Not being able to get my auxiliary port for the radio fixed in a couple hours was a huge disappointment. Didnt even leave my truck kiz they said it was going to take three days to get to.

After looking at several new vehicles I was not able to find the perfect truck for me. Always too busy to take good care of your needs for your vehicle. I am still having issues with my phone connection to my Jeep... I was told they would need it for 2 to 3 days. I dont have a second vehicle and to leave my Jeep with them isnt a possibility. Honestly I dont know why it would take them so long to fix this issue. Ill drive to East Mesa where I know that I can get service the same day Ive scheduled an appointment with.

Not terribly pleased. Rather mediocre service. My car had to go back several times because it wasnt fixed correctly the first, second or third time. They also overcharged me on part of the service, I did get a refund on that after I questioned it when the invoice was given to me. During my service, they recommended tires. I agreed and told them what type I wanted, which they were able to get at a fair price. But after I got the car home the first time I found out they installed the wrong model of tires that didnt have the correct ratings for my car. I had to have the car bought back 2 more times after that first visit so they could fix the ac issue that was supposed to be fixed the first time but wasnt. And then 2 more times after that to fix a subsequent coolant leak issue after the coolant flush from the first time. If I didnt have a warranty that paid for over $4000 worth of work they did and re-did, on top of the $1700 I paid out of pocket which included the incorrect tires, I would be even more upset. I cant imagine how I would have reacted if they didnt have my warranty to keep charging to do rework when it wasnt done right the first time. The only reason they get 3 stars is because my service advisor Anne handled it well. If I rated them just on how their techs diagnose and verify their repairs it would be a 1 star.
Not good. Wife and I took our Jeep to have it fixed for the third time and we pick it up today I drop her back off at work and 2 miles into the drive its doing the same exact thing we dropped it off for. So I would have to say this place not the greatest and I will be having a great phone call in the morning
Their service department is top notch, the service representative Jose signed me right in. I left my truck there and it was ready much earlier than I expected it to be. Jose took great care of me!

3 stars for Customer phone service dont try keeping in contact with them over the phone you have to go into the body shop (my review) to make sure things are being done on time and how you want it Ive been there twice because of an accident both times theyve had my vehicle for atleast 2 weeks before I knew what was going on. My advice GO IN AND CHECK THE STATUS
Intake process was very smooth and stress free. I had an appointment. Enterprise rental on site for my loaner which took 45 minutes due to unavailable clean cars Sign of the times I guess. Dealership has an onsite restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. Nice place to spend your waiting time.

Took my car in for a repair since Thursday, June 8 and told me they will be done Partly the day with my car so I called before they closed and they said they’ll be done tomorrow which is Friday I called and they said it’s still not done and that the guy took his vacation his name is James . And then it will be done on Monday so today is Monday and I called and they said that the guy James is still on vacation ? I ain’t paying no more than 500$ deductible! Just saying so y’all can take long all u want but y’all ain’t getting money out from me ! That’s all you guys want . Hurry up with my car !!! And I know my car very well so I’ll know if y’all took my parts out (: or did anything to my baby !
Take my work vehicle here. Service is great, just they are so busy, you have to leave your vehicle unless getting a quick lube.
All Service advisors are very friendly, and prompt greeting when you pull up to the service drive. A big dealership that runs a tight operation. I dont ever get the feeling of being pressured for recommended services. Top notch dealership!

Bought a 2019 Challenger Certified Pre-Owned. Since I purchased the car, it has been of no use for almost a year. So many repairs. Also, found out from a Detail Shop we Immediately went to upon signing the paperwork, only to have them point out that the vehicle had been in an accident. One person from Bill Luke, finally admitted that it was in an accident. I took it to another Dodge Dealer, and they confirmed that the vehicle was in an accident. They claimed it was probably a severe accident. They also confirmed what the first Bill Luke employee had mentioned. Found out also that it was a Rental, and that is when the accident occurred. It was turned back in to Bill Luke for Repairs, and then (Unfortunately) to us. I was a Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Inspection Team Member for General Motors, I not only have contacted the Attorney General for the State of Nevada, and Arizona. I am now calling a good friend at the NTSB. We used to work together. I was told today that FCA is buying time, as is the Dealership in order to further cover it up. Did I mention that it came to me with a CLEAN CAR FAX?!! The vehicle is getting an independent inspection by some friends at the highway patrol, and a very well know body shop near here. Once I have the reports in hand, I am going to the Courts and suing for fraud. Bill Luke and FCA. I wouldnt buy a Candy Bar from them! Do Not Get Roped in. They will Screw you over. Thanks for the Military Respect to a Disabled Vet. We are the ones that you DONT SCREW OVER. Military Family Owned and Operated. They claim to take care of Vets. I dont beleive they do. ZERO STARS!! They committed fraud.
Recently had a pretty catastrophic failure in my 2019 Ram 3500. I purchased my truck in California, but had the failure while driving to Phoenix. My truck was towed to Bill Luke and turned over to service there. The next morning Cody the service manager contacted me with a plan of action for my vehicle repair. Long story short. My truck was onsite for 53 days. During that period Cody kept me apprised of all actions that were taken on my truck. Once all parts were received, my truck was repaired in very short order. I am really, really pleased with the service I received from Bill Luke especially Cody. If I lived within a hundred miles of Bill Luke they would be my service center of choice. On a side note, if you want to see one of best maintained and orderly service centers check out Bill Luke its pretty awesome. Thanks again Bill Luke your truly #1 in my book.
I like this dealership Im a mobile mechanic that has to travel in-and-out quite often to pick up parts this place is pretty efficiently and call ahead of time have them put it will call and they also have a water and ice dispenser which is nice when its hot in the summer to have a drink

Went in for a recall and an oil change and when I went to pick it up they claimed that that hook for the hood to open was broken and it would cost be $300I still have not heard back from management after explaining to the service advisor that my car did not have that broken before I took it in. Im starting to think this dealership just wants to take your money.

Bait and switch. I bought a truck and was told they would take care of a couple of the issues I noticed immediately after purchasing. When I actually took it in to the service department, Cherly and Rick the Manager just gave me the runaround and the issue was never resolved.They lost our business. My family and I will never buy another vehicle from this company.
Awesome service! Just drive up if you need something minor done; brakes, oil change/air filter, battery installation. The best part is, our service was less than we expected it to be! You can also schedule appointments for other work, and you can get a bite to eat at the cafe next door! Good food and quick service.

Took car in for sorely needed scheduled service this morning (hesitantly) and was shocked and appalled at the lack of concern for safety of the customers in the service department. Not one employee was wearing a mask or gloves. NO social distancing, employees bantering up close and personal. It was not until we mentioned to our service advisor the lack of safety concerns that he then put on gloves. Listen Bill Luke Chrysler Service Department, I do not care if your employees get sick but it is the customers that keep your service department running. I have no clue where any of the employees have been or who they have had contact with. I would suggest a little respect for the customers. Dont get me started on the Enterprise experience.

When bought my Jeep in Oct of 2019 I wrote a great review on the sales staff, as it was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car, However since then I have found thru Mopar that the extended warranty I purchased at this dealership is only covered at this dealership; so if you buy one, tell them you want the mopar warranty. The other, is the knowledge of the cars they sale, I have been asking since Nov of 2019 from Bill Luke, Jeep, and Mopar as to what the alternative sizes of tire and rim(most cars have two or three) that I can put on my 2019 Jeep GC Upland, and as of today, No answer. And dont bother with chat, they will just ask for contact information and send that information on.
They do what you ask efficient and return your vehicle clean.

Very unhappy. Took my car to them for a steering noise concern, they said they solved it and replaced my steering rack. And sent me on my way and told me I would still hear noises for a couple hundred miles. Drove it 1200 miles in less than 1 week while on vacation and the noise was still present. I then took it back to them and they had two technicians look at it and they said it was normal operation and then followed that with they didnt have a vehicle of its year to compare it to to actually deem it normal (it obviously wasnt normal bc it wasnt making that noise when I bought it). I then took it to carmax where I originally bought it after speaking with a master tech that I personally know from somewhere else and had carmax check the bushings and the rubber boot that passes though my firewall. Turns out it was the rubber boot. I had my Hopes up to high for this place. Yes their lot is huge but apparently their techs dont know squat. I will never be taking my service to them again.
