Ive had my refrigerator broken for the second time around, and no one has come to fix it. I’ve been a week without a fridge, and I am extremely saddened by how management has treated me. Ive only been here two months, and I’ve realized this is not a place for my daughters and me. In some of the pictures, you’ll see mold (that was there the first day I moved in..) I’ve asked for a replacement shower door, I’ve asked for my stove because I can only cook on one side, I’ve asked and put in a requests, and nothing has been taken care of. I am extremely scared financially because I’ve had to toss my food two times now.. I’m scared that management can just neglect a tenants like this. If anyone knows of any resources please let me know.Update: I have received my new refrigerator. I would like to thank Jose and maintenance for everything. I know that it’s tough handling such a big property. I just wish everyone in management had the same positive energy like Jose. Thanks again to everyone who helped.
Im a current resident in Lumina on 19th/ Tides On Rail Apts. This property is filthy & staff is unprofessional. Management is inadequate, carefree & arrogant! They make sure to keep the leasing area clean but neglect the residential buildings. The stairways and aisles smell like urine and cigarettes. Not once since I moved here have they been water pressure cleaned! My mail box was wide open when I addressed this issue they were nonchalant about it & the laundry room completely disgusting. Staff & managers are aware of these issues but DO NOT CARE. I should not be forced to move because people CANNOT do their JOBS PROPERLY. (Check my photos for proof!)
In December a new property management company came aboard with a new maintenance manager Joseph and his right-hand man Tommy. It was quickly evident how organized the team was so as to get on top of all outstanding work orders. Joseph, thanks for Tommys exacting work fixing my showers hot water and a clogged bathroom sink trap. Tommy knows how important it is to clean up perfectly after work is completed for which is appreciated. Keep up the awesome work!
Im only doing 4 stars for now....because there are things that still need to be done but I have got to say that the progress since its become Lumina is impressive. Joseph the maintenance guy is a rock star Id give him ten stars if youd let me, let me just get that out there right now. I dont get into the office much because my work hours are the same as theirs, but whenever Tommy was there he was always incredibly friendly and helpful way beyond what one would expect. I think once the pedestrian gates are re-keyed sop they can be secured it will stop the random street people traffic at least in the courtyards, and that is when this place will go to 5 star. I just hate having to be on alert every time I step outside my door because the gates dont lock and these crackheads know it.
Don’t respond to calls or return calls been trying to contact for weeks and no response once I call can’t access account…. Maintenance talking to manager all the time just want my refund at this point. Save your money and Don’t apply until you have everything answered.
Since the new management took over, hired security, and removed certain problem tenants, life here has improved tremendously. I can sleep at night! People arent fighting and firing guns at all hours. The hookers and junkies arent camping in the stairwells and using them as toilets. I see major improvements every week and it has turned into a comfortable place to live. Thank you Lumina for my peace of mind. Keep up the good work!
**Final Update**By their response, apparently it is me who has made the mistakes. Not their bunk and inaccurate website. Or their inability to define their rental criteria. I have now found a place to rent. I had no problems leasing with my current management company. Cheers folks.**Update** — STILL DO NOT RENT HERE. I responded to the email they provided below, ITS NOT VALID. I tried it three times. They take your money and run. Not ok in anyway.Original Post - I paid an application fee for a unit that was available for immediate move in. After three days of phone calls and visits, the management company informed me my unit was not actually ready, provided me with four changes of the required paperwork and refused to refund my deposit (which is paid to secure a rental that was falsely advertised).The staff is nice, but the management system does not work and they just ran me in circles till I left. I don’t normally leave reviews, but they took my money while false advertising. That’s not ok.
The effort that the new management has been putting forward is great. Cleaning up the apartments nicely getting rid of rude and unfriendly tenants, keeping unwanted company off the stairs wells, cleaning the pool the list goes on. You may have people say that management is rude and doesn’t answer or return phone calls but I haven’t ran into that problem yet. Good communication goes along way, talk to Jose he’s been a big help.
I really wish I could give this place 0 stars! DON’T COME HERE!! They don’t give you your deposit back and will straight up ignore your calls. I moved out 3 months ago and I still haven’t heard back from the office about my deposit which by the way they are supposed to give to you after 2 weeks of your ending leasing date. I hate how they shut off the AC right in the peak of summer and never have the water on. The office does not care about your issues, they just want your money. I wasted a year of my life living in this dump. Roaches crawling everywhere and the stairs are always covered in urine. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place really needs to change. Expect to never get your deposit back.
Ive lived there for 7or 8 years and I seen 5 ownership changes. Last one is the best ever definitely. The owner is the middling of the all of them. At least I can get the patio ceiling fixed and the shower tub is resurface inprogress. I live alone and I have to shower day. I fell off my sweet shower bench and I bent water faucet and mixer. I got two hand bars and I loosening one end. Im so sorry I didnt mean to fall in the tub! So Lumina management is resurface for me. All and all my apartment life is overall adventurer for me. Thats fine with me and my kids! Thank you.
Truly the crappiest place Ive ever lived at. Management lies to you from the getgo then proceeds to ignore all complaints and concerns for the remainder of your lease. Air conditioner is constantly leaking or shutting off completely. The room was messy and was full of bugs from the getgo even though theyll tell you that the apartments have been renovated. Not to mention the lack of amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher) that was promised to me when I applied and signed the lease. Ill probably have to sue for my deposit because I hear they are reluctant to refund them.
0 stars because I recently had to move my buddy out of his apartment because the complex refused to pay for an exterminator. His entire apartment has bed bugs and he isn’t the only one. A lot of the units have them because of a list they have. Now thanks to their negligence, Im covered in bites after helping my buddy move out. Also The pool was absolutely filthy and brown. The management doesn’t care about their property. It’s absolutely filthy and trashed out. Avoid this place.
This place is great. awesome and friendly office staff a rockstar maintenance team making wonders. I lived here when it was tides on the rails and I can say this has got to be one of the coolest transitions to watch from dump to somewhere to be proud of living. It’s not very often you see the people who work at the apartments make sure the apartments are safe and sound, but these people do that themselves too chasing the trespassers off everyday and getting all these druggies and dealers out. Lumina team is awesome definitely renewing my contract come May
Awful place, do not move here if you have ANY OTHER OPTIONS.They refund the app fee UNLESS you cancel the app.When we applied, we had a rep tell us to cancel because we would not be approved.Well when you do that instead of letting it get declined, you lose your money.We called Jose and explained the issue. He decided to side with his rep and said he doesnt believe she advised us to do that. Uhhh okay Jose, people make mistakes and how you handle it when they do says alot.So we went through our bank and were refunded our money. Horrible office service. Several days for response times, and even when you show up in person they refuse to provide service. Today is my move in day as I’ve discussed with them for several weeks and they didn’t plan to clean the apartment until the day of, so I cannot move in until 2:30 in the afternoon. I was told this unit was ready for move-in 3 weeks ago. The explanation was because they show tours of this apartment, so they have to sanitize it before the move in. However I have come in several times to see the apartment and every time they told me it was not available for me to see. They are unwilling to provide any care for interested residents, I sure hope my experience living here will be nothing like the experience applying.Update after a few days: still no assistance. No working toilet or W/D, already being blamed for damages we did not create. Shower water pressure is horrible. Refrigerator doesn’t get cold. Apartment manager can’t help provide any urgency to maintenance even for urgent problems such as a broken toilet.Update after 1 week: still no working toilet. Manager refuses to offer any additional assistance. All office staff is incredibly rude and refuses to provide any status. Definitely will not be renewing my lease, would not recommend starting one here.
The office staff is very incompetent and lacks compassion for others. They provide a terrible online system and they take no responsibility for it. Their online portal is down most of the time, the water is turned off as well as electricity and they offer no solution to any of these problems or compensation.
Ive lived here long enough to see management change hands twice. When I first moved in Jose and the team in the front office were very communicative and willing to work with me with any issues I may have. Was very sad to see them go when it was bought and became Tides. Had a less than wonderful experience while the new managers were here but am happy to see that Jose and the really good team are back!

The previous management, The Tides, stole my money and my move in date was not ready like they insisted 3 times it was. I had travelled 33 hours across country to learn that on the day of move in. The NEW management, Lumina on 19th, worked very hard with me to correct this error, that was not even their fault. They went up and beyond in customer service. Tommy displayed sympathy, understanding, and was encouraging during the process. He made me feel like a valued tenant and not a number. The whole office seems to be that friendly. Also, this new team has a lot of work ahead of them. Past management let anything occur on the premises. But new management has already implemented changes; security guards, cleaning, maintenance, etc. It will be a slow process, but they are headed in the right direction.
Staff is unwilling to help or take ownership when they make a mistake. Not a reliable property management team.
Soooooo there are new owners to the property and I thought things would be better but unfortunately the only thing better is that maintenance actually comes to check stuff out other than that the office staff is horrible I have been calling the office and nobody ever picks up I went to the office a previous time and the lady in the office told me out of her mouth she just doesn’t answer the phone so as I sit here calling I know my calls are being purposely ignored seeing I have kids and work from home I can’t keep going to the office when I have a question also I have left messages and no call back this is very frustrating I feel the old owners cared about the concern by answering and if busy would place you on hold that’s your job to answer calls how simple of that but anyway I been having the same issues I have been having since they came nothing has changed just more irritated with everything now and definitely going to report this

After living here for 2 years, I’ve been enduring the constant shutting off of the AC’s at 12:00 noon when it is 110 + degrees outside. The water is shut off as well on a regular basis along with no heat or water in in the winter. I’ve asked since March to please clean the pigeon feces off my balcony & out side my front door so I can have fresh air,, especially through this pandemic. They say it’s my problem. I say I’ve had enough. I will call the health Dept. instead. I’ve spent more time & money living in hotels & having to crash at friends houses due to no water, no heat in the winter & no AC in the summer. Homeless camping outside around the perimeter are always a nice sight. I can’t allow my family to visit. Do not rent here!
Was not happy with the previous management but since the new property manager Virginia took over they have been making many changes for the better and look forward to having them from now on
Very good hide away right in town where the instant you turn off your phone you will find relaxation with no problems and tell everyone a message number you can check once or twice a day or week or month. Started off with going to the office I asked to see the rental I would be moving Into a they showed me fast forward until the day of move in and I get a completely different apartment. This apartment happens to have leaking water right outside the door, a large gap right by the floor board and all around the door, no AC, No hot water and crack and holes all around the apartment. Not even part I go out and buy everything brand new all up until that night I see a huge Roach not once but twice killed 5 since I’ve been living in these apartments which hasn’t even been a month. I notify the office asking if I could get out my lease and they tell me it’s nothing they can do after they had someone of spray which didn’t help I bought my own crack fill in and bug spray which also didn’t help, office isn’t giving me any options I don’t have anything in this apartment and don’t even feel completely going home because I’m scared of the bug issue
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst complex I have ever lived at. The pictures look nice and they say it’s “updated”, but it’s fake everything here. You don’t have control over the A/C or heat either. Management is rude to tenants and argues with you. I’ve seen agents come and go in just a few months of being here. There are ticks everywhere. Maintenance leaves a mess after they come in and doesn’t clean up when they leave I had to clean it all up. The “vinyl flooring is cheap and comes apart if you just stub your toe on it. The lighting is messed up and your lights will come on and off without control all times 24/7 which is annoying when you want to sleep. All in all, save yourself the stress and hassle. Find another and much better complex.
I just called this place to find out about pricing and availability and the lady who answer had a disgraceful attitude she flat out told me to look at the website like isnt this your job to tell me what is available and what prices are??? I obviously checked the website and the information wasnt available. So unprofessional will definitely NOT BE RENTING IN THIS PLACE!
I moved in before new management and a lot was wrong with the place that I hadnt realized until after being there for 2 months. Since new management theyre trying to repair and get the apartments within better living conditions. Theyre keeping the property clean and police patrol to keep the grounds safe. They have a bad rep but theyre good people who will work with you to make sure your needs as a tenant are met with open lines of communication via text email and phone. I feel that makes up for the office hours not extending to 6 pm.

I have had a broken fridge since I’ve moved in. I’ve contacted the office and nothing happened. I put in a work order and they did nothing about the issue. A month later the door of my fridge fell off and the emergency maintenance responded right away. They did not have a fridge in stock explained it will be fixed the follow Monday.... A MONTH later my fridge is still broken and black mold is growing in there. Hundreds of dollars of groceries have gone bad. I was patiently waiting but finally I was sick of this. I called JOE VILLALOBOS the property manager and after a month of waiting now all of sudden things are being done .. after a month of mold being grown in my fridge.
I have lived here for the past few months. Jose is ALWAYS pleasant, respectable, PROFESSIONAL and CONCERNED with everyone that enters the office. He listens to anything that is brought to his attention, takes ownership of any issue, follows through with a resolution. Gladys is always helpful and will step up to the plate with any issue. She too will get an answer to any problem even when she may not have a resolution at the time. Claudia is the the BEST!! She moved me into my apartment. The very first day all the problems I had she tackled it VERY PROFESSIONALLY!!!. However; although they are good, there is not enough service engineers for the property. I am STILL waiting for my electrical outlet covers to be replaced. I have one in my living room and the outlet is COMPLETELY EXPOSED. Not good.

How is it possible that the past 2 weeks its been hot and you havent changed the Heather to the AC. its really hot inside the apartments, we cant even sleep at night. We are in Arizona not Alaska. We shouldve had the AC since the first days of February and we almost in March this is ridiculous. You all do things backwards. No hot water in winter and heather in almost March.
Been here 4 years...when I first moved in it was an iffy place. Went through srveral management companies...fast forward to today...new management staff, new main tenance staff, new office staff. These folks have rough road to hi oe. It appears people have no respect and wonder why these ladies/gentlemen are overworked. Busy busy place. Show a little patience.
Within 3 months of living here, Ive already experienced a lot of things. First, a broken fridge which cost my groceries to spoil, then 2 weeks after I moved in, my bathroom ceiling started falling apart and UP UNTIL NOW ITS STILL NOT FIXED. Remote control ceiling fans have a mind of their own. They turn on & off automatically. My thermostat is not working and I mostly wake up sweating. I already told the ladies at the office about this but still no action.
I lived through a lot of New Management Team or New Owners here, but this time for real. Far away the best one yet. I like living there nowadays. Far, far away the best.
Moved from another city & was told a unit & a price.When I arrived my unit AND my price was changed to a bigger & higher rate without my consent because my apt was not ready when they told me it would be. Had them changing my price & signed contracts more than once. Then... when I got my first month’s bill. It was over $100 more than I signed for. Which isn’t much, but when you don’t budget that into your rent AND IT IS NOT WHAT YOU LEGALLY SIGN FOR, it’s a problem. So they were forced to honor my the amount that I signed for. Since moving in, the A/C was shut off for nearly a week when the temps were still in the upper 90s. I had to purchase many oscillating fans to keep my pets cool while I was at work. The unit goes out every now & then. We NEVER have hot water.. the plumbing sometimes causes the water to be a yellowish color when coming from the kitchen sink. As far as the people who live here, do as you please just as I do, but there are constantly cops around which makes it seem like this is not a good neighborhood & the gates don’t stay closed.. The staff is not helpful. I’ve put in maintenance requests that don’t get completed. I’ve personally gone to them & tried to solve issues & they say they are working on it. With renovations going on, the crew leaves big nails for the gums & stuff all over the ground in the stair hall, which could have been very dangerous for someone to fall on, slip on, kids to play with. They stayed there for weeks. There are other places that are affordable to live. Don’t waste your time here. I moved here very quickly for a job & cannot wait for the lease to be over.

***Stay Away**** This is the worst place I have ever rented from and I have rented in the greater Phoenix area for over 10 years. They have central air and when the AC goes down in the middle of summer they only offer you to come down to their office to stay cool. Even if you have a new born like I did, they do not care! I was told by an office lady named Corina to give my son a cool bath during 110 degree weather after having to leave our place during the middle of the night due to our AC not working. I was told several times that our AC was fixed but it was still extremely hot in our unit, I even had to send them pictures of my door not sealing hoping that would fix our AC issue, sadly it did not. After a month of going back and forth with them over email and phone calls, having to stay at my in-laws to ensure my son would not die they did nothing to compensate me. I even reached out to the management company (The Robinson Group) after being denied to speak to the office manager with no response back. Also the office staff cannot write professional emails or use proper English. I have also included screen shots of them. I moved out in November of this year and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Police is most frequent visitors here. My friend has a studio with a kitchenette thats awesome. Very close to light rail and bus. Albertsons across the street. Theres a dog park on site. Grass stays green. Since police is almost always there, its not full of riffraff.
Great Apts.I have lived hete almost 5 yrs.and wouldnt move for much of anything.Lovely landscaping Dog Park.Prices no more than anywhere else.upgrading and renavating.
Its good enough, but theres a lot of little issues that add up to me not wanting to renew my lease. There is almost no usable storage space in the kitchen areas. The cabinets have 8 inch tall shelves, prohibiting storage of anything bulky. They are currently advertising amenities in the apartments that are not in place. Office hours are ridiculously limited for people who work a typical work day. Ive never talked to the office personally, only on voice mail. My windows were recently blocked from opening. Overall dissatisfied, especially concerning what Im getting for the price Im paying. Its good enough for now that I wont break lease, but I certainly wont be renewing and dont recommend people rent here.
They werent in the office and the police officer eating lunch by the front door got very upset I took a picture he thought he was in. Even if by accident it was my policy to darken or use alteration techniques learned back in the days of my first job in high school developing film at the number one company in Arizona. Colormark labs developing film taken throwing turkeys into jet engines for top science research. So anyway he was very fearfull for his life telling me he would throw me in jail and eating a sandwich at the same time. Truth is he thought I may have contaminated his unwrapped sandwich he was eating. I had no intention of showing some contaminated behaviour less than six feet from his on duty saranwrap business being none of mine business that is.
Lived here since around the beginning of the year. Very poor management. New management. 1 polite staff member in the office. You get ignored if you walk in until you say something or the 1 staff member worth her salt asks if she can help you. No courtesies. No follow ups. AC constantly out. 2 standing work orders on my apartment alone that have gone five months without change. One of which is that I have no hot water to take a shower. Other tenants have similar stories. Rent elsewhere.
The new management is one of the worst Ive ever dealt with. Violent sketchy maintenance workers, broken down apartments, and quick to sue over anything and everything. I still get spammed by texts that actually violate civil rights and court orders.Avoid at all costs, there are a bunch of apartments in the area you can try instead. The old company is better, but the new company sucks and likely wont stay long as they are just one big lawsuit waiting to happen.
The people there are so nice to you.and they all way know you name .I like that my store is like family.
Modern on the rail is a very peaceful place i been living at for over 4 years . i recently moved to a one bedroom apartment in may 2018 .NOTHING BUT COLD WATER SINCE I MOVED IN ON MAY 2018 .I INFORMED THE LADYS FROM THE MODERN ON THE RAIL OFFICE SEVRE TIMES I GET BACK THE SAME ANSWER NEXT WEEK IT SHOULD BE FIXED .STILL HAVE COLD WATER .I HAVE TO HEAT HOT WATER IN MY STOVE IN ORDER TO SHOWER AND NOT GET IN THAT VERY COLD WATER THEY APPLY FOR ME & MY NEIGHBORS . OTHER THAN THE COLD WATER ON BUILDING B SINCE MAY OF 2018, YESTERDAY I TURNED ON THE WATER FROM THE BATHROOM SHOWER AND NASTY BROWN WATER IS COMING OUT OF MY BATHROOM SHOWER AND SINKS !PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE ITS BEEN TWO LONG MY NEIGHBORS SAY THIS WHOLE COLD WATER BEEN GOING ON SINCE AUG 2017 . They never answer the phone. The apartments ate roach infested. And got water is a hit or miss. The ac has been out for 24hours now and the emergency maintenance said that they were going to have anyone out until today. It’s already 1pm and it’s still not working. And they don’t care to answer the phones and give there residents an update. I’m pretty sure there’s a law about having an ac not working in over 100 degree weather. Also this place is extremely ghetto, homeless people everywhere, drug users, this is just not a good place to live especially if you have children
The apartment is not so bad but the homeless people here are a huge problem. They trash the property and there are too many for this to be a gated community. It would be nice for the apartment to get some kind of security or something. You have homeless people sleeping in the stairwells and living in their car in the parking lots.

I dont like how they pre rated my rent. First of all nobody has 800 dollars by the 1st if they got to pay you 282 plus admin fee & deposit . Thats too much to put down on a studio. (: they triedd it. They can keep my money Im over it!!

This place has been a disaster since day 1. Not only did my apartment flood from upstairs unit but it happened three times. They finally moved me into a different unit, upstairs, and then raised my rent without even saying anything to me. This place would have zero stars if it were possible
Lived Here for the past year, between two separate management companies, the new management company is focus on making the apartments better, repainted and upgrading the apartments, also adding covered parking and right now they are adding a fence around the property to keep out the homeless people. Everyday they are adding more and more to make these apartments a better place to live and I am glad I live here.
I’ve lived here almost a full year now, lease ending in December. Normally I’d leave a decent review and a honest review. Today, I’m leaving a very upsetting one due to the fact that this property AC has been down last few days and over the course of the week. MULTIPLE times. You go to call maintenance cause it is an emergency, “AFTER HOURS MAILBOX IS FULL, goodbye”You can’t even report an emergency. It’s against the law to not allow someone air condition in 110+ degree weather, and the office does not know Arizona revised statue laws. They tried saying you can’t carry a fire arm without posting a LEGAL notice as well.If the office doesn’t fix my AC and doesn’t fix this, or offer some kind of compensation this review will stay here along with the BBB.Pictures and proof, upon request.Update/Edit 4:50 7/27/19.They’re asking us to stay at a hotel for the next 3 days and they’ll reimburse any costs for the hotel per office reply when I called in. 4 days in total without ac. That’s 120 that should be deducted from our rent if it’s 900 base. Will post another update on the first when rents due.Update edit 9/6.After a full month they finally cut me a small check, if 242 dollars of days missed and didn’t reimburse meFor where I stayed, they still charged me a months rent when my ac was down from 27th-6th time frame. I loss property and had to wait a month for my check, I didn’t charge them late fees like they’d charge us if we owed money.Review is final. Dont rent here. Move in without hot water for months. Have lost hot water multiple times for a week or more at a time. You get heat or a/c. Whatever they change it to based on season. Not both. Rent is kind of high for the building and amenities. They look like and where originally built to be a hotel. With tiny kitchenettes. Mini fridge, stover, counters. Small places, with alot wrong. For too much money.
New managment hours our ridiculous. Go to office. And ask for manager. They wont let upu see them. Water and a.c.has been shut off several times gates to parking lot our left open. Homeless people always around. Due to no security. They need to fix utility problems. Not do exterior lipstick.
I have resided here at this establishment for about 4 yrs.now.Pleasant staff and most neighbors are easy to get along with.Landscaping is kept well.All places have there ups and downs as any do.I have truly enjoyed calling this my home.
This place is horrible. It is infested with roaches, homeless camps and drug addicts. The office staff is nice and they try to accomodate any problems, but these problems are bigger than them. It cost way too much money for what you have to deal with. I would only recommend living here if you are a drug addict or mentally disabled. I wish i had never signed a lease with them.
Disappointing! This place was horrible from the first day moving in. When I moved in and began to unpack I seen a roach, I was giving it a chance and thinking it was only one. But the next two days I seen one crawling on the bathroom counter. There was a deadly bad Oder near the bedroom and kitchen. Couldn’t sit in the apartment without my shirt over my nose. The sink and tub was stopped up and needed to be drained. They sent the maintenance people to fix it and they left a note saying the sink and tub is fine. I used it and sure enough they were still clogged up. Oh let’s not forget that it was hella infested with nets all around the apartment, but mainly in the restroom. I payed so much money to run them nets out and that smell. Honestly it didn’t work. The manager came and checked out all the problems. And told me all these things that they will do to help me fix the situation, but by the 7th day living there I was over it because a few more roaches came out and the smell had gotten worse overtime. The manager even told me that the previous tenants that stayed above me was evicted because they were nasty and had all types of bugs and it smelled. There appliances are super old and wore out. The air conditioning barely works. Water is not hot enough at all. Last but not lease, my stay was horrible and I’m thankful they let me out my lease for having a horrible 7day stay. The office is unorganized and the communication between them sucks!
This has been the most comfortable place that I have ever lived at in my life. They have treated me and my 2 puppy dogs(Jack & Kimmie) with more love & respect & kindness then anywhere I have ever lived before. It is My Palace I Call My Home! I live here. Since the new management things have changed. Its got to be one of the fastest clean up jobs ive seen. Were close to stores..this place is also full of people that are hiding out. Bedbugs and termites love in walls. This place changes its name every year. It ruined us. All our stuff got ruined because neighbor had bedbugs. They never took that stuff serious. Many people that have them have had them years! Imagine how scared that is we lived it. Laundry room is where druggies hang out. Cops dont show up so junkies and homeless are all over. Dont let them overcharge you. I have so much more to say but you get jist

This place sucks has mold unprofessional people in the office lack of communication with their tenants very unreliable. If you are looking for a place to call home this wouldnt be the spot.

I currently live here n if u like having your things break and never being fixed or if u enjoy having ur water off randomly with 11hr notice in advance or God forbid ur fridge breaks down cuz they will only tell u theyll fix it and NOT do anything they will tell u there closed 3 days in a row then this the perfect place for u
New management is amazing! They have done wonders with this place.
This place dont even get one star dont even know more like negative 10 stars no AC bad plumbing bugs and more bugs just came home from working a 10 and a half hour day to find out two bed bugs crawling on my daughters bed so so bummed out by this whole thing Im going to seek legal action ASAP its unacceptable specially at almost 1200 dollars a month dont move to this place unless u dont believe in a AC they will give u a portable that blows out more hot air then cold and if u like bugs then move in today sorry very very disappointed its caused me a lot of anger and sadness to have been treated this way and nothing gets done if u live here then I know u feel me :(

Affordable but scary. Needles in the parking lot and the condition of the interior of the apartments is horrible upon move in. Half assed remodels. I don’t even live here but hate to visit.
The worse ever, and the area, shootings, stabbings, and even killings and to top it off nothing for the kids to do at all, its real bad over here. I just work and take care of my family.

I kind of like its prices plus utilities included but some apartments or really low maintenanced.

New Management is corrupt. The 3 managers there have been lying and stealing from the company. . They laugh and talk stuff about you as soon as you leave the office.. truely evil management.. ciandra braren is the most evil she is rude, has no respect and will laugh at you in your face . The apartments the a/c constantly going out and sewage backupd ohh n yes bed bugs.. my girl worked there til2 managers told her if she didnt quit they were gna threaten to quit.. please dont waist your money here to be disrespected!

Im in the process of bringing the fairhousing association and more to there front door!! I would love to hear from you..how horrible these girls have treated you, laughed in your faces.. Or file your own fair housing complaint.. Theres mold.. The apartments constantly no hot or cold water and nastly sewage back ups into your shower and home... This management needs to be reprimanded... The management team needs to be investigated. They shouldnt be allowed to lease and manage these apartments with no respect for anyone!!

Nice apartments to Rent. I love coming to seey friend here at her new place. She has a nice lil studio here at metro on 19th. I will say the kitchen is a little small- since it has a small size fridge & smaller oven/stove(But still has 4 burners, so I guess thats a plus still!) And lastly the Bathroom has a stand-up shower... Which is like so little space its like standing up in a porter-potty, just no space or room to even turn around.... Forget about trying to shower with another person ever cause take it from me- IT DOES NOT WORK!!! And Im all about trying to get creative, but there is just not enough space for any kind of hanky-panky!!! No, No!!! LoL... Other then those things, this place is pretty cool!!! Grounds are always kept up nice. Nice staff. Neighbors are friendly, and mostly 99.9% of the time always quiet!!!!! Ok thanks for listening!!! Hope it helps!!! 😊✌✌✌😊

Have told them to fix my mailbox so that I can get mail for an entire year, which it is still not fixed. The hot water is first come first serve as they told me when I complained about the hot water not working. Constant fights/drunks/homeless sleeping under the stairs/people shooting up behind the mailboxes and people getting shot right next to your door. But they work with you on payments and thats about it.
AC units are always going out my friend live here lives here and she hates it
