Chanda told me they could work on my Marathon Coachs air conditioning, no problem. I got to the shop and Wilbur the mechanic didnt even know where the ac was located, didnt know where to plug the coach in, didnt know that he needed to turn the inverters on to run the ac, and just kept telling me to cut holes in the roof and install roof ac. I left the coach with them for two weeks. They never called me to say that they werent experienced enough to fix it. I tried contacting them for 3 days. They dont even have voice mail. Finally, I had to take it out of their hands and go to Taylor Tours in Anthem, who fixed it in 3 days! Do not take your rv here. There is no excuse for not contacting a customer to let them know the status of your coach. There is something really creepy about this place. Stay away.
