We had to replace EVERYTHING because the previous owners let everything go into disrepair. Kellen explained the new system, gave me options and made me feel comfortable that they could “get it done” in short order. Well, they did. Got everything installed in a matter of days. Cleaned everything and gave me a sparkling pool. We had an issue with one of the systems (factory issue) and they jumped on it! They understood my timeline, had factory rep here within a day and got it fixed. These guys are legit, professional and knowledgeable in their craft. You won’t be disappointed!

Swim Happy pools is responsive and timely. From the time we gave them the down payment they got us on schedule in just under 2 weeks. They performed a pebble resurface, tile replacement, rolled bond beam removal to a travertine cap, replaced the pool light and our pool pump in less than 2 weeks. They quoted a month long time frame and did it in half the time.The crews ran on time and were professional and as cleaned as they went. This is a very messy process and it ended up looking very good after it was all done.I highly recommend Swim Happy Pools!

Called about a inground spa heater going out on us on a Friday. I was able to send pictures via text for a quote which I recieved about 5 minutes after the text was sent. The quote was in line with other places I had called but went with Swim Happy due to all the positive reviews. Kellen gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision and they were able to make it out on the following Tuesday to replace my heater. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner and I was billed for the exact quote amount even though some plumbing had to be replaced. The technician, Charlie, made sure I knew how everything worked and gave me some advice on a few other things as well - he went above and beyond. Unfortunately, they are out of my area for weekly service so I do not use them in that aspect but if a big ticket item were to break again they will be my first call.

If I could give Swim Happy 100 stars, we would. we had a problem with our pool this morning . We drained our spa into the pool and it would stop draining!!! It scared us. I called Swim Happy for help on a Saturday morning and Kellen was happy yo help. He told us he didnt service our area but no problem ...he could help. Unbelievable !!! we texted pictures to Kellen of our equipment. Once he saw our equipment pictures, he called my husband and talked him through the process to correct our problem. I waited way too long to get a pool service. It is so nice to not have to do the weekly service and keep all the chemicals on hand. Swim Happy does a great job and they are really good with our dogs.

Shocking the water every single week, all year long, to the point where the water was so cloudy, no one wanted to go in...and then the green algae started and kept spreading. Kellen came out and gave me a plan and the very first visit, my water was sparkling and the green algae was gone! KC has told me that I have “one of the dirtier pools” he takes care of. (There is a huge palo verde tree gracing my back yard, and almost half of it hangs over the pool!
