Always have a great experience here with the service department. Always help out and very knowledgeable. The cashier was highly rude and could not find our client #. Went back to parts and it was right there. Dont know what happened but parts department freaking rock stars!!
So far so good. Chris was my sales representative Im happy with the transaction, the truck is ideal for my use. Time will tell on the quality of the inspection, ie were the marks for no issue true to the inspection. My only concern were the tires were not up to par.
This company will be provide lazy service and will keep your truck for 2 weeks before servicing it, another week or two for ordering parts, detach items off the truck without putting it back, they do not check what services your asking for, communication is very poor, pricing is high for labor, very incompetent work when it comes to getting your truck repaired. We had to be down over a month.
I’m a small business owner trying to get my towing business going i have one old truck and that all. I purchase a radiator for my old 4700 truck cost me about $950, installed it less than a month and radiator is leaking. I called them see what my warranty was like. I was told I need to purchase a new radiator ( an other $950) so they can send the one I originally bought to the place the get it from so they can test it and decided if I Can get new one. And it’s all just going to take about a month o so. Ask to talk to the manager, to see if I could gel some better response from him/her but he wasn’t available. They for may number so the can call me later. Again I’m not a big company that has money to spare, to me $950 is a lot and I just feel like they pushed me to the side, like nothing be cause of me not being a big time corporation.

Do not take your trucks here. They are absolutely dishonest and will overcharge and nickel and dime you for every single part, service and phone call. They quoted us almost 10 grand for a repair that the parts only cost $1600. The rest was labor and taxes which is egregious. The quoted us $190 for a diagnostic and then charged us $560 for it. This is all after taking the truck to them multiple times over the last six months for the same issue and they never figured it out until it completely damaged another part of the truck. I will never do business again with a company who feels it is okay to scam small businesses out of money for their subpar work ethic and dishonest business dealings. I am so very disappointed that companies are okay with syphoning money out of small businesses for their own corporate gain and then justifying it with absurd excuses and hiding their hands. Completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unethical.
I made an appointment and was told it wouldnt take long for a DOT inspection. I called them 5 hrs later because I hadnt heard back to find out it hadnt even been pulled in yet. Luckily I had a backup truck and was able to leave it overnight for the inspection to be completed. When I picked it up there were some issues that were found, but no quote for the items. I asked Bonnie for a quote and she said she would send one to me. I found it weird that they wouldnt have a quote already prepared. After not receiving anything from her for a few days I called and left a few different messages with no return call. I finally reached her 2 weeks later and she says that they cant get us a quote for brakes, tires and a leaking seal because they would have to diagnose it first. I find this kind of sketchy because I wasnt told this when I initially requested the quote and its not like these are engine driveability issues. They are just trying to squeeze extra money out any way they can. I will not be taking my truck here again.

Passing on information for all navistar owners. I stopped in here today and honestly found the best, cleanest and knowledgeable dealership within the navistar system. The shop is absolutely spotless. The service was a truck owners dream. Prices are fair. This location is now our go to dealership. I can not stress this enough, the entire dealership was clean to the point that I could not tell they worked on trucks.
Picked up for transport back to Snowflake,AZ, a bus that was brought there for repairs. Quick & easy!

Checking in for service. It was 5pm. Took over an hour to find the service guy. I parked on the side road next to here. Took my number and said they would call when they were ready to look at my truck. None of that. In the morning they acted like they didnt know anything about me.Long story short...nights and weekends, avoid this place!
Im not from Arizona Im a proud Texan, but Ive been working out Phoenix since February and these guys have been superstar. They are patient with all the customers tale sure that they understand your needs to get the best price especially being an owner operator. These guys are number one in my book
Don’t come here it is absolute waste of time and money. They didn’t install my $2000 seat correctly. They tell me they can can get my shocks replaced in a couple hours and that doesn’t happen. Find another dealership or go to a small shop. Don’t come here.

Never NEVER go here! Never buy international truck!!! I bought the new one (was 5 miles on odometer) less than a year ago. Something wrong with an engine now and it’s only 60k miles on it. I called this service because they state they provide a mobile service for international trucks. They declined to come to my location and I was told just come to them and they will check my truck today. We came, with the risk, because the engine button is blinking all the time and they are saying now that they will check in only in 3 days, on Monday. WHAT!!!!! 100k cash from my pocket for this “new” broken truck and no service from them. You can not even reach their customer service (24/7) through the phone. The manager or the owner, Brian is very rude and unprofessional. After I’ve explained all the situation, that I have the stuff of my client in my truck and she is waiting for unloading today a 100 miles away, Brian just laughed into my face and told me that I must wait. 000 stars service and communication. Very disappointed. They need to learn how to serve clients and if they promised something they have to keep their words. I suggested him to fire his manager Jerry, who promised me to fix it today and he laughed again. Very “excellent “ service and behavior of certified International truck dealers. I’ll call on Monday at this department where they got their license and certificate and will make sure they will not laugh the people out who are in the trouble as me.
Very clean, love that. Was towed in. Service writer waited after hours to take care of me.Had motel number ready for me at arrival. Saw that I had been through enough today called motel for me. Motel shuttle from dealership to motel. SWEET !!! Worked on truck through weekend . Truck ready Monday morning. Top of my list in Phoenix, AZ. Will definitely plan repairs here.

They try to work with the driver, Brian in service does everything he can do for you, plus he tells you like it is, no sugar coating. Lisa in sales will help to make sure it gets fixed in a timely fashion ( as soon as possible) . Plus Lisa was our sales lady when we bought the truck from RWC Phx. She listens to the customer.
They had my truck for 5 days for a simple oil change and fuel filters. If you need help quickly, go somewhere else.

Big, clean, and efficient. They worked on my truck for four days and kept me updated all the way through. Theres a shuttle service to Quality Inn & Suites in Buckeye. No one wants to have their rig stuck in a shop, but if you do end up in that situation, there are worse places to be.
Ruthless, horrible customer service. Not worth a penny. Big mafia, they just care about taking your money. Look somewhere else save urself the trouble.
We run a small truck fleet and when we sought their help for a brake job, they told us they were so backed up they will not take a look at it for two whole days. When our driver decided to leave their lot to spend the night in his truck patiently waiting for his turn to arrive, they told him he had lost his spot in line, and had to wait even longer. They only knew to call when we dumped them and found a small repair shop in town that did the job twice as fast and for a whole lot le$$. RWC was still trying to figure out if our truck was inside our outside their fence! They have a bad attitude, and will treat you like another over-the-road truck that is absolutely dependent on their lousy service. It shouldnt be like that!

I am very impressed with the this first rate organization and facility. I was able to have my warranty issue resolved have just short of 2000 miles since repair completion with everything working flawlessly. I really appreciate the serve advisors effort in expiditing delivery of needed part and coordination with the manufacturer in authorizing needed repair in time for a critical trip. The Body shop also did a great job with installation or accessory mirrors meeting my desired criteria.

My motorhome was in for a simple heater hose replacement, one hour job max. Service advisor told me it was a bigger job and quoted me almost $950!!! Ridiculous.After 4 hours, I was told there were 2 hoses to replace and that he had to work from inside the doghouse, but the leaking hose was under the bus...When I got my bill, I was charged $760 for 5ft of standard 3/4 in heater hose, 2 clamps and 8 gallons of coolant.I totally feel ripped off.

After having experience with most all of the major truck dealers in town, it is my opinion, they are the worst. They have painfully slow turnaround times, and are pretty proud of their parts and labor (too pricey). I would not recommend them to anyone, under any circumstance.

Terrible customer service and there is no follow up unless you call them. Quote you to get you in the door, once they have your truck torn apart expect to pay $$$ Thousands more than expected. Stay clear this place is a ripoff!! If their employees werent putting positive reviews on here they wouldnt even have 3 star feedback.

Communication between Service advisor and myself was horrible never called when he said he would. Been back in shop twice since the repair was completed for check engine lights. 1st time they didnt secure the dpf filter properly and the second was for air flow sensor not put back on properly. Stay away from Phoenix and go to Tucson
