Nice people, but they are only open limited hours. Difficult to get to storage unit if you work a day job :(

Forgot how to use code#, after I figured it out the process was pretty easy to unload and stack items in storage. And the whole area was pretty clean.

It was a fantastic experience. I wasnt in a position where I could stop in and sign the paperwork, but they still held my storage locker for me for two weeks until I could show up to pay. They saved my life with how much stuff I was able to store here. Highly recommended, give them a call if you need to store anything.

The people who work here give amazing customer service. The facility is clean, safe and well let. The prices are comparable with other storage units in the area and definitely cheaper than the Public Storage facility 1 mile down the road.

This is the best storage spaces in Phoenix. I have tried three others. We rent a large storage space in the air-conditioned basement. It is clean and the temperature is consistent. We are storing our companys historic documents and they need climate control for preservation.

I had all of my stuff stolen out of this place. When I called and talked to bob... the cameras that are right outside of the unit are only “ if I paid for the footage” and he basically called me a liar and said I picked up all my stuff a week or so ago. Don’t pay them high prices because they don’t care about your things only your money.... if something happens you are on your own.

Storage unit can sell your thing a lot quicker then before new laws last year check before you miss to many payment

I used Allstate Self Storage on two different occasions spanning 12-15 months total. The price was very reasonable, the facility is brand new and very clean, and the staff behind the counter are friendly. I paid month-to-month (never pre-paid, so I wont comment on the other reviewers situation) and the only issue I ever had was if my charge did not clear once, I had to go into their office to reinstate. There were no penalties or drama, it was very easy, just not as convenient as an online-automated reinstatement might have been. Otherwise, I recommend this Allstate storage facility to friends and family in the area.
