I have a highly modified Dodge Challenger and have had trouble with my newest modification which is to install a 95mm hellcat throttle body. I have not been able to get my car to run with it and think it a defective TB. It runs with the OEM TB. I called SRT autoworks on 2 different occasions. Both times I spoke with Hellcat Jenny. She is very knowledgeable and her customer service is extraordinary. Both times I spoke with her she listened closely and provided me information to get my car running. Though my car has not been at SRT Autoworks, the information she provided I am certain will get my car running. Thank you Hellcat Jenny and SRT Autoworks.

SRT Autoworks is by far the best shop I’ve come across and the only ones I trust to work on my hellcat. They are top notch and there to help you. I took my car in for the “exotic killer package” and could not be happier with the transformation they made. The car went from 640 whp to 920 whp and I can still daily it!!! The customer service was top notch with a friendly smile from Jenny at the front desk and any time I needed a question answered or update on my car they responded immediately. Tommy answered all my questions and made sure I was ready to go when I picked up my new beast of a car. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your car and have piece of mind it was built the right way, SRT Autoworks is the way to go. Great shop! I trust Tommy the owner so much I drove almost 5 hours to take my car to him so he can work his magic. He did just that! Jenny the receptionist was a big help planning all this and communicating with me! Definitely taking my car back there soon.

I live in California so sending out my vehicle in a different state wasn’t something I had planned on. After being put on the back burner at a shop near me for months I decided to hit up Jenny from SRT Autoworks to see when she can take my car in. Quick responses and communication is key to earning my business and that is something to expect from SRT Autoworks. They gave me a set date when to bring my car, what they’re doing to it (other shop wouldn’t give me a list of the mods), and when it will be done. As soon as I had the date set I pulled the trigger and I can honestly say I regret NOTHING lol. Tommy, Theo, and Pedro are the ones who worked on my car and I could not be happier. Everything came out better than I expected! It’s like I have a brand new car! Thank you guys for everything. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone who wants mo powah baby!!!

Excellent work and service, Everyone at SRT Autoworks is amazing.I have been taking my car in to get serviced and I am always happy with their work. I Recently took my Charger in because I was having transmission issues and Tommy fixed the problem and had me on my way in record time. I trust these guys more than any Dodge Dealership because I get my car back without any scratches or issues. The only down side is that I live 160 miles away, but worth the drive to have my car serviced by experts. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

My first big mod for my 392 shaker is the Kooks long tubes and Catted mid pipes. Even though there was a delay in shipment from Covid 19. I was very excited when I got the call from Jenny to bring my car in on the Thursday and worked on it on Friday. The moment I picked up my car and did the cold start from my key fob. I was like a kid at a candy store when the beautiful melody from the headers went back out through my exhaust and I fell in love with my car again. I like to Thank Tommy and his team for working extremely hard under this pandemic. The need for more performance has begun.

SRT Autoworks are simply the BEST! Tommy was a life saver for me when FORD 👎 dealership -Rodeo Ford-said it was the clutch. They wanted $2000 and would not honor my extended warranty. My son told me to take it to SRT, that is his only TRUSTED mechanic on his Dodge Challenger Hellcat.Tommy fixed my car. He bleed the lines, it turned out it was NOT the clutch after all. This is not your ordinary shop! These guys treat you like theyre your friends and family not just any customer out there. Tommy and his crew have been taking care of all my aftermarket upgrades on my 2016 Ram 1500. They installed a Procharger kit, methanol injection, gauges and all the other bells and whistles to get me back on the road! Their response time and updates throughout my build have always been extremely fast! The workmanship is beyond amazing, these guys take really good care of your vehicle and always leave it as if no one had worked on it. I had problems with my supercharger and I couldnt figure it out and when I took it to SRT Autoworks and they had it done within 24 hours! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Friendly, fast and affordable!

So this is going to be an interesting review, since SRT has so many five star reviews. We had a 2008 Jeep Wrangler with a new 5.7 hemi we brought in to Tommy at SRT, per their suggestion, to increase the HP/Torque that we were not happy with from the hemi swap. Tommy and his crew ordered in a custom camshaft from Modern Muscle Extreme and installed it and from we can tell did a great job installing it but thats when everything went bad. They couldnt tune the Jeep, it ran horrible, got less than 7mpg, stalled all the time, and constantly lurched so bad it had to be put into neutral so it wouldnt hit people. We asked them to fix it and they took it to their tuner three times with NO luck. We even asked them to talk to the tuner at Modern Muscle works AS WE FOUND out from MME that Tommy and his team had NOT given all the details of the Jeep to MME so they received and put into our Jeep a very custom camshaft that takes quite a bit of knowledge and experience to tune correctly (per MMEs tuner, which we have recorded). Tommy and his team did refund the money for the tune, since obviously it didnt work but left us with a Jeep that does NOT function correctly and would NOT order the right camshaft in from MME and put it in NOR send the Jeep the correct tuners to fix it. We talked to them till we were blue in the face but they would not fix the issue, again that MME stated very clearly that SRT had caused. And this is where we dont understand any of this and writing this review. Tommy and SRT they did their job but yet we have a Jeep that doesnt run properly at all (hence them giving back the refund from their tune attempts) and yet they wont fix the actually problem. Its the equivalent of going to a nice steak house, ordering a fine steak and them dropping off a frozen steak on your plate...sure you received a steak but its not cooked or ready to eat...same thing here, sure we received a camshaft but in its current configuration, it doesnt work and now WE have to spend money to send the Jeep somewhere to get it tuned correctly OR put the correct camshaft in it. So we disputed this with the card companies we used to pay SRT with...because..we have a part and Jeep that SRT worked on that doesnt work correctly. Why in the world SRT wouldnt just fix this or order in the easy camshaft to tune and be done with this, I really dont know. And seriously Tommy and SRT, we know you are going to read this...its very simple..you all know the Jeep doesnt work correctly, the refund of your tuning tries is admission of guilt all day long, the voicemails from MMEs tuner stating plain and simple you all never gave them all the info on the Jeep NOR never called him to work with your tuner to figure this out...is astounding. You all have five star reviews and yet your going to tarnish this reputation by just ignoring the problem versus putting in a better camshaft (per MME) or just paying to get it sent to them to tune if you all cant do it? Really?

I had brought my Charger in for a L.E.D install, and was blown away from the experience I had! It was my first time there! Friendly guys were talking about what they do and were even showing me some of the cars that they were currently building, long story short I now have the knowledge of what I want done to my newly aquired Challenger Scatpack and the install on the charger was flawless! even took the time to hide the wiring in a black tube to make it a complete clean install! Awesome work guys, will definitely be coming back!

I brought him my 2017 Corvette Stingray, he did a full tune up on it and I had my car back the same day, he even threw in a free car wash. He charged me less than any other shop was trying to charge me for a tune up.Tommy is the best out there and SRTAutoworks is the best performance shop in Arizona, period.

Took my TT Viper to tommy after having some fuel/ignition blow out issues. Took it to various shops back in texas (moved here not too long ago). Most of the shops would miss diag the car and made me spend tons of cash that was not needed. Dropped it off and was already getting to work as it was being pulled in to the bay. Tommy gets right to working and wastes no time. By the time i was getting home car was ready to pick up. Dude knows his stuff like the palm of his hands. Any performance work highly recommend SRT AUTOWORKS.
