Go here for a quick haircut but not a shave.This place is very clean and the barbers here are professional. They seem quick and efficient with haircuts. I got a full shave and while it was relaxing unfortunately I got cut up way more than I ever have shaving myself. I left with one particularly large cut on my neck. I’ll spare a picture but I do have one. The quality was not worth $40. I might recommend this place for a quick haircut, but never for a shave.

1st time was great. Got their a couple minutes before appointment and they were ready to start. Only took 10-15 minutes. Super clean and efficient.

My husband uses Vs for beard and haircut styling. They do a helluva better job than he does. We have noticed that many stylists say they cut beards, but really DO NOT KNOW HOW.We give them A+ Service. Hubby loves Ed as his stylist. He does a nice cut for him and the beard always looks better.

I am normally a clean-shaven guy, but after several weeks in quarantine and not shaving, I had a fairly full, scruffy beard. It had been at least 12 years since I had been to a barber shop, as I do my own buzz cut with whats left of my 50 year old hair. Well I decided to treat myself with a shave/haircut/facial/face massage package at Vs Cityscape.I set-up an appointment and choose my package via their website. It was easy and convenient. I showed-up about 25 mins early and grabbed a seat in the lobby area. As soon as I sat down, one of the barbers directed me to come back to his chair. I did and told him I had an appointment for the facial package and I was a little early. He went up to the front desk computer for a few minutes and came back, confirmed what I wanted and told me to take a seat. He got right to business, quickly trimming some of the beard scuff randomly, then he began cutting my hair. He used some kind of cool razor blade technique, not just regular electric shears. It felt very thorough and detailed.Then, right as he finished my hair, he asked me a favor. He requested me to go sit back in the lobby because he had an appointment waiting for him. I thought that was odd, but I obliged and sat awkwardly with my face half-shaven in the lobby. After about 10 mins, another barber, Pedro, directed me to his chair. Pedro apologized and proceeded completing the remainder of the package services. The facial and the shave were fantastic! My face felt so pampered and refreshed.Afterwards, during payment, Pedro advised me the first barber used a different technique then what was included with the package, so the price was going to be slightly more then the $85 package I had booked. The actual price ended-up being $105. At this point, it was my fault for not speaking-up and saying something, but I was feeling good and didnt want to a big ordeal over $20.Now looking back, I am a little disappointed with how my appointment went and the up-service I never requested. If the quality of the service had not been so good, I might be a little less forgiving.

Great place friendly great haircut. I booked an appointment online. Was greeted at the door. I new the price before I came. The place is beautiful and clean. The staff is professional and all were wearing uniforms. There is a lobby and a bar incorporated right into the barber shop. The interior was done well, nostalgic and each station was set for comfort. This is my second visit and I intend to continue using Vs barbershop for all my hair grooming needs.

I was looking for a beer and a haircut place which Vs definitely hit. The haircut I got was done very well and quickly. I cant remember the barbers name but he was engaging in a not forced way. The only slight ding is the beer wasnt included as part of the haircut and is an add on like other places I have been to. Otherwise it is a fantastic place if you need a change up from all the chain locations.

My son had his hair cut by Pedro on two occasions. Each time was perfect. He’s quick, precise and professional.

Horrible customer service. I called in at 5:00 PM was told that I can come in. Now it is 6 PM. I was not told that there is a wait time or there is someone with an appointment at 6 pm. Decided to walk in and give this place as try as its a short distance from work. Ended up being very impressed. Im picky about my haircut even though its simple. Was seated at Pedros station immediately and man can this dude cut. Zipped right through my cut but never missed a detail. Topped it off with a clean neck shave and warm towel. Ive had my hair cut at expensive salons and this place was at the top of those. $25 + tip is a deal at this place. Will be back again for sure.

The guy we had our appointment with gave my Husband a haircut fit to be in a greaser magazine. Did a gorgeous job, everything we expected and more.

The first time i went and my fade was pretty solid. But, the second time i went I asked for my usual low fade with very little trim off the top and i came out looking like a drill instructor. Instead of a low like I asked, it was a high fade. I felt like telling him to drop down and give me 50 for butchering my hair the way he did. I will stick to my barbers in Goodyear.

Top of the line place at a very good price. Got a haircut from Ian in roughly 30 minutes flat that I love complete with very good service. Ive paid twice as much for haircuts that are not this good before and that warrants my returning service and big tips.

I called in to schedule an appointment, I was told on the phone to just show up ill be next in line. I knew that was wrong because he never allowed me to give him a name, and yes i tried. I showed up, guy at the register tells me to hold a minute and do i want a drink, i say no to the drink. He then looks at the waiting seats and asks if anyone is waiting. Sends two guys back. Then a gentleman walks in, he asks the man who walked in, (this is a new customer) how he can help him. Consider, he only offered me a drink. The man said he was arriving for a 530 appointment. Its 5:05 and he gets sent back. Now i have three customers who have been put in front of me. I left with no haircut and all that was needed was for the guy on the phone to actually schedule me instead of rushing me off the phone.

This shop offers the best barber experience in town. The barbers are real knowledgeable and do great work.. The atmosphere is awesome. I got a haircut, straight razor shave, shampoo, and a $2 craft beer for under $40. This is the downtown spot to try.

Waiting half an hour for an appointment is annoying when there’s lots of staff around and not a lot of clients. Basically everyone went on break at the same time, about 5 mins after my appointment time.Cut was okay, when I got back to my hotel though I noticed that there was lots missed on the shave.There cheaper and faster places I’m sure.

Im a college student who can say getting a nice haircut is a spread apart thing.to start I called for an appointment, the guy said dont worry just come on in. Ended up waiting 45 minutes, I showed the guy 2 very precise pictures of the haircut I wanted and he ended up completely changing the entire haircut. Half the time he spent talking some guy who walked in, about picking up drugs from his house following his shift - yes I speak spanish. To top the haircut off he cut the back of my neck.

This is my 4th or 5th visit to Vs Barbershop. I fly in from California for work often and I make it a point to come here to get my haircut. Generally speaking they do a great job and I do have my favorite guy that cuts my hair. I believe it is Affordable and they offer cold beverages upon arrival. They have several locations and this one happens to be in downtown Phoenix. I will be back.

My husband has been coming since a year and two months ago and the barber Eddy brushed him off! My husband always left him $10 tips on top of the hair cut charge. The very last time he went he only tipped Eddy $2 because Eddy charged him $10 for trimming his eyebrows with a clipper wow! This time that we went not only did Eddy make us wait 15 minutes when we had an appointment but after waiting he skipped us right in front of our face because he didnt get tipped last time. When he overcharged my husband last time, he dissed his loyal customer for not tipping well one time!

Just was not a fan of the Barber not listening to what I wanted. I went in there looking for a bit of a clean up, he gave me a man bun. I had an appointment and Im being summoned from across the room the second I walk in the door being pressured to get a cut by someone else simply because they want to make extra money...For what I got paying $32 was not worth it at all. I will not be returning to this barbershop again, I do not want a man bun, I specifically asked for a comb over. If am paying this much money, I should have to fix something as simple as my mustache because it is completely crooked. Find barbers that listen to their customers and stick to your appointments. I told him 3 times that I had an appointment...Worst experience ever for me in a barbershop
