I would like to commend Lisette at the Liberty Tax at 602 W Union Hills Dr Ste 9, Phoenix, AZ 85027.In the thick of the last filing days for 2017, Lisette made me feel like I was her only customer taking care of not only my 2017 tax return but also 2014 and 2015 amended returns - getting them all in on time. When I had to show up for meetings with her, she had everything ready and completely organized. After signing her work, she even offered to pack and mail everything. Wonderful and a very high level of service.I realize that the kind of help Lisette offered may have come from the instinctive professional within her but I must also extend high gratitude and compliments to Lisettes management as well who have taken part in creating the atmosphere in which she is doing her magic for Liberty customers.Thank you all!

Still a good palce for accountants even though my original accountant left. I know liberty tax isnt the most prestigious when you think of accounting but they are smart and hardworking. They saved me alot of money and got 5k from my return.

Got a message my check is ready but they havent been able to answer the phone the last 2 days after they said 3 days ago theyd call me back...horrible customer service...
