So I was nearly done with this build. Built with heart, determination and a lot help. From Pull and Save staff with being fired. And facing the fact I may have permanent brain damage. From a work related issue. The staff here has hooked me up helped out. An even walked out to admire my work. Well since it got wrecked. Ill definitely be down a solid 6 weeks with this broken foot. So were going bigger bader this is going to be the sickest Grand Cherokee ever. Now if I could get the owners blessing I want to put there name on it.

After some rains the yards was mostly flooded. They should have simply closed it. In addition, having their credit card system down did not help, had to waste time going to atm for cash only. Yard looked cleaner than another company I visited a week prior.

Pulled a shifter off of a Ford focus. Saw the sections for premium vehicles. Decided to walk over there. We get buzzed in, walked around didnt see anything that we were interested in. We tried to walk out of the area through the same door we came on and. The cashier started tapping on the window. She pointed towards another door. We went in there. Turns out it was the premium cashier and wanted to charge us premium prices. We told her we got it from the other side but she said if I would of saw you as I buzzed you in I would have told you to leave the part behind. So my take away was....I didnt do my job correctly so Im going to charge you more for this part. We left the part behind and walked away.

Find good parts for a fraction of a cost, only if you don’t mind doing your own work and bringing your own tools. They don’t know for sure if the parts are there. They can give you a time frame of how long the vehicles have been sitting there. I always get the warranty I’d rather loose ten twenty bucks then be out of fifty bucks. Try to go when it’s not hot. Good luck.

Their staff is always polite and helpful. I have visited other pull your own places and have not had the same experience. Everytime I visit this place in particular, they are ready to help me. They have never been rude to me, like at other places I have visited in the past. Their prices are even lower than other places. Hands down, this is the best pull your own auto salvage that I have been to in the Phoenix Metro area.

Helpful and friendly counter staff. Looked up the vehicle I was looking for and where that was in their huge yard. Costs $2 to go in and then you pay for everything you pull. They add a “core” charge on everything which is a bit dumb, but it is worth it for hard to find or really expensive parts.

Drove over 30 min to come here super helpful despite lacking info on what I needed! Super friendly! Worth the drive!

Staff is very pleasant over phone or in person we to find a part and they were very helpful suggesting vehicles that were similar in the part that I needed.

No good they increased their prices 95 percent of the cars do not have an engine or transmission there is no good service and the employees believe they are owners and the manager does not respect the offers. advertised very bad service as a regular custome

Its ok. Pretty picked through on popular vehicles like 88-98 gm trucks prices are a bit high compared to places Ive been in other states. Not on par with pick n pull but Arizona Is one of the few States that doesnt have any pick n pull yards. This would be the first place I would look any and all parts. Lots of inventory

Prices are a little high for some parts but yard is maintained well. At times you can find some good oem or rebuild oem parts for reasonable prices

Well if you havent been here than Im sorry for the loss of money you waisted at the other junkie yards . This is the only place I go because I have been to other spots and not going to find a better way to get used parts not junkie yard parts. So do yourself a favor and stop by any of there locations. One in Gilbert, Glendale and 2 I. Phoenix and see what Im talking about. I wont go anywhere else to get used auto parts. Oh yeah and the staff is outstanding and treat you like family. Love this place

Glad they have 4 locations because to get what I needed I had to go to 3 different ones. Their inventory is on point though but to be charged to go in isnt necessary

This yard is great! Saw they had a vehicle with the parts I needed so I went. $2 a person to enter (bring your own tools). Quickly located the vehicle I was looking for and pulled what I needed. $45 later I was out and save nearly $100 over what I wouldve paid on eBay. Friendly and helpful staff.

Was looking for a particular part & they told me they had it. I looked around the yard and either it was damaged, it was gone, or wrong side. Most of the vehicles I looked at nothing was there all parts pretty much gone.

Managers and most employees dont wear masks but customers have to. Says a lot about the intelligence there.

The workers act like they hate there job, and there system is not up to date. I called to see if they had a Dodge Dakota from 90-96 and they told me they had 2. I show up and pay to fine out they dont have the trucks. I payed for nothing.

Wow big yard !!!! aisles are clean and rows are cars are not balancing one kick from falling. I felt safer there. other places cars were creaking and move slightly when you barly touch it.

Lazy women and men that work there. Prefer to talk to their coworkers. Does not want to help a customer with the door out or assistance carrying something. 6 front people and you can not call them direct. Like to have gamefully employees. Hope a better more organized one opens.

Had a car towed there. Left my cell phone in the car accidentally while getting paperwork for the driver. Tracked the phone to the yard there so my fiance drove all the way there from Tonopah and was given a hard time before finally being allowed to look in the car but didnt find it. Received an email a few days later that there was a phone at the counter so I gave a detailed description which they confirmed. So we drove down from Tonopah again to find that the phone was not mine and didnt match the details I had given. We asked to go look in the car because I knew right where the phone was but were not allowed to do so and told to come back another day. Nice people there!

Found Exactly what I Needed! The mirror that I got for my Honda has a little cosmetic flaw, but other than that it works perfectly so far. Just pay a little over $30. Much better than paying Honda about $400. For the same thing! Awesome Deal!
