I came here last Friday when I had an urgent issue on the way to California. They were busy but were able to help me out and get me back on the road that day. Jacob was great and extremely helpful. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I bought a 2017 Audi A4 last summer and decided to take it to Atwood European for its 40k service. Andy gave me a MUCH lower quote than the Audi dealer and went through the service and what it entailed. He advised me that he would only charge me for what I actually needed.Right off the bat the transparency and helpfulness made me choose to bring my Audi here. I just picked it up and as promised, Andy only charged me for what needed to be done! He was so nice and helpful and his shop was filled with beautiful cars being worked on. I have not personally done business at Atwood’s, however a family member had his vehicle at the auto body shop. Parking is a little confusing, and slim pickings. I parked in the handicap spot (I am disabled) a man came out angry and demanded I move my vehicle. I told him I am handicap and have a placard he said I wasn’t doing business there so I couldn’t park there, he was EXTREMELY rude. I moved my truck and the only place I found to park was in the gravel which was behind all the buildings. I’m handicap do to a spinal cord injury, my neck is fused, 12mm disc herniation and the list goes on. Now I was in the automotive industry for many yrs until I got injured. I would have NEVER have treated any customer or human being for that matter like that. I am still involved in the automotive community, I would never recommend them to any old vendors, shops, or clients I’m still in touch with.Shame on you Atwood!

BEWARE. They will rip you off. They charged me $1100.00 dollars to tell me I had a bad motor! They put all new fuel injectors in and then tried to sell me a used motor. Then I say no and they charged me $1100.00 for nothing. On top of that they left the motor apart. I tried to talk to them about it and that was useless,the boss Andy or Andrew is a liar! Funny thing is,the motor does work so they were really trying to sell me a used motor. They are super shady. First car I brought them was a old Mercedes and they said it would new timing chain kit. It ran fine before but I trusted them. After I got car back it ran worse and after a $1400 timing kit job,they never even changed the oil! That says it all,super shady people! A lawsuit is being filled,so save yourself a huge headache and dont ever go to Atwood! Owner never had signed work order so be careful,they will really get you if you go there! Just down 7st,north of Indian school,on east side of 7st is a much better European repair shop,they are honest and not rip off artists like Andy/Andrew is!

I was quoted $225 for my oil change on my Aston Martin which was a lot less than the dealership so I made an appointment. I also wanted them to change my rear brake pads while they had it. I was called and told I needed new pads and rotors on the front and rear with the normal crazy Aston Martin price (still less than the dealer). I asked them if they could order Brembo rotors instead of the factory rotors (Brembo makes the factory rotors) because they were $125 less for each rotor. I was told that they wouldnt fit my car even though I spoke with 2 different people at the company he orders his parts from and they verified that they would fit. He then said with an attitude welcome to owning an Aston Martin. I had them do the oil change but not the brakes and when I went to pay the bill it was $344. The quote didnt include the cost of labor which makes no sense. I took my car to another shop and they ordered the parts I wanted and they fit and work better than ever. I was also told by the other shop that I didnt need to replace the rotors on the front.

4/19/19 I received a call/ voicemail today about the one star rating with no comments I posted 4/18/19 from the guy I dealt with, I’m assuming. He left a message asking why? I didn’t want to be negative but I did want to express my displeasure that’s why! I look at google when I get home to see he’s launched a full on explanation of what he believes transpired, laying blame to my inadequate “diagnostic skills” and home schooled mechanics and bringing to his defense these irrefutable tech notes. What professional business would allow themselves to come across so petty? Nonetheless.FACTS: My car an 07 A4 went into limp mode on my way to work late June ‘18. Had it towed home.Displaying a cylinder 2 misfire.I attempted to remove injectors, didn’t get far.Put back together would not start. Towed to another shop in downtown.They agreed to fix it despite my efforts. Took the the time they needed and necessary parts to get it to start. Was still in limp mode and all cylinders were misfiring at this point. Concluded engine was good possible computer issue out of their realm of expertise. I appreciated the effort and honesty. $1100 bill and I moved on. Second opinion.ATWOOD: I drove my vehicle there,the other shop was close by. Spoke with again I’m assuming this guy and he seemed pretty sure of himself. I know not everyone has the same experience so I’m trying to be fair.They need an hour to diagnose. Cool that’s standard. They call me back they need another hour to do all these tests you’ll find listed in “tech notes”. Cool I need to get this figured out.I get a call from the same sure of himself, no doubt about it,matter of fact I have notes to prove it guy! ENGINES BAD NEEDS A REPLACEMENT.I accepted I was wrong,it wasn’t injectors.MY CAR SAT, PAY IT OFF OR NEW ENGINE? I SAVED FOR MONTHS TO PAY IT OFF THEN SAVED FOR REPLACEMENT! 8 MONTHS BRO!IT WAS MY INJECTORS! NOT MY ENGINE! I gave you the time, you did your tests, I gave you my money. YOU WERE NOT HONEST WITH ME OR HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOUR DOING AND IT COST ME!... you of all people should know how important transportation is. Found a shop with a believable character and word. Next time wait for me to be the D**K!

Ive learned to mainly trust the reviews that are marked LOCAL GUIDE. These are from creditable people who Google trusts and actually customers of Atwood. Weve had all of our cars serviced here for 15+ years and never had one problem. Always knowledgeable, nice, and professional!

I also have friends that get their cars worked on at Atwood and they have nothing but good things to say.They are very knowledgeable and have always fixed my car the first time AND in a timely matter.Andrew always goes out of his way to help me and fix any problem. Been coming to Andrew for years without any problems. Now Andy is on board is a scammer. Ive never had so many problems. Took my vehicle in for new mount(s) apparently they only changed one. Noise is worse than ever! Also replaced engine filter and did not use same screws to tighten everything back together. Andy is a wolf in sheeps clothing!

I dont really trust anyone else to work on my vehicles, but Atwood European change my way of thinking. They found what was wrong gave us a good price to repair, even offer to get a rental car. I highly recommend Atwood European...After seen lots of crazy reveiws had to edited my review. Never have I been discriminated against, treated wrong, or whatever. In the past 20 years I have owned 4 Benzs, and still own 2, an SL 500 and a 300 CE . I have always been treated fairly and respectfully by Andrew and staff, and trust them fully. Andrews knowledge of the MB Brand is remarkable. He has actually re-engineered some components that made the 300 CE perform better than original. That is why I bring my vehicles from Prescott to Atwood European whenever attention is required. Thanks Andrew.

Scammers with the worst attitude of any service-oriented business I have ever dealt with- they wanted over $4000 for repairs and got downright angry with me when I tried to discuss it. I got my vehicle out of there as fast as I could and ended up fixing it myself for a $173 part ($1900 from them) and my (relatively simple) labor. I had to pay them $140 just to get my vehicle back partially disassembled, with some minor damage to boot. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. First review I have ever written; let that tell you something. Nice clean & professional looking shop, though- if you want to brainlessly take your expensive vehicle in and pay top dollar for something it may not need and get zero respect if you dare ask questions, this is the place. Andy and Andrew were both Richards to me.

This place is known for its bad service and also how they tell customers one price and end up charging them much higher price once you bring your car. Look at all the other bad review about scamming these people have. They will charge you more than any other car repair service.

I fully support honest locally owned businesses and have never been moved to write a negative review but this place needs to be revealed for the crooks that they are.This is a dishonest shop. Believe all the negative reviews on Yelp, they are absolutely true.I was lied to and I had conclusive evidence that he was lying. The sad thing is that he lies so well that I know the majority of customers do not know they are being lied to.It is not every business that can earn the lowest possible rating of an F by the BBB, but these guys have done it. My advise is to find an honest shop that knows what they are doing, I have been using the Mercedes Dealership Phoenix Motor company, in the end I spend less since they know how to properly fix my car.. I only wish that I could give negative stars but 1 star is the lowest I can give. Dont be one of their sucker customers.

I have nothing but GREAT to write about this repair shop! My 06 R500 Mercedes Benz was super sick! I was about to give up on it and I came across Adrew and his team. I had my car towed in and fixed in a fair amount of time. I was given a list of things that needed to be repaired. They unexplained to me what was urgent and what was just maintenance. This shop is awesome wasnt over charged or forced to fix things that could wait. This shop will be the car hospital for my car forever!

Dont go to these scammers came with one issue and left with plenty of more. The guy is full of it, save yourself the hassle and go to a dealership not worth the chance.

Andrew and Team serviced my 06 SLK on 6/21/16. I was slowly buying parts on Amazon, and forum surfing, when the real problem was only diagnosable with a Mercedes code reader. Long story short; had 2 bad ignition coils, and got the car back the same day as diagnosed, after our 120 degree heat wave.

They fixed the car but the guys at the counter HAVE NO RESPECT, just dont care about you or what you think FIST TIME BADREVIEW!!!!!!! LOL THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING

Been going for years and he just seems to not care about customers anymore. He is very rude, lies, nothing gets fixed, you go in for one thing and leave with more problems then you came in for. If they do fix something it breaks again in 6 months and they just say, that happens. Every time dude really? They steal parts from your car and never give them back. We were suppose to have a warranty on something and they didnt honor it, charged us an arm and leg anyway and then said theyd give us a free oil change for the mix up, which they didnt. Tired of paying for his trips to Germany. And You Racists!!!! Lies you havent been to German since you mentioned you just got back!
