I brought my truck in on Tuesday for a few concerns. Christian was my service advisor, and the communication aspect was very bad to say the least. I called and left him a message on Thursday to see where we were on the service and no reply. So I assumed it was still being worked on. Come Saturday I called the receptionist for service and she tells me it’s done. So it told me my truck was finished and sitting for these small repairs with no acknowledgment to call me and tell me my truck was done. I had to take Lyft everywhere and it was a total inconvenience to me. But I will say; thanks to AJ Pentz the problem was resolved and I appreciate AJ’s help and understanding. Thank you

Tim Jackson is the best... ever!? I’m not sure why there are 1 Star reviews for the service department. Courtesy has loaner vehicles if your vehicle is expected to be in for service for more than 24 hours, they also have a shuttle service to immediately take you where you need to go while they look at the issue, I got a free drink at the cafe, hopped on the wi fi, got my tires rotated, vehicle washed, and it was done in under an hour. Happy customer, ask for TIM JACKSON.

Well this all started several months ago. Car broke down and had it towed to the service place I usually use. After numerous repairs, several hundred dollars and having the car towed 3 times I was still having the same problem. I finally brought my Trailblazer to Courtesy Chevrolet Service. Ho how I wish I done this weeks ago. The gentleman I worked with was AJ and cant say enough good things about him and the service. They had to keep the car for a week but when I left there I felt certain that the problems were fixed. Im so glad to say that its been weeks and the car is running great. I bough an Avalache form Courtsey and they have always been really fair in servicing only what needs to be done and not adding any extra cost items.I get a ride back and forth to the dealership and they get the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

I went in for a test drive to see if I could decide to purchase a car or not. Angel Zuniga helped me and he was great, he didnt pressure me or push me towards anything he was simply trying to help me with my first experience at a dealership.

Absolutely horrendous, the date it would be finished kept getting pushed back, plus Joe nor Harry never answer their phones. I have had to go in person numerous times to check the status. Never will take a vehicle here.
