Gaby and his crew arrived on time and were professional throughout the entire process. They were cheaper and took half the time to complete the job as the other companies I called. His crew was awesome, did not mess around and just kept working the entire day. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I like that Gaby is straightforward & honest guy, did not try to upsell or charge hidden fees and most importantly gave me, the customer, priority unlike other larger companies around town where I feel like Im just another transaction. 10/10 would recommend!

We were very pleased with our tiled shower remodel and new laminate flooring installed throughout the whole house. All of the guys who worked in our house were great to interact with and Gabby made sure everything was done the way we wanted it done. I would recommend their work to others and the pricing was reasonable. They also showed up when they said they would show up which is a big plus in the construction world.

I have to say that Im bummed to have to write this. Something changed with this company. The previous owner is no longer there. Neither are the incredible team he had working with him. Now there is someone who doesnt answer the phone.Weve had him do 2 small jobs for us now and its PAINFUL to say the least. If you need him here Monday hell show up on Thursday acting like hes still on time, if at ALL! When hes on site hes good. But once he leaves youre going to have an IMPOSSIBLE time getting in touch with him. Youll have a better relationship with his voicemail box.This is so sad. I dont know how people can run a business like this and stay afloat. He doesnt even deserve 1 star. The last thing he said on the phone was, I dont care about your bathroom. This is after he promised to come do the work. And in the past we LOVED this company and spent thousands having hardwood floor work done in every room of our home.Now that the previous owner is no longer involved I will never use them again. Im furious. Hes left us hanging with relatives coming for the holiday on a 1-day job that could have been done 10 days ago. All these no-call/no-shows are totally unacceptable.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Master of Wood Floors. My experience has been wonderful and I would highly recommend them. On the first day the owner came and we walked through the whole project discussing details and timelines. Then this information was clearly explained to the workers. It was so effective and smooth. If a question came up, the guys would ask me my opinion. I usually said just to do whatever was easier for them. Their response was, we don’t want to do what is easier, we want what would look the best. You could tell the guys took pride in their work. I love how my floors turned out. We get compliments on them all the time.

Gaby and his team delivered an excellent finished product for a very fair price. They completely resanded, repaired, and replaced our 100 year old oak floors in three days. The floors look beautiful and the repair and replacement isnt even visible. We really appreciated their professionalism and how clean the team was. Our house was left dust free. I suspect thats not an easy task when sanding and refinishing 800-1000 square feet of hardwood.

Master of Wood Floors did an excellent job installing hardwood flooring over about 2000 sqft in my home. I interviewed several installers before deciding on Masters. I chose them because their bid was very competitive, Gaby offered some good ideas about the design of the flooring, and he inspired a lot of confidence when we were discussing the job. The job was completed when they said they would, they arrived on time every day, and it was obvious that they took pride in their job. The floors look fantastic.

We love our new wood floors. It feels like we moved to a brand new home. Gabys crew was in and out in 3 days and it looks fantastic!
