taxes. They were supposed to do a DIRECT DEPOSIT. After 3 weeks my boyfriend had yet to receive his returned and he called them. They advise that they didnt direct deposit so that’s why nothing was showing on his bank. We were both confused because a Hispanic lady with highlights took his account & routine number. WE SAW HER TYPE IT IN. And nothing showed. He ended up getting a check but the point is that they are not qualified for this business. Yes they have good service but man, they suck at doing their jobs.

This is the worst place you can imagine to do your taxes, first of all we waited 3 hours I was expecting something amazing . the lady called me the next day asking for my social card which I emailed right away, 4 weeks passed nothing I checked the IRS website they said nothing been filed . i called again it took 3 days to get a respond finally when they answer they said oh we need your social card I said I sent it 4 weeks ago are you kidding me, so the file it on march instead of february what a horrible experience I paid money for a service not to get it 4 weeks later . it get worse when i called to complain. the lady said im sorry and try to blame me not sending the social card I told her 3 time I did send that right when you ask me, and she hang up on me . bad customer service, horrible tone long wait dont waste your time.
