Office is right on 17th Ave and Bethany home road and Is always poorly maintained. Look abandoned. Poor repression of State Farm and bad look for the neighborhood.

Andrea always gives great personalized service. We have all of out insurance with herb for 35+ years! State Farm is a great company!

The Jeffress Agency has been my insurance agent since 1982. Obviously, since I have been a customer for so long, I am happy with their service. Andra has always been more than ready to help us with any and all of our insurance needs. I highly recommend The Jeffress Agency and Andra Jeffress.

I would not go here at ALL they are very unorganized, the place stinks like piss. That is the least of your worries this agent has been charging my parents for a car that they cancelled since February. My parents traded their car in February, on top of the dealership advising them to switch the insurance, my parents personally went into the office to cancel and they were advised it would be cancelled.... Then theyve been charging my parents for supposedly 2 months becuase they were behind...yet they have auto pay??? I dont understand this.. I told my parents to call the customer service line where they advised them that they were being charged for the vehicle they no longer had. STAY AWAY!!

Lino hit the nail on the head. Stay FAR FAR away. Multiple messages, never called back. Had to actually call State Farm national number who put me on hold while they contacted her so I could talk to her personally. She told me her girls had addressed my problem so she didnt need to call me back. Very unprofessional and arrogant. God forbid you experience a tragedy and need to get in contact.

I would put zero stars if it let me! Went in and paid for six months up front. When I received my insurance card in mail; I also got a bill for more money when I asked for refund I was gonna get pro rated and have to wait for my refund check. Andra Jeffress is my agent I still havent seen her or spoken to her. Since I got my policy. The girls she has working in the office are rude and liars. They like to use the excuse I was talking to a customer; thats why they couldnt answer the phone. Dont open on time aleast 25 to 30 min late. DONT SHOP HERE the office is a house and stinks like dog waste. VERY HUGE MEAN DOG in office

Very easy to work with and nice to talk to about my needs

I have had State Farm for 15 years and Andra has been my agent for all 15 of those years. She has been there in some tough scrapes and has always been a voice of support. I would recommend her to anyone. Plus, her father opened the agency and they have been in the same building since 1952; forever in Phoenix time.
