If you need any type of pool service, I highly recommend Todays Pool Service. Just finished having having Dave do not only repair work on the pump and filter but empty and refill and treat our pool to clean it up. The pool looks beautiful! He was honest, professional, very timely and the the pricing was very reasonable for all of the work done. I will definitely be using this company in the future in the future.

He took the time to explain filtration and the chemistry of of our pool. He wasn’t interested in just selling products like you get at the other pool place, but making sure our family was educated in caring for our pool. Going beyond the call of duty, Dustin would call us to check the status of the pool, and help diagnose over the phone. More customer service industries need people like Dustin and his colleagues. Many reviews seem to be about the pool side of Todays Pool & Patio business, but if you need patio furniture — dont go anywhere else. Lynn Modrich at TPPs Tatum location is just as good about patio furnishings as the rest of the team is about pool work.My wife and I purchased a bistro table and chairs two years ago from a manufacturer, in a specific style, that became temporarily unavailable. When we received an email saying that the we wanted were available again, Lynn Modrich made sure we got what we needed instantly.Not only that, but the bistro table had somehow lost a leveling adjuster from one foot in a recent relocation. Lynn went out of her way to find this small part for us so the small table would be like new, too.We couldnt be more pleased! We wont shop elsewhere ever again. Highly recommended.

We could not have been more impressed by the sales staff at the internet dept, diane and derek thank you, and the paradise valley store where wew went to test out the item sizing and comfort level, color.everyone was very polite and nice to deal with,also the 2 delivery men were professional, used masks, gloves and booties too, they showed up at the delivery window 8-noon, right on schedule,also prices very good and the quality is exceptional, 5 stars all the way !

Ive been a customer of TPP for over 8 years and counting. Everything from having a full overhaul replacement of our pool equipment, to day to day maintenance TPP was there for us. From the first time I walked in to the store I was impressed with both the level of experience the staff had and their willingness to help without making you feel intimidated or pressured. This won me over as this was the the first home with a pool and I truly had no idea what in the hell I was doing. Within a few days I was able to maintain our pool with their guidance. Both Dustin and Eric are top notch guys who go above and beyond if youre willing to learn and they just make it extremely easy to understand. You never get the feeling theyre just trying to sell you stuff. If its needed they tell you, if its not...well its not. We also had the pleasure of working with Sean their installer who is ridiculously good at his job! As a team they are very well coordinated and will take care of you. They stick to their core values and that is to be honest, helpful and fair. All things they do well!

Due to a death in the family, I inherited pool responsibilities after having gone decades without personally owning a pool.I walked in to buy a few new hoses as the ones we had were weathered, and got a barrage of super insightful and helpful information from the associate. Spent probably 20 minutes learning about pool chemistry, which products to use, which to avoid and I was even able to find our exact pool cleaner sitting on the shelf.I was walked through necessary repairs, future-proofing the device, and was told thered even be an option to warranty the cleaner (as I had no idea where or when it was purchased).Unfortunately I lost the business card of the associate who helped me originally, but Sean/Shawn, Eric, Chris (just throwing out the possible names) - everyone in the store was super helpful. Its rare you walk into a place and they tell you about where to buy the same product and save. That kind of honesty is rare to find in todays super corporate retail space - and its that honesty that will keep me coming back for all my pool related needs.I know theyre called Todays Pool & Patio - I just took a quick glance at the Patio products and they all seemed quality. But amazingly enough the service at this half pool/half patio store is notches above any Just pool store Ive ever been to.Do yourself a favor and check these guys & gals out.

Went in for a part for a basketball hoop. Had spare parts and was a returned item so got it fro free. Customer service was great!

If you encounter the gray haired manager in the office cube turn around and come back another day. The sales floor guys are fabulous to work with, shes a witch!During an initial stop by, she was rude and short with my wife and mother in law. The sales guys are energetic and helpful.They went out of their way to source what we needed from other locations and insisted they gather them up for us so we would not have to drive all around town. After confirming everything was in the store yesterday, I stopped by to pick them up and we only saw a few at the counter. After insisting the balance were not there and i would have to come back Monday, the black mistress walked out to lunch. The guys on the floor then confirmed the balance was in fact in the back room.Thanks guys. We appreciate your friendly customer service. Not sure what her problem is

If you are doing senior assassins, todays pool and patio has everything you need: the floaties, goggles and squirtguns. It is perfect and quick to find just what you need. Also, great customer service!

Way more than a pool supply store, Linda and Eric are pool repair and maintenance experts, and super knowledgeable. My pool pump was barely working and I thought I would need a new pool pump. Instead, they sold me an inexpensive specialized pair of tweezers for cleaning the impeller of my pump. They showed me how to do perform the cleaning with a similar display model piece of equipment. They had other suggestions, but wanted to start with the most simple, and least expensive, solution first. It took me 5 minutes and my pump was back to 100%. Ive had several experiences over the last 2 years, and every time, they listen, then make the the exact right recommendation, even if it means a small sale for them. They genuinely care about helping customers solve their problem and this is so rare in business today. They have everything too, from the big equipment, to baskets and gaskets for seemingly every model, quality chemicals, and fair prices. You might be able to find the parts, chemicals and equipment for a few bucks cheaper somewhere else, but you wont find the high quality service and advice anywhere else.
