Michaels Collision 💥 ♥ has always been my go to place if I have an accident or some kind of damage to my car. They are always very attentive to detail and always make sure that everything is put back the way its suppose to be. Michael is very attentive to how the cars he takes in come back to the way they need to be and its always like its off the show room floor when I get mine back. He will make sure the insurance companies know what needs to be fixed and will make sure that you get what you need. Ron has always made sure also that my car is fixed the right way. I appreciate how he goes above and beyond to fix my car. Melissa always makes sure when I call that she gets back to me. When my car went down to get the ACC aligned, she waited at the dealership to make sure when my car would be ready to go. That goes above and beyond in my opinion. They are not only the people that fix my car but close friends and they treat you as such. The front office is always courteous and always make sure that if I need something they will get it for me. Jamie is a wonderful person who always takes care of the billing for me and has always treated me with respect and friendliness. When you’re in an accident that isn’t your fault, it’s common to feel like a victim all over again when going through the trouble of getting your car fixed. Not the case at Michael’s. I had never had work done at a body shop before, so when our lawyer recommended Michael’s we gave them our business. This will be my go-to body shop for life. First person you meet there when you drop your car off is Jamie. She takes all your info, gathers photos of your car, then goes to work with (or against) the insurance companies. Jamie is a no BS kind of gal and will do what it takes to get your car fixed right. She was very kind and understanding of our situation and made certain all the parts and labor that went into our car were top-notch. This is probably an exhausting and thankless job, so thanks Jamie! Next was the work itself. You would be forgiven for mistaking our car for a brand new one from the dealership when they were finished with it. The car was immaculately clean, and all the work performed was factory quality or better. They work with a rental car facility right down the street, which makes for a seamless transition into and out of a rental car while they do the work. No begging friends for rides or getting an Uber across town to figure out your rental car situation. When you’re in an accident and want a no-hassle quality repair, Michael’s is the only place to go.

I can’t speak highly enough of Michael’s Collision. I brought my car here after another driver hit me. They were kind, communicative, thorough, and my car looks amazing! They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and when I picked my car up (a week earlier than I expected!) it was immaculately clean, inside and out! Even the tires had a shine to them!

Excellent service. They are an Allstate certified vendor and they took over all the interactions with Allstate which was a big relief. Job was done quickly and car looks really good. I am glad I used them.

Michael inspected my car with a rebuilt title before I purchased it for my daughter. He was very professional and detail oriented. Buyer beware - Melissa Laiserin from CARSTAR gave me a verbal estimate for replacement for a tailgate. (not a written estimate mind you even when I ask for one). but they did take an $800 deposit. 2.5+ months later I finally get a phone call to come in, and replace the tailgate. I get there to replace the tail gate and they notice they had missed the coating on the tail gate and wanted to add cost and said they would get me a quote for the added cost and give me a call. I have not been given a quote. I waited 3 more days and just got an email. (still no quote for the added cost). Melissa Laiserin Manager writes At this time we will not be able to complete the replacement of your tailgate. I am happy to offer you a refund of your deposit. Shameful Melissa, I would have paid the difference - I have never left a review for anyone ever, CARSTAR MICHAELS Collision truly deserves this shout out for the way they handled this. My name is Dale Stewart and own an operate 3 other business, one being Arizona Hiking Shack 40+ doing business in Phoenix and I can honestly say from the beginning to the end they were anything but professional in the way they dealt with this... Buyer beware. One last thing, I got another quote (written this time) turned out to be $90 less and it included the coating on the tail gate. Along with a completion date of 9/20/21, Get estimates and make sure it is in writing. Disappointing to see companies bait and add to a quote.

This is my 2nd experience with Michaels’s collision and it only gets better! Jamie was so helpful with all the logistics of the process. Keep me totally in the loop with the adjuster and the car rental company . Michael went above and beyond to assist in the repairs to my daughters new car. It came back absolutely perfect, my daughter even cried when she saw how great her car looked.We will be back for any and all repairs needed in the future. Had a car accident the suspension was damage. The fixed in about 2 weeks, did some body work as well and painted to make it blend. The car was clean and drives even better than when i bought it a yr ago

Prius had been hit in a parking lot and in less than a week parts were in. Dropped off in the morning and finished the same day. Car was returned the same day and car was cleaned spotless inside and out and looked like a new car.! We refer everyone and always take our business there.

This has become my go-to place for vehicle issues. Michael always has time for me, even if the problem is not covered by insurance. Jamie always greets me with a smile. In fact, I just went there this morning (3/2/21) with my 2002 Lincoln Blackwood truck. Michael went outside and scanned it with his machine, and partially fixed the tonneau cover not opening/closing! What a guy. I am dropping it off Tuesday for an a/c check and a few other minor issues. Why would I go anywhere else with this top-of-the-line service?

So I was involved in an accident with my car, and I took it to Michaels carstar because it was one of the repair facilities recommended by my insurance company also it was close to my house. everyone I came in contact with at Michaels carstar was knowledgeable and very polite I think they did a very good job of repairing my car in somewhat of a timely manner. The staff gave me a heads up ahead of time about the companys automated text messaging service, you really have to call and make sure whatever text you are receiving is accurate. so the only real complaint I have is Michaels make such a big deal about having your car cleaned and vacuumed before you pick it up, and yes it was washed and vacuumedbut I really could have done without whatever they did to the windows! but overall Im happy with the work car looks nice thank you

Car looks brand new

First off, it took the office staff member a full three minutes to acknowledge I had walked in the door. She was having a conversation with someone else about car insurance. Not even their car insurance, just general car insurance. When she did acknowledge me, it was “Did you need something or have a question?”No... I had an appointment. She told me she would be with me in a minute and then kept on with her conversation. 10 minutes later another woman came out of a back office and offered to help me. So the original staff member didn’t even ask her to come help because she was busy. The original woman said “Yeah I told her I would be with her in just a minute”. Yeah, okay lady.The second office member was really nice and took a really good look at the car (our bumper was pulled off by a curb). I told her I just wanted it reattached somehow and was looking for the cheapest option available so as not to have the bumper hanging anymore. She gave me a quote of, low end, best case scenario, $800!!!!Obviously that wasn’t within my price range for a 2012 car. I called up a family mechanic and had him take a look at it.He took out a screw from the bumper, popped the bumper back in, and screwed it back on. No more hanging bumper.5 minutes and a single screw driver.Even if this place had been in my price range though, I wouldn’t have wanted to come here. I would rather pay someone $800 and have my presence acknowledged and be treated with respect than pay $800 to be ignored and have someone look down their nose at me like that first woman did.Grow some manners.

I was completely devastated when my car was involved in an accident. A mechanic friend of mine referred me over to Michaels Carstar. He spoke very highly of the owner- Michael, the staff, and the work they do.I spoke with Michael the day I dropped my car off and I knew my vehicle was in good hands. I had many questions and concerns and they were all addressed promptly and put me right at ease.Their Carstar Vision site sends you daily photo updates! I absolutely loved that! On that site, it also shows you what stage your repair is in, and an estimated finish date. I liked being able to keep track of what was going on without constantly calling and bugging the staff. Even when I did, they were patient and understanding.I know there are several collision centers on Cave Creek, but I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Michaels Carstar. They go above and beyond and truly have your best interest in mind. I hope they know how incredibly grateful, and completely blown away I am with the whole experience. Hopefully, I dont need their services again, but if I do, there is no question where Ill be going.

The front office was very friendly, the manager Michael went above and beyond by staying late so I could pick up my vehicle after work, and the owner of the company is a very honest, hard working guy whos been in the auto body shop for a long time. Overall, im EXTREMELY satisfied with my repairs and customer service I received. If you need body repairs done to your car, you can definitely trust Michaels!

Jamie, the front office manager, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The body work on our 3/4 ton GMC was excellent- this coming from my husband who used to work in the collision repair industry. They were also so helpful with the rental car process. And FAST 💨!!! Happy customers!

Michael and his team were very polite and nice people. My car looked amazing at the end. However, it does not take 18 days to fix a bumper, and continuously telling a customer it will be done when it wont be is not appreciated. I also told them at the beginning it was my car and Im 18, they said Why didnt you tell me, I wouldve let you use a loaner car . Well, I did tell them, they just did not listen. They did take care of the rental fees which was appreciated though. I do appreciate everything done right but it does not take that long, this is the third time someone has rear ended me. My husband, dad and I will not take my car here again. They did say they want it done correctly, thats great, but other people have lives and schedules and blaming the type of car I have and underestimating are not excuses.

Extremely rude, and unprofessional staff.

Michael and Melissa run an excellent shop. They know how to restore a car to its former beauty. I had a 2015 Challenger that was wrecked in the front end by a red light runner. He brought my car back to its original state and probably even better than new. I cant say enough about the workmanship of this shop. Ron and the guys took care of my car and I even had visitation rights every Friday. It was a long rebuild but worth every day that it was in the shop. I wouldnt take my vehicles to anyone else. If you want your car restored to where it should be, take it to Michaels Collision/Carstar. They will treat you right and take care of your car and if you love your car as much as I do, you want the best for it. Also they are experienced in dealing with your insurance companies. They took really good care of me. I have to say when I first had my accident, they let me know that I had to get the car out of the impound yard as soon as possible for a unknown reason. I had everyone recommending Michael and I am so glad I took it to him to fix. It drives great, It looks like showroom quality and I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else.Thanks Michael and Melissa. Im definitely not satisfied with Carstar, they did terrible work and made me feel like I shouldn’t have been there. They are unwilling to make my car right again after complaining that the colors don’t match

I had my car repaired after a accident and they took really good care of me. My car came out even better than it was before and I was very impressed. I have recommended all of my friends who have been in accidents to come here and they have been extremely satisfied as well. They always do amazing work and they are the only ones I trust with my car.

Ive been using Michaels Collision for 25 years. I wouldnt think of taking vehicle damage to any other body shop in town, and I wouldnt recommend anyone but Michaels just someone whos car had been crashed and needed repair.I recall news a little body shop on Cave Creek Road I recall how he turned my wrecked Jeep back to showroom fresh.I established a lifelong friendship with Mike, the original owner, who sold it to another Mike the current owner who runs the same Top Notch Body Shop. A little more advanced now, with state-of-the-art equipment for frame repair, painting and body work.If youre in an accident, tell the tow truck driver to take it to Michaels, and leave your worries to them. Mike will handle the insurance adjusters, the estimate and probably even help you get into a rental car, while your car is repaired expeditiously and professionally.

They started out being very nice. I had been in a bad wreck and suspected the truck would be totaled. They were recommended. I called them and asked if they would take the truck and do an estimate with the adjuster...they said certainly.Came and towed it...insisting on their tow guy (I could have had AAA do it for free)...a couple of days later they said I needed to sign an authorization so they could put it on a lift, etc. I make a trip there to do that...their computers were down. They said they didnt think the damage was that bad. I said really...got hit by someone at 70 mph, passing illegally on my left when I was turning left and going under 5 MPH pulling a horse trailer....Next day they send the release to me...read it and it was not for just lifting the truck, it was to include a mechanics lien until all payment was made as well as giving them power of attorney for my insurance decisions!I attempted 3 times to call the owner and discuss this with them and he wouldnt take my call. This morning I met the adjuster and the one guy indicated to her that he didnt think the damage was any big deal. She asked if theyd lift it if needed and he said if I did not sign the release they wouldnt. Hed NEVER READ the release and got very rude when I explained to him what it actually said and MEANT.Long story short, the not a big deal turned out to a destroyed tow package and a BROKEN FRAME, steering, and entire front end.I would NEVER recommend this company and am filing a complaint. I highly doubt they would treat a man this way and how DARE they treat me like this.

So my brand new car (2015 nissan altima. It was 2 months old when I was T boned) was in an accident. I had to go through my own insurance because the lady that hit me had no insurance. Progressive (dont ever buy insurance from them) wanted to put USED parts on my car and also did not want to replace parts that needed to be replaced because it would take $100 out of their pocket instead of worrying about their customers safety. Well Michael fought for me. He went through supervisors and spent his own time fighting for me to be treated right. Not only that, my car is PERFECT! It looks brand new again! They sent me pictures throughout the process. They gave me a loaner car, free of charge to drive and the people he has working for him, including him all really cared about me and making sure I was happy. I will use them again and again. Highly recommend them!

Had decent customer service here, but when I had an issue with the paint finish I was dismissed rather quickly rather than fixing the problem in a timely manner.

Wonderful staff. The owner is knowledgeable in autobody and mechanical repairs but also in the dealing with the insurance company. Michael has many years of expertise in both and every car that is repaired is treated as if it is the owner own personal vehichle. Highly recomend the shop for all your repairs weather they be big or small.
