Very professional crew & I got a quality hair cut

Unorganized mess. Only one barber taking walk-ins others walking in and out or standing outside this place needs better management or barbers that care about the business. I came to support a local business but I won’t be returning.

My experience was really good for the first time. Looks like I will continue to go.

Took my nephew who is half black here to get him lined up. Was no problem, got right in. I go here by myself, no one wants to cut my hair. I was quiet, respectful. Watched a bunch of people that just walk in, get called to the seat. I get weird looks, Dont know what their problem is, but i can guess. I quietly got up and left after an hour of being ignored. Will not be using their service. Ill take my nephew elsewhere now. Dont want him learning such things. Ballanos off of 19th and baseline is atleast friendly.

Great environment, amazing barbers at reasonable prices.

Went there with my cousin and waited more than an hour for him to get a haircut (it wasn’t even THAT busy!). When it was his turn, his barber didn’t even do what he was asked! On top of that, he would take breaks cutting his hair while holding a conversation with other people. When my cousin asked if one side was faded, the barber just went off on him as if he was expecting my cousin to just say everything was perfect. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and would definitely not recommend this Barbershop.

Nate Talent has been my barber for 3 years after I moved here from Washington DC the struggle was real looking for a good barber. I found him now. Awesome barbershop atmosphere, very clean facility, all of the barbers are on point but I have my preference. This barbershop has the old style feel and experience.

I recently took my son here to get his haircut. Several people walked in behind me and ended up in a chair before my son, strike number one. Strike two a white man came in after me and the barber in the second chair instead assisted upon helping the white man. He asked him what he needed done and he would take him next even offered him water. Ive been there a few times and never been offered water. My money is green too, with that being said I took my son to Franks barber shop and had no problems.

This was my first time here today come to find out the owner is my old barber from a different shop. Its clean plenty of seating and a good environment. I got a great cut and didnt have to wait. I recommend this place and I will be bringing my 2 sons.

They are open 7 days a week. 4 locations and always plenty of barbers working. My sons are very picky and both were happy with their cut. My boys are older so as a women I try to stay out of the barber shop, however, I saw a few moms in there and it was not a thirst trap at all. My boys want to make this their regular shop.

I am always happy when I walk out the shop after Jade does my hair. I feel comfortable and she is quick so you dont have to worry about sitting in the chair forever. I would definitely recommend

Been going there for 12 yrs off & onn always a wait for good service! Today me & my boys were inn & out within 30mins, we came after rush hour!! Thankful for what these men do!!

Was yelled at and embarrassed by a member of the staff. For simply sitting in a near by parking lot minding my business waiting for a friend. The possibly Jamaican gentleman is rude loud and ignorant. Wouldnt let my dog be trimmed there. Hes ridiculously ghetto!

I had got my hair ruined by another barber whom in which I trusted ...after asking around literally the same day..I was told by friends to come here to this barber shop...cool cat champ saved my hair an made me look good for a job interview I had lined up the next day...never go anywhere else now

I had just got off work and I rushed my son there for a haircut. The shop had closed but the barber opened the door and cut his hair. Appreciate it fam!

Hands down the Worst barber shop i ever been to. Very unprofessional. Horrible customer service . disgusting shop with hair EVERYWHERE . Had to wait a hour while they called everyone else before me even though i was there first . very unorganized and overall messy operation .WILL NOT BE COMING BACK EVER !! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME !! Would not recommend to my worst enemy . Disgrace to REAL Barbers !!

I was walking into Walmart when 3 African American boys approached me (I am Caucasian), while I was talking on the phone. They had some fake wad of cash asking if I wanted the money. I was disoriented with their goof and distracted by the phone call, so I asked for clarification to what they were saying. In response I got: Nothin cracker, white racist! They then ran off, laughing.For some unknown reason this really got me angry and I chased these boys, literally all across the Walmart lot, cursing all the way. Calling them little racist punks, etc. Again, dont know why this got me so livid. Not my best moment.It was a great moment for the Barber Shop in the adjoining strip mall, though. Two gentlemen came out separately and asked what was the matter. I explained to them and their response to these kids was Dont you respect your elders?I said I was sorry for cursing to kids. While the kids never apologized, its beside the point. Deep respect for this shop.
