This business is listed as the tow company for my apartment complex. I called an hour ago about a vehicle parked in our personal space we pay for. At this point, it has been in our space for close to 3 hours. I was told by the man on the phone that he only had 2 tow truck drivers scheduled, and they both called off. So instead, he suggests, as he is laughing about it, that I should slash their tires and break their windows. I am a woman and it is night time, so obviously I don’t think it’s funny that he’s suggesting I put myself in physical danger because he can’t manage to get people to do their job or do the job himself.

The address on their google maps is actually wrong.Their actual location is on happy valley and 7th ave.They took my car without leaving me any kind of warning.It took a few hours to find their place.They dont really take the pandemic in consideration in regarding to getting your car sticker.A lot people seem to have gotten their stixker late,but they still tow your car.The only good thing was that the lady who helped me was nice.

Its an impound lot not much to say about it. Take all necessary paperwork to retrieve your car thats it.

They were helpful and polite but they towed my car away from private property and charging me for it . I lost my keys I had no money for another week . Its ok city of Chandler are the bullys it wasnt bothering anyone .

What i like best is that they can kind of set whatever rates they want. This is what makes America great. Thanks gang
