Worst service in the valley. They just want their money. Ther wont work with u at all. It’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone. I am 100% if this wasn’t a state teqired ment this company would not be o business because they have a horrible business motto and a staff that doesn’t care about u or ur car. They are hacks.

Cant love this place because of the interlock. However, this interlock is a quality device! Never locked out of my car for no reason, and its concealed in a plastic fountain drink cup. The maintenance appointments are quick, and you can show up early and be serviced before your appointment time. Dont be late! Youll be charged a fee.

Everytime I come here to pay my bill its quick and straight to the point. I really like that about these guys and they actually try and help you if you have questions. In person was a way better experience than the main line Tempe controls. The location I go is the one near 24ave and Bell Rd.

Woooow!!! The two dudes working today were rude and disrespectful! He talked bad about the car brought in as well as insulted the interior of an old school car which is current being renovated. They complained the whole time like this isn’t their whole job! No one told you to apply here and have an attitude. They both have Walmart personalities and Walmart work ethic. Please do better quick start. Life is hard enough, why do I have to be disrespected while trying to do the right things?

The five stars are for the two main techs at this branch, who are always helpful and accommodating. Ive noticed QuickStart, as a company, definitely has some kinks to iron out, but the techs do their best to streamline the process for you. Glad I picked this location.

Very rude. Unprofessional. Did NOT reset my husbands device properly. It was permanently locked out 3 days after for not going to the service appointment that I personally went to and had receipt for! Had to call for emergency tech and wait an hour! When the jerk asked when my husband preferred his next appointment, he asked if I even knew that??? Really. Im the one taking it to the appointments because he works 6 days a week. Yes I know when the best time for the appointment would be. Grow a brain. These ppl SUCK!

The device and install for my interlock went fine the gentleman who works the Scottsdale location is experienced and I felt countryside with him installing and taking care of my vehicle.However the call center that takes the cake for this place is horrid. If you miss a test while driving it locked you out if you dont call them and I am more than alright with that. However when met with not only full blown ignorance of their responsibility to the customer to have some semblance of customer service Ive been mislead and run into more frustration than any company Ive ever dealt with it fell as if their customer service center does literally zero training.If after you have read all this youre still going for them I highly regiment you immediately ask for Ruby the supervisor there. She is wonderful and had been able to help through most of my issues.

The interlock process sucks, but these guys have served me reasonably well. The folks in the 19th Ave location are reasonably friendly, but give them a bit of a break cuz the clientele is basically hostile. I haven’t had much trouble making contact, but one call to get a code the guy was a real a**hole. I’d try somebody else.

I got my device removed a little while back and DAVID B. Was my technician. The fat b whiped boogers on my steering wheel no joke. I got it on video because I have a camera in my car and sent it to his manager. I hope you get hit by a drunk driver David B.

This place sucks, horrible customer service. especially the people you talk to when you have to call with an issue. theyre extremely rude and treat you like an inconvenience..i actually got hung up on by one of them after he contributed to talk over me. definitely would not recommend getting your interlock through them!

The staff here is unprofessional- they do not do well at explaining the device, and they are rude throughout the experience. One of the men there told be about the 2 different types of programs and said I would be dumb to choose the lesser expensive of the two.Believe me- you dont need the cup or a light installed in your car for this. The device is super loud, you wont miss it even if you have your music up full blast.The device also goes off every 9-15 mins which is unnecessary. Just a disappointing company and set up.

Blows my mind you can have a set Monitor appointment for 1pm and when you walk in 10mins early they say they are closed tell 1:30pm because they need to eat lunch..... there is two people at the desk. One eats lunch first then the other one eats after..... this company needs structure.

Although the customer service in the building are very friendly, customer service on the phones is lacking. If you plan on jumping though hoops to get the deferment I wouldnt go with this company. There are extra little charges for everything. If you lose the blue cup $50, but you also cant give it back early. Because they are hoping you lose it. If you stay on the program a year, theres no removal charge. On your six month they make you pay for a full month, and you get your letter from MVD five days later and they do not prorate and give you money back. But if you do everything asked and get a deferment, guess what they charge you 95.00 to remove the system. If you blow a warning for alcohol guess what its another charge. They say its to recalibrate your system, but yet every month, they do a recalibration and read your device. Beware!! Just an fyi, I am not a disgruntled client. I got the deferment but I kept my machine an extra month, because I paid for it. But for all of you paying Hella already with everything that comes with a DUI, this company will nickel and dime you.

Knowledgeable staff good place to go to for an interlock, only problem is the device read your battery for voltage and screws up. You most likely will have to buy a new battery if you have this device installed in your car.

I had a lady call me to tell me I missed an appointment but never told me my vehicle was going to be locked out the next day, So Im went out to my car to go to work and it was locked out, so I was late for work then In had to wait 3 hours before anyone could help me which I think is ridiculous..they dont care about anyones livelihood or anything this was a major inconvenience had the lady told me about the lockout I could have made other arrangements so overall they are pretty much helpless unless it benefits them.

For those of you who are in the know of interlock companies I had a rolling retest missed test because I was dropping my father off at Mayo Clinic in cardiac arrest and they would not forgo the $35 fee for a rolling retest and I even had a letter from Mayo Clinic absolutely pathetic from the quote company that cares unquote
