This delivery company is a huge joke! They schedule a delivery and then dont bother to keep the appointment. Then, they send the product back to the freight depot and reject it so that another carrier will have to make the delivery!! And once you call them to get the status, they deny any knowledge of their involvement even though the freight company gives you their phone number to check on the status of delivery because their freight records show Intelliquick as the final carrier. Instead, they say, Call the previous freight company and ask them where they dropped-off your item, cause we dont have it. What a joke!

Dont work here. They lost a contract and then stole all PTO and paid sick leave on top of a earned bonus gifted by Amazon for COVID-19. They are a predatory company and do not care about their employees at all.

Do not work for this company. They do not care about their employees one bit. Constantly threatening termination on “blackout” days they choose at random. Withholding a promised bonus from Amazon from their Salt Lake City delivery drivers. Scummy company.Almost a year later and they still have my money.

Did one day here and decided it wasn’t for me. Many miles driven with very little payout. At least twice I was sent to pickup samples at locations which weren’t even open 🤦🏽‍♂️They expect you pickup samples in hospital labs, in the middle of a pandemic🤢 I doubt I’ll get paid since intelliquick isn’t big on paying its employees. If you want a delivery job I would suggest Uber eats or Postmates. Atleast you know you’ll get paid.

Shipper told me Id receive the package at home on a Wed. Got a call from someone on Thursday, evidently, to schedule delivery but my vm was full because I wasnt expecting a call. Shipper texted me Thursday lay night that I needed to call an outfit called Estes. Estes told me to call IntelliQuick. IQ was friendly but tile earliest delivery was the following Tues. I opted to pick up at their location. Was tile it would be ready when I got there. When I showed up, they looked for an hour and couldnt find it. Was about to give up when the guy looking looked down at his feet and it was right there. He was very apologetic and said it wasnt in the right spot. Nice people, seemed very very unorganized though witnessing the action first hand.

Mainly deal with pharmaceutical deliveries but also deliver to commercial and residential. They can handle any size order. They are ok at what they do. There are probably better options out there.

I wish there would be a no star option. I was contacted by Cindi through email to schedule a job interview. I arrived on time, other people were still going inside and as soon that she saw I was latino, she shut the door on me and wouldn’t even let me in for the interview. I will be filing a claim with the state for discrimination. As you can see I’m not the only bad review posted.

How in Gods name does Mike Churley still have a position with this company? Has the owner completely checked out? He’s has ruined so many things and continues to ruin them. Iq is in chaos and has been on the fast track to nowhere ever since the fat man upstairs has had this position. He counts pennies and is so cheap drivers are leaving every day. This idiot has to go before it’s too late. Look hopefully the owner sees this and looks into it because this guy is a completely useless moron who has no idea what he is doing. When he’s gone maybe some good drivers will return and you’ll stop losing so many. Until then you’ll just keep going downhill FAST!!! If the owner cares AT ALL about this company at least look into him and his tactics. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE there (yes the employees as well) realize how idiotic this man it.Just trying to help out a little because when I drove there is was a much better situation. I had to finally look for something else because of the way he is.

COMPLETELY unethical company! Ownership and top level executives are taking advantage of people; purchasing companies with a signed contract and then turn around and dont pay.In the meantime, their operations communicate so poorly that they botch deliveries, leaving the client high and dry.

I manage a storage facility this company delivered to one of our tenants. We have had to evict the tenant because this company had no respect for our facility. The would leave pallets everywhere, drivers would back into buildings, and the final straw was when they ran into an RV parked on the property. They refused to pay for damages. So if your in the storage industry, I would not let these guys anywhere near your business!

These people hate discussing your pay when you have every right to ask! Emailed a supervisor named Cyndi about my final pay 3 times and no repsonse, but will email me back right away about me questioning my termination! I had to take a phone call one day while sitting in the work van, sad family news from my mother, Cyndi walks by and says, you need to get out and help others load, okay no problem then she proceed to say, and if youre on the phone, you need to get off! Youre on my watch! I dont care whos watch im on, my family comes FIRST period. My mother heard her! And said she has no respect whatsoever, shes rude and nobody likes her! They pretend to because they have a family to feed! -0 Stars

Had a really sweet driver (Robert) deliver my companies payroll every week. Very professional and clean and polite. Don’t know if he left or they just have someone else now doing the delivery but what a difference. This new driver is the complete opposite! No pleasentries, not even a hello or goodbye, have a nice day, etc. very rude and unprofessional. Not clean cut As I said the exact opposite. Also our payroll was NEVER late. Now late 2 of the past 3 weeks. May be time to switch to ADT.

If I could give zero stars I would. We are a small business with a large global footprint. We used intelliquick to courier 2 packages a week across town. Ever single time we cancelled one of those pick ups they would give us a confirmation of the cancellation but, the courier would still show up. We would have to call and make sure we didnt get charged and on several occasions we were still charged and had to deal with the billing department. One driver yelled and had a scary fit at our front door because the office doesnt communicate well. We asked that he not come to our property again. The new driver accidentally put our package into the blue USPS bin and said that it was not his problem. We had to kick up a stink to have intelliquick contact the post office to get our package back. And finally, just this week, they lost our package. It was filled with tax documents and checks. Peoples personal information. They had different stories each time you called about what happened to the package. At first, they agreed they showed it as not delivered. I was then connected to someone else who said it was delivered and isnt their issue once it is delivered. Our delivery goes into a closed container that only the receiver can open. So no one stole it. They lost it. They said they would figure it out and call us back. They never called back. I just called to cancel all future deliveries and they didnt even care why I was cancelling. People - do not send important documents with these people. We dont know how we will rectify these lost documents.

Only reason for one star is because we have had some fantastic drivers, the company itself is horrible. Since Intelliquick took over Speedy Messenger, it has been more expensive to send items or have them pickup mail. They are based out of Phoenix and no one really cares.....

Had a delivery set up for 7/24/15 between 8am and 12pm. At 11:30 called them to see where they were and was told on the other side of town and would not get to us till 2pm. At 2pm called back and was told still over an hour out till we get our delivery. Kinda funny since there message says 90 min 2hr and 4hr but now it has been over 6 hours so far and still not here. Been on hold this time for over 30 min so far. So not smarter better faster as they think they are. Will deffintly never use them again.

Apparently others in the office have used these guys before, but I call and we dont have an account and the guy doesnt seem remotely motivated to give me one. After a couple of long silences I just told him Id call him back. Called another service that Ive used before, wham bam, done. Piece of cake. Phone call took less time than it took these guys to pick up the phone.

DO NOT USE THEM !! Had a CD requested for pick up at 9:45am. Gave tracking # and they said it was delivered at 10:38am. When in fact the facility never burned the CD in the first place. They never looked at patient name on CD and just picked up the other CDs we had in the basket for pick up. Then swore ours was signed for and delivered. Explained situation and had them reattempt to deliver from another facility to burn the CD at 2:45pm. Delivery was promised by 4:30pm. 10 min til 5pm arrives and no courier. I called to let them know that our doors were locking at 5pm but I would wait outside of them until he arrives. 5:10pm arrives. No courier. Called the company and they said yes so and so signed for it. I ran into the courier leaving in the hallway and asked who he gave it to. He had gone through a side door and interupted a VERY important meeting with the CEO of the company and a large group of 30 doctors in a conference room. I was humiliated when I had to interrupt their meeting to ask for the CD. Due to the incompetent drivers not just one time but TWO drivers messing up and almost ruining a patients surgery being cancelled. I will never use or recommend them to anyone.
