What a joke of a car! Paid way too much after fees and taxes for a car that was literally missing steering components. Found them in the trunk! Making it so unsafe to drive. Not to mention all the other problems some lazy joker of a technician tried to hide! Not ASE for sure! Terrible customer service. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Your response is as big a joke as your operation. The odometer doesn’t work! I want my money back!
First visit was a positive experience. Had a hard time of figuring out where to park. I decided to park on the side of the road North of main entrance. Not the safest neighborhood to leave your car unattended. Friendly staff who are more than willing to volunteer assistance and go beyond the expected level of customer service.
I had a great experience and easy experience. Especially with Alma, in the cash room, or cashiering dept. She is super efficient and made the transaction really quick and easy. Thanks Alma!
This was the first time I went to this place to pick up. Google map showed the wrong entrance to the place. You need to enter from 35th Ave. The place was crowded and under staffed. But the staff was friendly and helpful most of the time. Signed the paperwork and waited about 45 minutes per get my item. They have jacked up the fee and its expensive to buy something from here, everyone who are buying from here have realized it already.
Bought 2 motorcycles at a good price, their fees that they add on really add up. Ill keep shopping here but will keep the extra fees in mind.
Theres over $650 in taxes or what not thats including your $250 deposit to enter auction! Anyway I spent nearly 4gs on a 3g car and it was a lemon😭 ran good for a day then nothing.
Love this place! All employees work so hard to make certain all of our items are displayed great for the online auction (pictures and location for review day) and picking up always runs very smoothly. Keep up the great job!!
They mailed the title to an old address. Asked me to go retrieve it from old address. The correct address was my billing address on my credit card. Forced me to pay 95$ duplicate title fee. Staff is difficult to deal with. UPDATE: still waiting for duplicate title.
Office staff is wonderful. Yard crew not so much. If you are picking up and have a trailer, you are in for a long day. No room to turn or turn around. Yard crew wont move anything to give you enough room. To make the turns
There are only so many words I could use to express how WONDERFUL my experience with Miranda at Sierra Auctions was! The change in how they do business was very stressful to me BUT Miranda made it a complete and easy turnaround. I have dealt with Sierra for about 30 years now and have always had wonderful experiences with that Co. BUT Miranda was a breath of fresh air to a guy who didnt have a clue with the new way of doing things. THANK YOU!
They clear the codes so the cars and trucks seem like they dont have problems........ Totally miss leading beware 👁️👀. You are better off buying from private party... Because the prices they want is almost private party plus taxes and their fees. Plus the repairs......At 6000 buy you are paying 1700 is taxes n their fees. Think about it. Its a scam
Good place..just a lot of fees on top of fees...doesnt make it a bargain at that point
This reply was written after the owner responded and attempted to deceiveThis is the new response to it, and below is the comment on the previous auction and the obstacles it encounteredThere is a picture of your drawings that appeared after completing the purchase and getting involved with youLooks like youre trying to block the sunlight with your handWhy not disclose all fees directly? You have more than four fees, the first as you say is 8.6%, the administrative auction fees, the Proxipid fees, and the premium buyer fees (this alone is approximately $500), then the value of the taxAll of these fees are hidden and only the number 8.6% appears, so why dodgingTo make your policy clear, write the conditions visible to everyone and not hidden between the lines, and I do not accept advice from you to stay away from auctions, as not all auctions hide fees and do not show them to people like you, and do not try to justify that you did not find my name in your auction to hide the truth. Was he a real subscriber or not, but where did I get this information that I wrote about your auction and your hidden fees and evasionBe frank and clear and explain everything. If anyone wants to enter, that is his business, even if I do not advise anyone to get involved with you.-------- THE OLD RESPONDED --------If there was a rating of less than zero, I would put it hereWhat a big scam ِAuctionThey sell damaged cars as newI expected I might buy a good car for a good price but ....You cannot move the car from its place to listen carefully to the sound of the engine, transmission, and balance engines spinning in itYou will be 100% a victim of this auction, so do not get involved with them,In addition to that, they take very large sums on any purchase (they say it is 8%), but in fact it is more than 18% if it is calculated, they take over forgetting administrative fees, operating fees, and fees I do not know what and you bought a car for 4000 thousand dollarsAnd when you pay $ 5,000 with these fees,Likewise, the amount that is withdrawn from your credit card when participating in the auction is not easily recovered except after numerous visits to them and repeated calls, and they deduct part of that amount as well, and you have paid all the previous fees with the value of the purchased car.My experience with them is very, very bad, and I do not advise anyone to enter this cycleBuy through Facebook or other ads and take your time to test your car and make an appropriate purchase decision
Paid way to much for a car that was a total limon the car was 2300 after fees and taxes came out to 3160 that car it was beyond repair I did view the car a day prior on buying it but they did a great job on hiding alot of malfunctions, at the end of the day I needed to sell it to a junk yard for 400 so beware don’t buy a car here
Awesome great prices nice cars I recommend Sierra Auction to all my family & friends Thank you for great experience
This place is a Scam, beware of the vehicle auction here. They are fixed-up junks. Auction handler raises the bid until his marked price comes up, otherwise he pass the car to the next. (Ex: 2012 scion came up, bid stopped at $1900, no other bids. Guy said his brother does research on this vehicle and raised the bid to $3000. No ones bid on that and he passes to the next car.) I never seen such auctions. Pictures posted on the site do not shows the defects, basically this auction is great for scammers and bad for people who buy them. I drove all the way from LA to see a lemon. Waste of my time and money, pictures posted on the site are not that clear and when I go there car even not recognizable as to what i saw on the site. ......just go there and check because they are not legit....beware..their fees are sky high. Its better to buy a car on Craigslist than this auction because after the fees you are not gonna see any deal...getting a deal is a dream in this auction site...
Although my complaint is not about the auto auction, it does have similarities with a lot of the other complaints. First off is the ghost bidding and being outbid at the last minute then, oh guess what, that bidder retracted their bid and then you see same item on another auction! I guess if they dont get what they want for said item they cheat the honest bidder out of the item. And someone mentioned customer service in a complaint, What customer service!!? Sierra auction is a waste in my opinion. Bidder beware! I will let one of the biggest firearm bidding communities know about my experience with sierra and direct them to other auction companies. And a 1 star only because they make you select at least 1 to post.
Great deal on my car!
I would appreciate this place a lot more if they gave you more time to be able to pick up items. Othrr than that they are nice and helpful.
The staff was great help but didnt care so much that nobody have no face mask customers employees everybody
Easy and always quick to help love this place.
I have bought a few cars thru the Tucson auction this was the first Phoenix auction I got a car from I bid on a 2010 charger won the car when picking the car up it barely ran I attempted to take anyway and it died and wouldn’t start I called and talked with Jared he tried to help get the car going and when we couldn’t he issued me a full refund was so pleased with the customer service I truly believe had he known the car was in the condition it was in he would not have had it in the auction thank you Jared and the Sierra auto auction look forward to bidding again
Good auction house. Been in business for years. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can still get good deals here, but with popularity it is getting harder.
Best place to work and there is great management I proud of my coworkers and the other staff If I could pick a family then I would pick these people because so much love and respect for each other
Some nice cars and SUV. Gonna bid on one, Ill send a rating after auction
Thanks Anette for your Great Customer Service helping me with my Invoice!! seriously Thank You... :-) Marisa Mendivil
If you buy from any auction your are buying as is and buyers are aware of this. What I did not expect is for the forklift operator to be in such hurry that he dropped and broke the item that I bought. Will not be buying from this auction house again.
Originally posted 7-3-20Buyer Beware. Read the terms and conditions, really do your research on the age and condition of the item youre interested in, and try to get current photos if you can. My husband purchased a boat, and while we were there trying to straighten out the hitch jack and coupler that had been hit hard by a forklift so we could take the boat home, we ran into another customer who was having to do work to their item before they could take it as well. They shared the same sentiment we had that it looked a lot better in the pictures.Going off of these two experiences, and the multiple auction numbers that had been written and crossed off on the windshield and side of the boat, it seems that they take photos as soon as they get an item to auction, and then get around to making the item available to bid on much later. The pictures do not represent the current state of the item. And the pictures didnt include the obvious forklift damage to the trailer.Sierra does everything they can to make themselves not liable for any damage to or mis-representation of the condition of their items. Their terms and conditions lays out every single way that they cannot be held accountable for anything ever, before or after you pay.I dont think that Sierras accept no responsibility approach is too different than what you could expect from any auction company, but without being able to go and see the items on the inspection day due to Covid-19 related restrictions, you really must beware what you are bidding on!On top of all of this, they write the auction number with what looks like red Sharpie or a red paint marker right on the paint.Well, almost two weeks later and things have actually gotten worse. It was extremely difficult to get the title/bill of sale, turns out Sierra didnt have the correct documentation in their possession when they sold us the boat. Im not a lawyer, but that doesnt seem completely legal. We were given a timeframe over the phone for when the documentation for the boat and trailer would be sent to us via USPS mail. Upon that date, and the paperwork not yet received, we called and find out they dont have the correct title/bill of sale, and they werent sure when they will be able to get them mailed out due to staffing shortages resulting from Covid-19 and their being . We were told multiple times that there was nobody in the office in the title department to sign it over to us, therefore we couldnt come pick it up in person. As somebody who has encountered employment issues of my own due to this virus, I could not be more understanding of this. Everybody needs to make their health a top priority during this time. What I cannot understand is why we were lied to and then not communicated with at all. We had to call multiple times to figure out that they didnt have the title/bill of sale.In conclusion, dont do business with Sierra Auction Company. The pictures were old and did not reflect the current state of the boat at all, the trailer jack and coupler hitch were damaged so badly that we had to put in over an hour of work with a 4 ton hydraulic ram to be able to take the boat off the property, and it took a lot of legwork and being the squeaky wheel to get Sierra to tell us they didnt actually have the title/bill of sale. Then, even more squeaking to get the papers in our hands. And once we did, we realized we had been lied to yet again, with it being over 4 shorter than advertised. Caveat Emptor.Updated:If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend you reach out to Jared directly. He was able to help rectify this situation, which is much appreciated. Every tree has one bad fruit, and Im sure every bad tree bears one good fruit.
Staff not friendly but got a good car at a good price
WOW...WOW...WOW!!! This was my first purchase with Sierra Auctions and let me tell you. EASY AND AWESOME. Lori Burgess was an amazing help to say the least. She went out of her way not only answering my email at 11pm (right after I sent it) but meeting me personally to walk me through the process. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT IS WHAT BUSINESSES DONT GET ANYMORE. Thank you for everything Lori and thank you Sierra Auctions for credibility worth a million bucks.Chad Nichols
They changed alot we used to buy cars from them a few times a year just recently bought 2 cars last weekend one which had no brakes at all they usually disclose stuff like that i guess not anymore and the office people barely give any detail i will be buying from other public auctions from now on its not worth paying there high taxes and dealing with bad customer service. Dont forget you guys arent the only auction in town...I tried calling to see if we could resolve this and everyone who answered pretty much through me to the bushes people like like us who buy from you have made sierra auction what it is today. Value your customers you can only screw them over once
I had a request that I needed to get taken care of. I reached out to Lori Burgess and she was extremely helpful! She took care of my request the NEXT day. She was understanding and very professional. I recommend Sierra Auction especially when you can deal with Lori!
Came to the auction, didnt end up buying but had a great time. Well run auction place, thank you.
This is a horrible auction that list lower miles when knowing it is wrong.I bought a car from them on their on line auction that was listed with 22,000 miles. When I received the car I pulled the vin and it was listed with 221,000 miles. Not worth the dirt it was sitting on.When I called the auction company they just told me that that was my fault for not checking the miles on it.Horrible, bait and switch and fraudulent listing the miles. Contacting my lawyer.
I got a truck a couple years ago and it was fantastic. I bought a truck a month ago and am still waiting. The title got sent to the wrong address and the seller was not answering and returning his calls. I called and talked to a manager named Jeremy and he got right on it and is actually communicating with me and helping.
Beware of ghost bidding by Sierra. They inflate their prices with ghost bidding and on site bidding yet there is NO on site bidding. They use localized IP addresses, easily caught. Why do they inflate price? Simple. They take a percentage of the final sale price. Pathetic.
Can be a tad bit expensive vs dealer auctions. But not bad at all
Very helpful.w picking up Volvo from auction
Had a great experience. Had questions, & they responded & made sure I understood. The staff I dealt with were helpful & very friendly. I will do business with them again.
Bought a nice 2001 Ford Ranger in April 2021 using online auction; Picked it up same day.
Lots of good items for great deals
The good folks at Sierra Auction are going the extra mile to serve customers during the pandemic. You can get some great deals on autos here, but its a smart idea to visit during the preview period to look over what you may want to bid on. Its nice to be able to do business with a friendly, local business and not drain your bank account at the same time.
The bidding procedure was very easy and actually fun. I obtained a computer I’ve been wanting for quite some time But could not afford to buy it. I came across the proxybid site and decided to sign up on it. The whole process from bidding to paying to picking up the item was essentially perfect. The staff at the pick up site were fast and friendly. I would recommend this buying option to anyone looking for an avenue to purchase items of need for prices way below what you would normally pay. And it was fun bidding.
These guys are the best....The only unhappy people with Sierra....are the people who are trying to get something for nothing. I find If you take time do your diligence and are willing to get outbid and move on to next items you want then you get GOLD in return and I sure DID THX SIERRA AUCTION ......
Auction fees could be cheaper and their no reserve auctions seem to not really be no reserve
Michael is a scam artist and rude. I purchased a vehicle showing the dash with no engine light and advertised as super clean. The vehicle was covered in cigarette ash and had the engine light on when I received it. Michael spoke down to me for 30 minutes before charging me 300 plus 150 for towing to take the car back. Save your time and a huge headache and stay away. Another red flag is when a negative review is posted and instead of trying to help the situation, they just belittle and defend their actions.
I was a little shocked by the amount of fees for a $150 bid on a motorcycle. The total came to be over $350 with all of the fees and taxes. The motorcycle was listed as non running but there was no mention of missing the keys. It took over 30 minutes for the yard to be able to find my item. I will not be a returning customer mainly because I feel confident the keys were provided by the seller and lost by the auction house and also the fees make the seemingly good deals not worth it.
The service of the guy from room two is amazing. He is very helpful and kind. He gives a very good customer service and always with a smile it’s amazing to go shop to places like this you feel welcome and happy to shop there great job sierra and the guy from room two lol.
Easy process but need better public entrance signage
I purchased a vehicle online. There did not disclosed on the cars description the breaks were not functional. Once I started driving it home the vehicles break did not work so scary and dangerous.
Always a wonderful experience. Staff is friendly and this place feels like home sometomes. Will always always recommend
Great deals, if you look hard enough!
Win an auction on a vehicle that they claimed ran - fuel pump was shot and couldn’t get it off the lot - I wouldn’t do it again
Be careful if you bid on here. They charged me over 30% in fees of the purchase price. RIDICULOUSI bid 2550 and end up paying 3325. WaaaooooI would recomend bidding around 20 to 25% of market value on a item only. If not just go buy it in the retail store. At least you know what you getting for your money with no surprise fees.I lost money on this one. I LEARNED MY LESSON
Excellent place to buy a car. The cashiers are amazing. Less of half a hour I take my car.The car is having everything from the pictures.Recommend to every one.
Love it! First time bidders here...bidding online went smoothly, paying for our wins didnt take long at all and the guys in back were awesome and helpful. They loaded a heavy cabinet and a few shelving units we scored for our garage into our truck with their forklift, set a full pallet of misc items (that cost less than lunch) beside it because we wanted to load those items ourselves (since we had to jigsaw puzzle fit them in AND we were excited to get a peek at our new stuff) and as aggravating as we possibly were, they were kind and patient. A very friendly atmosphere- Ill bet it is fun to work here, always plenty to do, people to help and a new adventure every day! Life is supposed to be a little bit fun! 5+ stars
They over charged me w fees then at the end they charge another fee!! 380$ for 150$ itemWow and now you have no record of our transaction... it was a pcs., anyway. Next time Rob yourself.
I was super frustrated and annoyed in regards to getting my paid for item to me in Tucson but BRIAN went above and beyond and literally out of his way to help me get my product on its way to me 😃 as far as the rest of the process goes, meaning bidding and paying the invoice, that was not frustrating or annoying 🙃
Great place to get almost everything and anything. Got a pallet of tubas. Wonderful instruments. Have been going to Sierra for years. Great funds. Wonderful people. Very helpful and always happy .
Bid on a golf cart, and to find out they had no title for it, everything was stripped from it with no batteries .I refused to pay for this piece of junk, i still have a laptop that is sitting in my drawer that doesnt bootup.90 percent of there items are junk, the only things worth buying are their firearms, and they are bid up to high most of the time. there are no deals to be found here.
Its ok.
Getting good deals at auction is the way to go! Thank you Sierra Auction Phoenix!
This place has rude staff. I drove an hour to get here and showed up at 4:05pm due to an accident. They made me drive an hour home with a screaming baby. They also sell fake and broken item and charge your card without your permission if you refuse to buy their fake and broken items.
Great deals to be had, good idea to check them out first but I have never bought anything that didnt work.
Excellent deals!
With everything going on with COVID-19, theyre still trying to get as much money out of their customers as possible. They give you a few options for payment. If you cant Zelle or do a direct deposit/wire transfer, they charge an additional fee for using a credit/debit card. In my case, theyre wanting to charge an additional $262 on top of the $8k Ive already spent. In times like these, you think theyd do what they could to help out their customers. In all honesty, if I could, Id give them ZERO stars. Worst customer service ever. We spoke to someone the same day the auction ended, we were told as long as we made it to the office before 2PM, that we could pick up our winnings. We made the drive out there which was about 40 minutes, just to be told we couldnt do anything without an invoice. Thats not what we were told over the phone. Save your time and energy and avoid this place!
I come here quite frequently to buy cars either for myself or for my family. I was sold a 2005 Mercedes ML500 they sold it in the running auction. Let me tell you it didnt truly run. they sold it by picture and just said it had some power steering issues. I decided to bid and won. Well first off the battery they had in it was the size of a motorcycle battery. Then when I was trying to drive it, I saw the thermostat rising. great. I stop the car and find out that there was no serpentine belt on there and there was no AC compressor. Then I look at the back of the title and it looks like they sold it to someone else the week prior but somehow he was able to give it back? I thought it was as-is when you buy the car. So I sucked it up and poured a lot of money into it just to get it running. Well now it is running beautifully but no thanks to the shady dealings at the auction hid the issues and sold it as a running vehicle just had power steering issues and battery issue. I should have been able to go get my money back like the previous purchaser did.
Disappointed....I feel that the pictures provided are misleading. I picked up items for a friend and returned the following day for items that were in the pictures that she bid on that werent received. My point is they had plenty of places to place the item to take a picture of without anything else being in the picture or in the back ground. BEWARE... the term equipment without describing what that equipment is misleading. This auction needs to be more descriptive more detail about whats being auctioned.
BEWARE!!!!!!!! Do not trust this auction site. I got scammed. They had pictures of the dash with no warning lights on. Then when I got it it had so many lights and codes on the dash. Also had no oil in the engine and a dead battery bad engine and bad alternator. And the car was described as “starts and runs”. STAY AWAY!!!!
Love it. I always buy stuff here. Plus the staff is awesome.
Lots to choose from, mostly friendly service. Annoying payment process. Stay away from electronics.
Seller instructions post win fail to describe the total process for picking up items. After driving two hours to pick up the vehicles, only to be told I need to wait around until their finance team gets around to processing my payment, this was incredibly annoying. This could easily be solved with a simple bullet list at the top of the post-win email; on that note, that email is SUPER long and doesnt provide good guidance on the best way to pay for larger invoices (such as Zelle payments dont work). In addition the seller photos of the vehicle failed to capture substantive damage to the interior of the vehicle. Yes, I understand buyers are always encouraged to preview in-person; but the reality of internet based auction is that not all buyers will be local. The photos are an easy customer service win, if they choose to take fully accurate photos. Some of the damage that was not shown, in my opinion, was unethical - like monitors of headrest displays ripped out.
Be careful guys I just bought a car from these guys and the fees was $1140At the beginning you will think that you got a really good price but wait until they till you how much the fees and taxes, it’s unbelievable. After paying all this fees and taxes hopefully the transmission and the engine are working
Great auction, ppl very helpful, easy pay systems
Great place but for cars this weekend always treat me with respect the employees are just great. And the management is one of the most helpful peeps around thank you for everything guys.
I have personally purchased four vehicles from Sierra auction and they have all been very good vehicles have had no problems the sales staffand auctioneers are all friendly and professional I highly recommend Sierra auction thank you all for your outstanding customer service its always a pleasure.
Bought 3 vehicles from the location in Phoenix- all have been really good. First tine I tried bidbing online and I accidently clicked to bid on a vehicle- and ultimately was unable to purchase. As of now, I am banned from bidding on anything from here again- unless I pay a them $500. There should be a forgiveness with the online bidding process- due to possibility of error or mistakes that are likely to occur. After reading other reviews today- i noticed other customers have had the rules bent for them but I am denied any forgiveness when I talked to the women on the phone 3 different times. I wished I could bid again but I am not paying $500- for nothing. Otherwise the auction here is full of great deals and a variety of items and vehicle to bid on. I would definitely recommend this auction house above any other in the state. Just wish they had forgiveness for accidental bids and mistaken keystrokes. Accidents happen...
Unprofessional as soon as you walk in the door. My wife and I sold Our home and have to money to spend we were looking to buy a bunch of cars and he purchased 8 The owner mark promised to hold the cars for a couple days extra so we got our money turns out His Is it worth dirt turns out you turns around and sells the cars from underneath us and doesnt bother even To call us this really upset us and we will never go back to see your auctions again and I wouldnt recommend here auctions to anybody unless youre looking for unprofessional unethical unreliable can I say anymore his gaze and even worth of 1D, more like 3FS for FLUNK!!!!! If I could give him another battery view I would cause the 1st time we Called the manager hung up on us so I wish I could give a second review..... I would recommend you going to another auction for professionalism cause unprofessional starts from the owner down!!!!! Another thing is heads up if you default on paying for a automobile that you win you now have to pay a fee of $500 in order sell with him again!!!!!
Won online action. Went to onsite location to pick up items. Minimum contact with personnel working onsite. Show your receipt, pick up items and out you go.
Their surplus is a rip off. They sell fake and damaged items and if you refuse to pay for these items they charge your card.
Not sure why my son in laws account is here and not mine lol anyways, I just bought a car from Sierra Auction, I had a lot of questions because I never purchased from an auction. I spoke to Annette, she is their senior customer relations manager and I have to say she was wonderful. she answered all of my questions, was very pleasant to speak with, very professional and made my call a pleasure to work with them. 5 star for sure THANKS Annette!R/Joe Canada
Fun place. Working here was one of my first jobs years ago. Recently started coming back to be a customer and buy stuff theyve made alot of nice changes.
Great auction !
The staff there are very up beat and very helpful
Ive been to many of these auctions in the last 6 months and bought a couple cars. It used to be worthwhile. As long as you did two things: Understand the fees and take those into consideration on what youre willing to bid on a specific car. And go to the preview day and really go over every inch the vehicle and understand its value. Dont bid based on pictures!!!But this year Ive found theyre placing reserves on almost all of the decent vehicles and theyre at book value. Im there to get a deal, why would I pay book value when I can shop craigslist for used cars around book value??? And if I bid at book value, after sales tax, buyers premiums, and administration fees Im 15%-20% higher and now over book! Turns into a horrible deal, especially considering 99% of these vehicles have minor to major problems that mean theyre only worth low end of book. At the very least, they all need a set of tires and some reconditioning.Put reasonable reserves back and Ill be back. Its a popular enough auction yard, you shouldnt have to worry about a lack of bids.
Great place for buying
Service could be better in some ways. Quality is as expected for auctioned items.
Affordable prices on cars just make sure show up for previous inspection.
Always professional quality service, would recommend to everyone.
The staff there was very helpful.
Consider all the extra charges when bidding. Also, keep in mind the item might not work. Overall some good deals to be had, but don’t get carried away with your bidding.
Ive always enjoyed coming to this auction, check out before you bid you will be fine. The CEO (Mark) cares about customers and always respectful. Ada and Maria are disrespectful, unprofessional and doesnt value customer satisfaction.
So first off the fees are way to expensive. I bought a car for 2000 and ended up paying a little bit over 2600. Some of that 600 dollars in fees would of been nice to have because your going to have to put in some money in all of these car to get them in tip top shape. And second ive herd of shill bidding and this place makes me wonder because alot of the cars i see that get sold are on the next auction so it makes me wonder if the company is bidding on there own cars then when they dont get what they want they try again for the next one.🤔 I did forget to mention though, it was my first auction i have ever been at and i did enjoy myself. I should have done the math first on the fees to see how much it would come out to but i got a little to excited. The staff there are also really nice and helpful expectantly if its your first time.
