I will first say that the telephone customer service was knowledgeable and helpful. My shipment left the seller in L.A. on a Monday to sit in an L.A. warehouse till Wednesday when it left and arrived in Phoenix Wednesday afternoon. It was scheduled for delivery the next Monday.....I didnt understand why a parcel coming from a city 7 hours away would take 8 days to deliver, so I coordinated with customer service to do a will call pick up for first thing Friday morning. I was given confirmation, a contact with a phone number and was told I could pick up as early as 6am. I arrived at the warehouse around 6:15 to find an empty office and when I called the contact I got voicemail. Nobody showed up until 7am. I figured Id give them time to settle in so at 7:15 I walked to the door and knocked. I was literally looking at 2 men talking inside, one glanced over and the both ignored me. So I called customer service. Without mentioning what just happened the customer service agent told me they might not have heard me knocking so he would contact the warehouse. After another 20 minutes or so nobody had come out, so now Im getting irritated. I walked back up to the door and knocked again. This time the same man who ignored me the first time is sitting watching videos on his phone and again glanced at me and ignored me. Another man passing through this office area noticed me had hesitantly walked to the door to open it. He asked me if he could help me and I told him I was there for a pick up. He told me to come inside and the man who ignored me twice would be the one to help me. Clearly irritated that he had to pause his video he asked me who sent me. I told him my contacts name and that a will call pick up has been approved for that morning. He then told me he didnt care what was approved and that he was not giving packages away to anyone. Still trying to keep my cool I told him that I purchased a product that had already been sitting in this warehouse since Wednesday and that instead of waiting till Monday Im here to get it now. I told him I have the shipping number and that I was a customer of a seller that uses Mach1 for their shipping. Finally he gets on his computer and gets the ball rolling. After my experience with this man I now know exactly why it takes 8 days for a shipment that is 7 hours away. It was clearly more important for this employee to gossip and watch videos rather than do his job. This was by far the worst experience with a shipping company I have ever had. I would have literally been better off driving to L.A. and picking it up myself.

Mi us a star because it is blind side dock backing. You cannot maneuver past the location in a semi or youll wind up I. A sticky situation. Arrive at nite because cars will be parked on the road during business hours. They are in the way. Its a very small street. The business is very clean. The workers were hard working very polite and fast! Loved them!
