I received a good haircut from Marco. The place was clean and not busy and I was able to get an appointment the same day. Made my appointment via Google.

Had an appointment today at 2pm at the Arcadia location. We arrived and the customer service was great as usual. The haircut on the other hand was very disappointing. We asked for a low fade, trim up top and a line up. The fade is higher on one side and hair was never lined up. Barber never called me up to check out the haircut. My son just told me it was done when he walked up to me. Due to how busy it was we decided not to hold up the line and just leave, or not we would have asked for his hair to get fixed.

Im looking forward to getting my hair trimmed at this barbershop on a regular basis!

I was in town for a few days and needed to squeeze in for a haircut. Alex was able to get me in and gave me a great cut. The shop is nice and clean and they offer beverages . If I lived in the area I would definitely make this my regular spot.

This place is great it was really nice and clean. All of the barbers were really professional and friendly. My barber was james. He did a wonderful job. Got the hot towel treatment for my shaved head.my wife was even impressed absolutely no stubble. Nice and smooth. Thank you james see you next week.

Excellent barbershop! My barber was John. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I asked for a fade with trim on the top. He did exactly how I picture my haircut. All in all, outstanding service. The price was very reasonable too. I will surely recommend the barbershop with my friends.

Went in for a cut, new customer and looking for something equally as new. James was my barber and he did a phenomenal job: professional, fun to talk to, and made sure I got what I wanted. After talking back and forth and nailing down what I wanted we ended on a look I love. Ill be booking more appointments with him to maintain my hair as its the best cut I couldve got for the price!

I went in to get my beard trimmed and shaped by James Baker and it came out awesome. Great guy fun to talk to and made the experience fun and not boring. Place has a great atmosphere and is super chill and laid back. Def will be going there to see James for all my beard needs!!!

Marco was my barber the first time that I went, and I can happily say that I have been going back to Marco every month for a haircut and beard trim. I have even referred other people to Whos Next. I drive 30 miles one way just go to there if that tells you how great of a job Marco does.

I scheduled my appointment. Erica saw me a few minutes early even. She was very nice and did a great job.

Nice place with friendly, courteous and professional staff. Marco is my guy and hes always given me a great cut. I never feel like he has to rush me in and out and I like that.The scheduling app is a great tool that Ive used on a few occasions and will continue using. I only suggest to the owners that once the appointment is made, the app notifies your barber so he knows that a customer is on his way. It can be a two way communication tool, also, so as a customer, I can be notified if my guy will be there, or not.Oh, that reminds me, I need to make an appointment. BTW, appointments arent required, I just dont like waiting, but if I do I snack on the goodies and refreshments LOL!

Best barbershop in Arcadia! I’ve been going to Alex and team for 10 years and always feel like a valued customer. Hardly ever a wait. The end result has always been a professional cut with no mess. Didn’t have to run home for a shower and left feeling like a new man!

Decided to try this barber shop because V’s barbershop kept messing my hair up and I finally had enough. I highly recommend this barber shop ! It just opened recently but is their second location the owner said they have another one in Scottsdale off she blvd as well. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and they took their time and did an amazing job with a skin fade which I am really picky about and the next time I came in a week later they remembered me and asked “same as last time ?” . I like that you can make an appointment online and not have to go in and wait forever too.That is what you look for in a barber shop quality service, attention to detail and not rushing through your haircut! Highly recommended with every penny !

Dont bother with that other haircut place across the street, come here. Had a cut from Alex and I cant speak highly enough about him and his work. He clearly strives for excellence and achieves it. My hair looks better than it has in a long time, and supporting a good local business is the best way to go. Will be back for sure. And if you really want to watch sports, there are TVs here too.

These guys are the best of the best. This is their 2nd location because their Scottsdale location is so busy. Always polite to walk-ins and have a good online reservation system. Highly recommend if you want a clean cut with a good atmosphere. Alex and his crew are the best.

THEY ON POINT AN VERY CLEAN AN NICE

Asked for a low taper, received the complete opppsite. Left the shop with very low confidence, accused of mistakenly taking the keys to the cash register on top of that. Will have to regrow out all my hair again. Not worth the price. Really disappointed because the customer service is perfect, but unfortunately the cut was not.
