I thought because they are in the ghetto they would accept my poor credit but no they still denied my application which by the way I have no bad rental history, I was denied for not paying on 3 other things that are literally so petty 266,249&206 I will pay it of this month now that I know what is stopping me from being approved 🤦🏽‍♀️

Absolutely love these apartments. All the staff are very nice, the apartments are clean and cozy. I have not had any problems with neighbors or break ins . I recommend these beautiful apartments. Ask for Alexis in the front office, she is awesome and always takes care of her tenants!

Make this your absolutely last resort! roaches, bad management, lawlessness.

Location horrible for the price it is really expensive especially in this location master bedroom is always hot .AC units for the three-bedroom doesnt cover the whole entire unit.It is a comfortable place to live in if you ignore the Heat and the location and avoid going out with the crazies.

I love it here at Colonial del sol. I just moved from Mississippi to Irving and I must say it is the best move in experience I could have ever wanted. Everyone treats everyone like family! There are never any disturbances and it the place is family friendly so I love it!!

Ive lived here three years, going on four. Site management and staffing has changed frequently, sometimes excessively so. Now, however, things seem to be settling. Its a nice community, especially given the area, and meets all of my needs.

This place is the absolute worst. The staff are very unprofessional and rude. They were very nice before I handed them my deposit and soon after I got complete silence from them, no call backs regarding background check etc. So I call them after several attempts of calling and being told they were busy and they would call me back in which they did not return any of my calls and left a voice mail stating they were very unprofessional and I would like my money back. They didnt even apologize for not returning my calls in a timely manner like they promised they would. Instead called back and said you can come pick up your check. Completely horrible and I feel like I have been robbed of my application fee. But very thankful I didnt sign an agreement with them and now dont have to deal with them period. Always rude over the phone no matter what. I also heard they were infested with roaches from a current tenant so happy to have dodged that bullet.
