They will not answer the phone or return messages. They have a part that belongs to a customer of mine. The one time I got someone on the phone, the person said they would mail the part back, but it never came. I think they might have gone out of business.

Stay away! We had used them in the past and got a good product. This time we ordered two speedometer cables for two different trucks. We brought the old ones labeled with the year and make. We were told one day service but it actually took almost a week. The person was rude and said he was too busy with bench work to get them done in a day. Since we already drive 40 minutes to get there we left them. We had to call a couple times before they called us back to find out if they were ready. They never answer the phone! When we picked them up they put both in one bag and did not label them as we had asked. Not only were they too short! Remember they had the old ones to match up with but they put the connection on the wrong end! I have been calling for a refund and they dont call back! I had to order the cables from another company with overnight delivery or else my trucks would still be not drivable two weeks later!

Absolutely terrible. Came in to get my speedometer calibrated after a transmission swap, something that I was told shouldnt take any longer than an hour. After spending a Saturday in the waiting room, I was told they didnt have the right parts and to come back out in two days when the parts would be there. I come back in, still no parts. Third visit in, they throw my truck back on the dyno, except when he got out to check if it was seated, he had left it in drive and my truck drove into the front wall. God knows why I decided to go back a fourth time, but this time he decided to remove my speedo cable entirely and now my speedometer doesnt work AT ALL. My hood, grill, and bumper all had to be replaced. I only left after I had in writing that all damages would be paid for and taken care of, and here I am 8 months later still without ANY compensation, and on top of that, my speedometer still does not work. Guy wont even return my calls.

Dropped off a console clock in Feb. and nothing has been done and we cannot reach anyone! Stopped by today and it looks like they are bugging out of their facility. Cannot leave any messages, VM box full. Been calling weekly with no luck in reaching anyone. Trying to get our clocks back! Terrible customer service, and it appears this is a horrible company.BEWARE!!

Im getting really worried now. I dont know about the quality of work yet because none of the gauges Ive dropped off have been done yet to my knowledge. I dropped them off in January 2016, made two visits in person to check on them, once in March, and again in May. Was told both times that the gauges were there, they were being worked on the next week, and I confirmed the name and phone number to call when they are done. I have never received a call, and when I called today the phone was not available for any messages. Im giving them 3 stars yet in the hope that eventually the work will be done and of good quality. However, for right now, the level of communication is really poor and is giving me cause for concern. The gauges are for a low production sports car from the 60s... not very replaceable.

Bad business all around never gave me back my parts when i did find person there gave me run around looks like guy is on drugs!! Worried only about getting next fix never do anything with them again ever !!

I GAVE THEM THE GAUGES AND KNOWING IT WAS A LONG SHOT THEY GOT IT WORKING AND IT MAY HAVE TAKEN A FEW EXTRA DAYS BUT THATS NOTHING TO HAVE THE GAUGES WORKING PROPERLY AFTER PUTTING UP WITH THE PROBLEM FOR MONTHS.
