Had a partially drooping bumper that the dealership wasnt interested in fixing. I checked Yelp reviews for auto body since we are new in town. Sams had very high ratings, so I called. I was able to take my car down the next day to be checked out so they could provide an estimate. A range was given depending on if a new bumper was involved and how like new I wanted it to look. The appointment was only three days later, and the final price was at the lowest end of the estimate. Will definitely be returning to Sams for any body work - the communication was great and the prices are more than reasonable.

I would recommend Sam’s Auto Body to anyone. Mark and the team were very professional. I had my truck repainted with them and they honor their lifetime warranty. There was an unforeseen issue with the paint on one of my doors that was out of their control. They never even questioned or haggled, and repainted the entire door to fix the issue as soon as I brought it back. The paint looks awesome and was a perfect match to the original color. Mark also had it detailed and cleaned afterwards. It’s great to see this type of customer service.

He did excellent work and had it done ahead of time. My car needed a lot more than the one job he did, but he was straight-forward with me and said the cost would be way too much to justify.How many car places do you know that would be so honest? So I needed the bumper replaced on my Nissan Rogue I came in for a quote brought in the day after and it was done that day. Talk about fast! Not only was it done fast it was done right. I wish I would have brought in my old vehicle in because I took it to three different body shops and not one did the right job and then would tell me they did the best they could.I wouldn’t take a place like this for granted if you’re looking for auto body work. I had damage to my 2009 Toyota that needed repaired. I got a new rear bumper and back fender fixed and painted. The service was great and the price was reasonable. First I would like to start off and say that Sams Auto Body and Paint is the best craftsmanship in the trade. It is a high quality body shop, qualitywork and attention to detail. They do not disappoint!!My husband and I brought my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 to get painted. We met Sam and Mark and Mark looked over the Jeep and explained what our options where. We decided to go ahead with it and left them the Jeep to paint. Two days later Mark called us and wanted us to come down to look at what he had discovered. The Jeep had been painted then clear coated, painted again and clear coated and one more time the same painted and clear coated. We could not believe this was sold to us brand new and this was like that.Mark was great and let us know he had to paint the whole truck down to the metal to make it look like new again. He assured us we would definitely be happy with it when it was complete.I got to say my truck was a nightmare but believed in him that he would do an awesome job. We picked the car up the day before Xmas eve and when I saw it I cried thats how beautiful it was. Better than showroom new! They went above and beyond to get this car perfect!! I cannot say enough about how happy and impressed I am with my experience with Sam and Mark. They are the real deal!! The results where outstanding!! They did a fantastic paint job and had to work with the color a bit to match the fading 15 year old paint job as best they could. It came out amazing. I keep my autos until the wheels fall off. Sams Auto Body painted my 98 Dodge Ram many years ago and offered lifetime warranty on the paint. Several years after that, Mark saw my truck one day and noticed some of the paint was starting to fade. Sams Auto Body (true to their word) repainted my truck for FREE ! Completely disassembled the truck so there is absolutely no over spray. They have performed body work on our shop vans, my wifes as well as my daughters car. Im no stranger to the auto business, have lived in the valley over 30 years. This is probably some of the best body work I have ever seen. (Mainly because you cannot tell they have had body work) - except for my truck which didnt look this good on the day I purchased it brand new in 1998. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a high quality body shop...

Ok. First off if you have. Mechanic you love with all your heart for the outstanding service, job and price you get. I will tell you to drop them and give Sams auto body a call. I have been to many mechanics throughout the valley not by choice and it wasnt until 8 years ago I came across Sams and they have went over and far beyond what a mechanic would ever do. They are honest they tell you how it is. You have. Problem or a issue with your car? They will resolve it and affordably. There is a shop that is south of Sams as well that handles engines and other items as well but both are fantastic and both have provided a well maintained car that I would not have been able to have had I went else where. Sams provides communication they provide you with options they will be up front and honest with you and not lead you on or misguided you. They will help you reach your goal and they work amazingly with insurance companies. Theres even a enterprise rent a car up the road that will pick you up from Sams to them before 5m Monday thru Friday. I couldnt ever see myself going anywhere else and thats saying alot.

I could not be more impressed with the work that was done at Sam’s. I had an old truck with lots of minor body dings. Mark said he could fix them all. Little did I know that they had to completely dismantle the entire truck, just to put it back together. The paint is better than new, they replaced one old fender, many of the miscellaneous plastics were replaced, and the body work is spectacular! They even sprayed the frame!! This is now the cleanest and straightest 1993 dodge truck on the road! I randomly found Sam’s on the internet and read some of these ratings, that’s why I’m sharing my experience too. I can’t say enough about how happy and impressed I am with my experience with this shop! They are honest, very reasonable in price, kept me informed of their progress, and I truly believe the best craftsmanship in the trade.

Sams Auto Body & Paint is the best. They completed collision repair when they said they would and worked with us regarding replacement parts. The finished outcome was perfect...the paint colors matched exactly, new paint was blended so we couldnt tell old from new, the replacement parts fit perfectly - everything lined up. No rattles when going down the road. Good as new!! We highly recommend Sams Auto Body & Paint!

I always take my vehicles here, and I recommend others to take theirs in. I dont trust another shop! They work with insurance companies so you dont have to. This is the best place to take your vehicle! Theyre the best!

Sams auto body is a superb shop. My truck is my baby. A guy hit it when it was parked and smashed the bumper and front etc. The insurance adjuster for that guys insurance came up with a really light cost to repair. Mark gave the truck a complete look over and found much more than the adjustor did. He communicated to the adjustor that more time was needed to get the parts necessary and that kept them from. Bugging me about the rental they were paying for. The work done was professional and more importantly RIGHT! Mark made sure if it. The truck looks awesome and I have had no problems whatsoever since driving it. They warranty their paint and body work and Mark told me to let him know if I noticed anything. This shop will definitely take care of you and if you love your vehicle like I do mine bring it to Sams.

I have used their service on more than 1 vehicle and could not be happier with their work! The cars look brand new when theyre complete, pricing is very reasonable, and estimated durations are accurate. On my most recent repair they even had to order a couple of extra parts they werent expecting to need, but they did not increase my price, nor extend the timeline. While I hope to never need their service again, should I ever, I will certainly keep giving them my business.

Did an exceptional repair of my car after sustaining significant front end damage. Have an import, and the parts took a long time to acquire and Sams waived my deductible to compensate for the inconvenience.Work was performed over a year ago, and recently had my car looked at for unrelated service. The mechanics were so impressed by the repairs, they had to tell me they almost couldnt tell the work was done except for one bolt that didnt match exactly.The employees at Sams are friendly, talented, considerate, flexible and--most importantly-- honest! Would definitely do business here again!

Mark did a great job fixing any scratches and dings before repainting my 2005 Dodge Ram. It looks showroom new again. Customer service was second to none and they were much cheaper than the other quotes I had gotten. I will be bringing my wifes 2005 G35 Coupe in for Mark to work the same magic. Sams received my car for Insurance estimate late march. insurance viewed and approved repair .....April 17 car is now totaled. Requested price for my repairs ...crickets. I bought my car back received from Sams my car with out several of the removed parts. I traveled to his locating 3 times to see car meet somebody..anybody ..AVOID THIS VERY NON COMMUNICATIVE RUDE BUISNESS

Went in and asked who I could talk to in order to get a quote, they said they were too busy to give a quote today. The place was empty and didnt look like they were working hard if at all.

Went in to get a quote. When I asked for assistance a man just walked past me and said its gonna be a couple and then walked away leaving me to stand there in the driveway. Go somewhere that actually cares about your business. This place is literally a junkyard.
