I have to Honestly say Budget IID Interlock was a great experience!!! The nightmare of having to install an interlock device brought anxiety!!! However Ryan was awesome with ease of set up and reassurance and great customer service!!! Jake Hazel was amazing also with great punctuality and customer service!!! He came to me to install which was awesome due to my work scheduling just made life easier!!! Jake was fast..efficient...very great with explaining the process and details of the interlock process and device!!! Just an amazing experience over all!!! I really felt support from them during this trying time and anxiety of having this device and all that comes along with it!!!

I would not go to ANYONE else. Jennifer went above and beyond anything I ever experienced! When there was an issue getting my device installed because of COVID, she took time out of her day to make it happen regardless. Product is the quickest loading, easiest to use and the convenience of the shop and service can not be beaten.

Called around to a few places and got nothing but the run around with a bunch of hidden fees before luckily coming across budget. Called and they got me in and out the same day. Very friendly and professional. I was dreading having to get an interlock put in my vehicle but it hasn’t been bad at all especially with their device, it’s very easy to use. If you’re shopping around don’t even waste your time looking anywhere else because you won’t find a better interlock company

Quick and easy. There isn’t any hang ups. Jake us very friendly. He is there to help you out. I needed this stupid thing installed which is embarrassing at hell. Jake is informative and pretty much answers any questions while you have it installed. I definitely recommend budget.

I would recommend Budget IID to anyone that needs a breathalyzer and i am glad my daughter was told about the company. She had to have one for 2 years since it was her second DUI. The first company was a joke and ripped us off the 6 months we had them. The devices are so easy to use, straight blow is the way to go. They have excellent customer service and are always friendly no matter what the situation had been. We are happy my daughter is done with the program and has learned her lesson this time around. Im not even a customer who authorized a one time transaction. Unknown that the kept my card on their file and have been charging for past 3 months. The total has come up to around 370 and they refused to take my card of file knowing that I dont even have a interlock in my personal car and authorise the one time payment for a ex girlfriend and they have not returned the money that has been taken from my account but l because they need a different card on file and havent gotten ahold of their customer.
