I like the lady here a lot but when I go in the morning no one is there when its supposed to be open at 8am and I have called maybe 6 or 7 times each day in the past 3 days with no answer so it looks like Ill be having to drive down there unfortunately or my insurance is going to be canceled.

Now I know why this place has. A 1 star well deserved!

Not open right now when it says they are and they charged me over 500 dollars after i already cancelled and they assured me they wouldnt take the money

Helping my customers purchase car, they used Estrella a total of 5 hours waiting for ins, Quoted one price and then bumped them, As a professional car salesman I deal with Insurance companies 3-4 times a day . This company I wouldnt recommend this company to my enemies.
