I don’t understand why they let go of the good employees. I have been going to this play for two year and each time they have new people with zero to poor experience on cutting hair. The only thing you get at this place is regret.

Ive only had nothing but good experiences here. Ive gotten haircuts by Freddy, David and Milda, and all are very professional and knowledgeable. Ive walked in there not knowing what I wanted done to my hair, and every one of them has talked to me about what would go well with my hair type and what would look good with my face shape, etc. I got a cut by Milda today and I absolutely love it. She took the time to make my hair look amazing and I thank her very much for it. I havent liked a cut as much as I like todays by her in a long time. This is my go-to place for haircuts in Phoenix. Recommended.

I recently went to this shop. Very nice atmosphere very relax and chill. It was a hot day luckily they have cold water bottles for customers. On the house. That was cute! I got a haircut from I believe his name was Fred. Really made me feel i was listened to about my hair. I felt like i was in and out of the chair. Definitely coming back. Especially from them cold towels for these hot days.

Just got my quarantine cut and the older lady barber did an amazing job. I always come here to get shiny and my girlfriend loves the work they do on me.

Went in on 12/10/19 @ 11am for a beard trim. It was the worst trim Ive ever received. The clippers used to trim my neck cut me in several spots. I communicated this to the stylist (I refuse to call him a barber because mine certainly wasnt) but he continued using the same clippers. My neck line wasnt straight and the beards thickness was trimmed uneven on both sides. After this trim, I immediately went home and did my best to fix it on my own. I wanted to like this place since its close and the reviews were good. Well this place fell very short when it came to the service it provided me. I will never return, future customers beware.

I can’t say enough about this amazing barber shop! Though I will say, this shop has amazing customer service from the moment you walk in. From the warm and friendly welcome to an almost “We’ll miss you ending”! The wait is never too long, the barbers listen and achieve precision cuts and shaves, as well as give the ultimate feeling of relaxation! I love this place and can’t imagine going anywhere else that can do better than Prostyles Barbershop! A must try!

Well what else can I say after checking out a few 4+ star rated barber shops this is the only one that was willing to cut my hair. They actually picked up theyre phone, I was in and out at a decent rate. Pablo did a very good job very professional. I wanted something different and he had a good opinion in what I should do with my hair and how to cut it.so 5 star service.

The only barber shop in Phoenix as far as Im concerned. They can handle any fade but know how to actually cut hair too, a real rarity in this town. Whether you rock a short chop or a pomp these guys know how to make you look your best. Prices are very competitive, especially given that these guys are miles above the competition.

Just got a haircut with Milda. One of the best cuts ive had! I recently moved here and was looking for good barbershops around the area and Ill be sticking with prostyles from now on. You definitely will not regret coming here.

Used to be one my favorite spots to cut my hair as I felt owner Mark really cared about the quality of my haircut and my overall customer experience. Far from it now, Mark makes it very clear that my presence is more a nuisance then anything else, but today was the last straw. $37, $22 for for the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had, $10 to trim my goatee which I was led to believe was free as it’s always been, and a $5 tip out of common courtesy. Didn’t want to deal with Mark so I just payed and left, now wearing a hat to cover this atrocity, stay very very far from new guy in chair one, horrible barber, a joke, not to mention how many times he cut me and how obnoxious he was. If you find yourself here and need to cut your hair see Mark if you want to at least secure a clean cut.

The guy who cut my hair did a really good job. But even though they were four Barber it took nearly 45 minutes for me to even get my haircut. The bottom line, the price is good for the cut that I got. 👍🏽

Ive now had two haircuts both by the same individual. the first one was exactly 5 days after i had just had my hair cut and all he did is follow the template since i only wanted a trim. the secind visit, the same barber, this time hair was longer and i was overdude for a cut, however.. i asked for a fade, i got an uneven, un styleable and just all around bad haircut. for the price of $22. rip off.

This place had awful service, i took my 4yr old son and just cuz he was moving (what kid does not move at that age) he yelled at him and made him cry. Will never go there again. Oh and to top it off his haircut was $20.00.
