Not sure if I could give them 1/2 a star so that is where the one star came in. I lived at the property for over a year and paid $909 as a security deposit. The community wss ok for awhile but these new people they keep getting need training. The office is always closed, they give you the run around and nobody knows how I can get in touch with a person regarding my refund from 4 months ago! I asked for a number for corporate and was given some our of state number which I called its a custimer service line but no reps pick up goes steaight to voicemail. At this point Im ready to contact 3 on your side because I personally feel some shady stuff is going on. Seriously how does it take several months for a refund and you dont owe rent or fees?? If I owed rent they wouldnt wait several months to collect itm i would be evicted in 7days. Coffelt get it together!!!

Why do all the section 8 Hud properties look like jail houses? Is this structure design cost effective because of the heat? Makes me really not want to try to move to Arizona anymore!
