This was my first time to this shop. I got a skin fade by Michael and he did an excellent job. This spot does great cuts. They accept walk-ins and appointments. The barbers are very meticulous. The shop is clean and cool. Good music playing in the background, RnB and rap oriented (unrated) so if youre bringing little ones be cautious of that. Thanks to Michael!

I normally visit Desert Cuts barbershop with no problems. Sometimes I have to wait because of appointments. My hair was cut by a gentleman who wore glasses and sat in the third or 4th chair as you walked in establishment to the left hand side. Upon completion, I stated to him I did not like the blend and asked if he could make it more appealing. The barber pretended as if he did but it appeared the same way. I stated to him he didnt do anything as far as my haircut. He stated in my opinion the cut was ok but I stated to him he is not the one paying for it. Im not certain if it was a setup as to where my business was not welcome or because of who I am as a person. Im not sure if the guy didnt like me or he tried to hustle me but I did not approve of the haircut nor the service rendered. After I tried to be pay him because he stated to me i dont need your money I tried to avoid arguing with him but for him to try to upset me was unjustified on his behalf and I didnt do anything to him all I wanted was a simple haircut but the barber decided to take itit to the next level. The barber yelled at me dont come back, I tried to avoid an argument with him in front of the other customers. I dont do negativity. Please contact me as soon as possible to the owner or manager. So this kid who cut my hair was absolutely excellent he wasnt judgmental since Im a female in a mans world and he stayed late for me. I think his name was Rudy and actually Im due .…Im going to go back to him tomorrow and see him and he did the best fade ever I look so good its ridiculous! 🥰🤗Shout out to the boys here at this Barber shop you guys are awesome!!

This was my first time at desert cuts and I’m glad I gave them I try. Alexis got me right in and hooked me up with a fade!! I would recommend her to anyone looking to get a quality cut. Will definitely return to Alexis for shape ups and whatever else. Also, the shop is clean, plays good music and easy conversation . I would not recommend this barbershop if you are of color they look at you with some type of smug look walk out when its your turn to get a haircut and most of all they will mess your head up if youre African American do not go to this barber shop.

Small and dirty. Charges 3.99 service fee to use a card. Food was kind of greasy. Cashier could be friendlier.

Not really their fault that I went and it was quite busy but the staff there was far from personable. There were 5 barbers on staff and it seemed that 2 at a time went on break regardless that there were 6 people waiting. I waited nearly an hour and decided to jump ship when there was still 2 ahead of me and 2 barbers still on break.

Unsatisfied. Went for a kids cut. Website says its $16 but they charged me $18 for my 12 year old. Told him to give him a fade and leave some up top. Instead he did a straight buzz cut and did the lining to high in back. Will not be returning. Best thing was they were polite.

Im moving to phoenix and was looking for a barber. I got a great cut and beard trim. They did a better job than my normal barber.

I arrived today on a Sunday around 10 30 and as soon as I walked in. A nice Hispanic women immediately greeted me and told me if I wasnt waiting for a specific barber she was available. The price for a hair cut is 18 dollars but if she is any indication of the the quality as a whole of this barber shop its money well spentAfter the hair cut I had no problem paying for the beard trim with the straight razor which was also worth it

Its been twice that I go and wait for a long time only for them not to be able to cut my hair due to the fact that theyre closing but I had been waiting inside since way before their closing time. The barbers are in a rush to leave, even if they close at 7pm they run out the doors at like 6:20pm being that there are still customers waiting.

Wasnt greeted when I walked in (might be spoiled). I was left to figure out how to get in line for a haircut. Was told they werent busy when I called, came in five minutes later and all the chairs were full including the majority of the seating in the lobby.
