We hired the Driver Provider this last weekend for our sons Bar Mitzvah. Our driver Shane was excellent with the kids and very attentive and accommodating. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The driver was a jerk, to put it mildly. We hired the company to provide transport in a black SUV to and from a resort in Sedona. We had the same driver there and back to PHX, one week later. At pickup to return to PHX, even though our confirmation gave the correct hotel, and he’d just dropped us off there a week ago, he went to the sister hotel across the street. Meanwhile, we waited, and called several times until finally dispatch got it straightened out after 30 minutes of waiting. Instead of being apologetic at all the driver was rude and a jerk to us, saying “I’ve been waiting for YOU for 30 minutes where I was told to wait.” Once we were finally on our way, realizing he was the same guy who dropped us off at the hotel, I pointed that out and that our confirmation gave the correct hotel; and I said his correct response should be “I’m sorry. I don’t know how this happened. I’ll talk to dispatch and figure it out.” At which point he slammed on his brakes, put the car in park, and turned around to sarcastically parrot back what I just said. I told him that was very unprofessional and his sarcasm didn’t help the situation. He started to drive again and said sarcastically “What do you want me to do now?” Umm, drive us to the airport. And that is very unprofessional too. I should also mention that when he first picked us up from PHX on the way out he greeted and talked only to my husband. It was like I was invisible the whole ride. He shook my husband’s hand and I put out mine and he walked right by. Then at the hotel gate he announced to the attendant he had Mr. J for check-in. Bad experience both ways. This guy should be fired. We will never use this company again.
