Outstanding service! It was easy to schedule an appointment with them and after the call I knew exactly what to expect. The tech arrived on time and was very friendly. He was very careful working around my furniture and worked quickly. The results are fantastic. If you have never gotten your tile cleaned before I can only recommend you add that to your annual carpet cleaning. We have new carpets in the whole house and have been living in the house for about a year. The manufacturer recommended to get the carpets cleaned once a year and biannually if pets or kids live in the house. A good professional cleaning makes the carpet not wear out as quickly.I can definitely recommend Refresh to anyone. I found out they also clean furniture like couches, chairs with fabric and mattresses. It really makes a huge difference and is worth every penny!

Anytime I need this service they are always very punctual and respectful. I have two dogs and since my new home didnt have a landscaped backyard they tracked in a lot of dirt and made the grout very discolored. I called Refresh and they came out and took care of the job not only in a timely fashion but with care and quality work. I would recommend to anyone needing this type of service!!

Weve used Refresh steam cleaning for our couches and rugs, everytime they come out looking brand new. Highly recommend Skyland and his team.

I own a vacation rental, and I called Refresh to come out to clean unknown, large black spots on my carpets. Their minimum callout is $75, which he expressed to me on the phone (this was less than what I found at COIT or Stanley Steamer). I talked to Skyland, and he said if the spots didnt fulfill the $75 minimum callout, he would make sure that we get enough services to work up to $75. He gave me a two-hour window for his arrival. Skyland called me when he was on his way and arrived promptly and professionally, I love their branding. He pretreated the spots and cleaned them with a rotary tool. Then he steam cleaned the whole room. His steam cleaning is truck mounted. The room was only $35 so I then told him that I had a microfiber couch (I seriously thought I was going to be throwing this couch away) and he cleaned that for me. The couch was $75, but totally worth it! He removed old spots from the couch and ink stains, it looks brand new! I now dont have to replace my couch for another couple years.Refresh Steam Cleaning was professional and timely. I thought their service was valuable and fair. My total was $110 for my large living room and 5 foot microfiber couch. He saved my carpet from needing replacement and said he would come back if the spots showed up again after the carpet was dry free-of-charge. The black spots are gone, and Ill definitely be using their services again!
