I set up an account with them as their site directed when you arrive. Proceeded to follow an auction I was informed about, when it came time to bid their system flagged me for not having a CC on file, as reasonable request. Unfortunately this request should have been made during the account creation or at least a popup stating as I am viewing an auction that you have not submitted CC info and will need so before bidding. Due to the timing of their softwares request I w as unable to participate in the auction because time had expired even though I had an account set up as their automation request and placed a bid. This at the least is very poor programing.To make matters worse I phone in to tell them of this and the first thing their agent does is get defensive and reads me the companies legal disclaimer. I suggest to the agent to listen to what I am saying vs what he is trying to say. He refused to, then demanded to say his peace, was rude. When I returned his rudeness in kind he was very quick to point it out, yet it was okay for him to be rude. From this point the call diminished.Realizing this is most likely a one off situation I called back waiting 5-10 minutes to get another agent. I was done with this business even though I realized this could be a one off and asked the agent to remove my data and to delete my account, she then told me to due it online. When I complied she then when down the path of her doing it and asked for my email address. At this point I was on their website asking for her to guide me to where I could do this. Seeing that I tried this prior to calling back a second time. She disconnected the call!!!Now forced to call back a third time with the same request in hand the agent was able to state they deleted my account and sent an email confirming this. I still have no clue if they purged my data from t heir systems.This business is not someone I can recommend in any way and would urge anyone who deals with them to be warned for very rude agents and a software system that is not very well suited to ensuring you have equal bidding capability.

Was very disappointed with my experience. I won my auction and when I went to pay the website would not let me pay. I tried for several hours and even called and left messages when I was unable to get someone on phone. I finally got payment to go threw and then it said my account was suspended after I had already paid. By this time the storage facility was about to close so I could not pay and start to clean out unit. So the following day I arranged to get off work by 9am and when I got storage facility on phone they refused to take payment over phone and told me if I wasnt there by noon my money was forfeited and the storage would be offered to back up bidder. So I was penalized for there website not taking payment. And this is not to mention the money I used to reserve a storage at my storage facility and moving truck I reserved.

I will attest this site is 100%. I was concerned after reading reviews. But my purchase went on without a problem. I love my buy although it wasnt a gold mine or the mother load. It was worth it. The lady at CubeSmart even sent me off with a dresser and bed frame (Made in Italy) they had been moving around for who knows how long, the headboard to this bedframe is the heaviest headboard I have ever handled. Thank you Flo, again you are awesome.
